11/10 Exceptional service experience every time. My service advisor, Phil Lozano, was very accommodating and took care of all my vehicle needs. Even had my Macan detailed prior to pick up! Communication was outstanding. I wouldn t take my Porsche anywhere else to be serviced. Thanks Phil and team!

Quick, easy and friendly service. Love that I can drive in and the service advisor meets me at my car, updates me throughout and lets me know when its finished. I was told 2.5 hours and it was almost exactly 2.5 hours. Louis has always been fantastic!

Phil has been my service advisor for many years. It is always a pleasure seeing him. He makes me feel seen and heard at each of my visits. He knows how to connect with people. The service he provides is unparalleled. I would be hard-pressed to buy outside of the Porsche brand simply because I don t want to lose this level of service.

Everyone from the service advisers to the porters have an extremely friendly and welcoming demeanor that is unheard of in this industry. In several decades, after 150+ cars, from every luxury brand available, I have always loathed visiting the dealership. Porsche, at least my local, has completely changed that, making me a customer for life. Highly recommended:

I recently purchased a preowned Porsche and needed it to be inspected. Philip, my service advisor went over and beyond to make my first experience a memorable one. He was very kind and informative. I chose to wait for the car and the inspection was done in an efficient time. I will definitely recommend Phillip and Porsche Bethesda for all your Porsche needs.

Growing up, has historically meant the best of the best to me and Porsche of Bethesda certainly delivers when it comes to not only the vehicle service they provide, but the customer device as well.My advisor, Phil, was communicative throughout the process and helped answer some questions I had regarding my 718 Cayman S while it was undergoing its service. The rest of the staff were very kind and checked in while I waited for my service to be completed, offering refreshments and snacks that were available.I very much look forward to continuing my relationship with Porsche of Bethesda!Service: Vehicle Inspection

Very nice dealership and staff. However, they were unable to address the sqeaky brakes on my 911. The tech said that I needed to break it in. Never had these brakes issues with my new Range Rover, Mercedes, or C-8 corvette (yes a GM product). Expected more from a 6-figure 911.

I had my regular scheduled maintenance for my 2022 911 S. Phil is my service representative. Phil is great, he greeted me as my car pulled into the service area. He covered what maintenance was going to be performed in a very professional manner as always. Additionally, I had asked for my car to be detailed. Phil had my loner vehicle ready for me. Next day I picked up my car as promised. The detailing was awesome! Very happy customer!

I had an emergency a week ago with a broken headlight and called into the service department one morning and asked if they could see me. They said OK to bring the car in and right away as soon as I got there Phil helped me with extreme urgency and provided transportation to and from work for me while they worked on my car. He was able to get a new headlight in for me and did it with the upmost positive attitude and great customer service. I can t remember the other advisor or porters name who drove me to work, but he was also extremely courteous and made me feel better about the whole emergency scenario. This was the best service experience that I have had this far at any Porsche dealership or any dealership- Phil thank you!!!! And please thank the other driver who helped me!! I love the service at Porsche Bethesda. Everyone is friendly, service is efficient, on-time and convenient. i love wating at the lounge! its super comfortable and very cool that you can see inside the garage where the cars are being repaired. Its definately a 5-star experience!

Porsche Bethesda's service department made me feel like a member of the family as I took delivery of my 911. They accommodated my special requests and took excellent care of my car while it was in their possession. I worked with Waseem on a long distance purchase of a CPO Macan. It was executed flawlessly. All details were timely and my questions were answered quickly and honestly. On the day I travelled to pick up the car, service was efficient and all additional questions were answered thoroughly. We very much enjoyed the experience and love the vehicle which has been beyond our expectations. I highly recommend Waseem and Porsche Bethesda.

I had my car key fob programmed but came to find the trunk button doesn't work . Also tech broke the emblem off the center wheel cap and just handed it back to me. Otherwise it went ok

Great service. I had my tires replaced for a very good price and Phil was very helpful. I live in VA and this is about an hour away but this place is night and day compared to Porsche Arlington. Porsche Bethesda makes you want to buy a Porsche vs Porsche Arlington service makes you want to sell it.

Always professional and timely. Work conducted as suggested and completed to estimate. Phil is always knowledgable and curtious, which keeps me coming back.Only 4 stars due to cost of service otherwise it would be 5.

While changing the engine oil, large amounts of oil was spilled on the engine. As I watched that form the waiting room, it seems it was an unexpected and accidental event. Following that incident, burned oil smell was coming into the cabin when the engine is running. Alex from service reached out to me and offered to do steam clean the engine and scheduled it as well including pickup and drop off. It was nice of them and stand behind their service.

Louis is one of the best service advisors in the game. I bring both of my cars (911 and Macan) there for service, and it has been a treat.I am treated with respect and Louis is always professional.
