I recently had the pleasure of visiting the Porsche dealership in Bethesda. I can t say enough about the outstanding service that I received the employees were exceptionally friendly and accommodating, allowing me and my friend to take pictures of the brand new GT three RS, which was an absolutely incredible experience. If you re to get yourself into a Porsche, or just an enthusiast simply looking for a dealership that goes above and beyond to make your visit enjoyable, this is the place to go I can t recommend them highly enough!

I've taken my time, but needed to leave this review awhile back. Brandon Washington was the best. He was attentive to my needs and walked me through purchasing a car through Porsche Bethesda. Since then, Mr. Washington has kept in touch to make sure that I am still happy with my vehicle and to see what I may need with regards to accessories or service. It was great to work with Mr. Washington and I will recommend him to others and their future purchases.

Phenomenal dealer experience. Brandon Washington was our sales associate and did an incredible job. We purchased a 718 from out of state and everything was handled prior to picking it up and a seamless in person experience. He even gave me his iPhone charger for the drive back! 10/10 would buy here again.

I ve had the pleasure of getting a vehicle from Porsche Bethesda, and the experience was great! From the sales department to service, I ve always been well taken care of and had my needs met. The staff is trained well, and always nice, especially the valet, Nick who has a great knowledge of the products and brand.

I purchased my Porsche at a different location. I called in for service and was scheduled in a very timely manner. When I came in, everyone was so welcoming and attentive. I spoke a bit to the reception desk and she immediately called over a sales representative for assistance. He gave me a full walk through of my vehicle and I now better understand my car settings and customizations so much better. All around, I felt taken care of and informed. Will definitely make this my location of choice for all future vehicle needs.

Dexter and Ron made the experience of purchasing a new Porsche as smooth and seamless as possible. Communication and customer service were truly top notch. They went above and beyond to accommodate special requests and never made me feel as though I was an imposition. If I could do it all over again, I would choose Porsche Bethesda in a heartbeat. You are in excellent hands!

The staff at Porsche Bethesda went above and beyond to cater to my needs. They made me feel as welcome as possible when I arrived offering me a hot coffee and snack after a long ride and even had complimentary valet. I enjoyed speaking with my sales associate and am looking forward to taking delivery of my new car!

I had a pleasant experience with Porsche Bethesda. I ve visited many Porsche dealerships before, but this dealership has been the most attentive of all. I was greeted by Damaris, who parked my vehicle for me upon arrival and gave me a cappuccino. She also lead me to the sales department and introduced me to Malcolm, the sales manager. Malcolm took great care of me and addressed all of my questions. What a great team!

My experience with Porsche Bethesda was great! My service advisor Louis was very knowledgable and left me feeling confident that my car was going to be well taken care of. He answered all of my questions and eliminated any worry that I had. Their team is very hospitable and I cannot recommend this location enough!

Porsche Bethesda has the best team and customer service. I came in to have my oil changed last week. The receptionist, Damaris, was great. She offered me complimentary tickets to the dog park next door. I stayed there with my kids for a bit while I waited on my service. They are all so warm and welcoming always!

Always a great experience here. I have serviced 7 Porsches with this dealer going back to 1998 and it has actually gotten better and better each time. I am usually quick to criticize as experiences with my other cars at Jeep, Audi and BMW have really been terrible and even sold a car because service at 2 separate Audi dealers was so bad. From the second you pull up to service you are greeted by 1 of or 2 team members who make you feel important and welcomed. Grace up front is always happy and smiling and knows your name and definitely takes pride in her role. Erica, Phil, Louis and Alex are always smiling and ready for me to crack a joke and then you have the tag team of Quinn and Cindy. They go out of their way to make you feel like Norm from Cheers. :) Always offering a drink, snack or just come to chat. I am not exaggerating that in my 35 years of driving, this is the best dealership experience whether it be for service, sales or just to stop by if I am in the area to say hi. Quinn really knows how to train a team to make you feel at home and to listen to your comments and feedback.

I had an exceptional experience here. Between Brittany and all of the staff, everyone was tremendously helpful. I can t say the same of every car dealership or every Porsche dealership - this one in particular has a wonderful and enthusiastic energy. Whether I ll end up purchasing a 718 from here depends on whether there ends up being a 718 for me to actually purchase within some sort of reasonable timeframe, but this was a worthwhile trip nonetheless.

This location is great, offering real-time visibility into your car while it s being worked on, along with video condition reports, and options for loaner vehicles. Louis, along with the entire service team, consistently delivers exceptional service! His honesty, professionalism, and extensive knowledge make each car servicing experience seamless. Highly recommend!

The car is absolutely beautiful. The service and delivery however I was less than impressed with. The quality of service and expectation setting for someone who clearly communicated that I was purchasing a car from out of state for the first time was less than ideal. There was a disconnect in communication unless prompted. The car was delivered without the mats, or the temporary registration/ plates as well as no general expectations set. The follow up was a less than sincere email and it was not a particularly special experience.I imagined buying my Porsche and how the experience would feel as I m sure many do when they buy a Porsche. I imagined it being a sophisticated, somewhat seamless process with above average customer experience. The experience I had was not bad, but disappointing for a luxury car brand.That said, I m thrilled with the vehicle, but had no knowledge or explanation of how any of the bells and whistles worked on it when it arrived. Although it arrived without a plate and therefore the delay in being able to drive it was quite frustrating. The overall experience could be summed up as transactional. I could have ordered a car online without a dealer or a sales person and it would have been the same experience. One of the most elite carmakers can and should do better than this.

From the get-go Brandon and his team have been an absolute pleasure to work with on my Carrera! Just bought a Cayenne. I had a great experience with Dexter. He quickly figured out what I was looking for in my Porsche, kept things very simple, and didn't upsale me on unnecessary gimmicks. The entire sale negotiation only took 5 min bc Dexter and his manager Brian eliminated the time-consuming push-pull sales tactic and focused on building a relationship. We will be back in Bethesda for future Porsches in the family.
