I ll give it two stars because the employees who work here are friendly.Although . Just like any dealership, the prices are 3x more than any other place. They told me my oil pan was leaking and quoted me $800 for an oil pan reseal. Upon getting a second look at another place, I was told my car was not leaking oil. Not only that, but they couldn t believe that an oil pan reseal was $800 and said that I could get a NEW oil pan for less (and a reseal wouldn t even fix the issue).This should be criminal. Anything for a quick buck I guess.

The customer service at this location needs some work. It wasn t a welcoming environment at all.- When I pulled up to the small building, an employee was walking out the door, I told him I had a 11am appointment and he instructed me to park- When I walked inside no one greeted me or attempted to assist me.- Stood up for a few minutes and no one said anything to me. There were 4-5 employees at desks and all of them were on their phones.- All of the Caucasian people walked in were immediately greeted before they fully walked through the door!- The waiting area is extremely small; a small square and one small sofa- I don t recall seeing a coffee or water station anywhere (could ve overlooked it due to the unwelcoming atmosphere)I decided to take my hard earned money elsewhere Ourisman Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of Alexandria and my experience there was excellent! 5 Stars!! The employees, the technicians worked quickly, the Pull Up Service was easygoing! (more locations should consider having this option) down to the waiting room which is LARGE and an experience in itself!! Modern, stunning decor/design, comfortable chairs, large tables, large modern coffee/hot chocolate/water/etc. station, bathrooms were clean, and there s a ton of tables (high & low tables w/ chairs) with electrical outlets for people who want to work remotely while waiting for their vehicle. I even had a good experience communicating with the car salesman and I wasn t there to purchase anything but when I m ready for a new vehicle, I ll be going there! Highly recommended!!

I have been coming here for a few years for service on my Jeep. I started working with Huey and he has always gone above and beyond. Every single time he has the customer in mind. Thank you Huey. Highly recommend.

They will pick up your Jeep, service it, and return it back to you. Doesn t get much easier than that! Everyone is really helpful and it doesn t take long to get an appointment. They do a great job with repairs and service. A+ all the way around

I really had high hopes for the service center given good reviews, but was unfortunately disappointed with communication being the biggest issue. I scheduled a service appointment after my check engine light came on in my jeep and took my car over the morning of the scheduled appointment. The staff was nice and friendly and even ordered me a Lyft ride home. However, despite having an appointment, it took them one to two days to even run a diagnostic on my car. When the results came back, I spoke on the phone with my advisor and they sent an email that contained both the diagnostic for my entire car and a link where I could select services or repairs that I wanted. I really liked this and that they included pictures with the repairs they recommended. I overall thought it was generally a great system. I spent a decent sum of money to fix what they thought was contributing to my check engine light. However, after those repairs were made they call back to tell me that my check engine light was still on and they thought it could be something else. I told my advisor. I would call back in the morning with my decision about repairs and they said they would be awaiting my call. This is where the issues began. I called back in the morning, but my advisor was busy and I told the receptionist that my advisor could call back when they were free sometime after 1 o clock that afternoon. I never heard back so around 3 PM I called and was told that my advisor had left for the day but will be back tomorrow. I called the next morning but again, my advisor was not going to be in that but it would be in the next morning. I called again the next morning and again my advisor would not be in that day, but would be back on Tuesday. Every time I called, they kept telling me that no one but my advisor could help me with my car or getting parts ordered. It was really irritating as my car had already been there almost 2 weeks. I decided to go pick up my car because I needed it and when I went to go pick it up the person checking me out was not sure that they had completed all of the repairs because the labor cost was lower than expected but had no way to tell me if they had completed all of the repairs. So I may have just paid for parts that never got put in my car. Despite this, I went ahead and took my car and the check engine light was nowhere to be seen and my car has been driving without issue.Overall, I thought the staff was courteous and the Lyft service and diagnostic presentation were great. However, the lack of communication, staff being unable to provide me with answers because only my advisor had information on my services, and also seemingly no one knowing when the repair advisors would be at work, made this an irritating experience. I think the service technicians knows what they re doing but the front office staff communication and organization really needs improvement.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Auto brake repair, Vehicle Inspection, Brakes

They got my Jeep back up and going, Lynn was on top of it all, took care of everything and they had my Jeep in and out in 2days! She was great about getting everything checked out to the fullest so I could be sure it is in great shape for me to sell.

Love this service department! I come here regularly for oil changes and any maintenance issues I may need. Huey is the only reason I trust this location with my car. He always makes sure my car is in the best condition before it s returned to me. He is the absolute best!

Needed to take the Jeep in for a recall for the catalytic converter. The part was available and service was done in a timely manner. The technician also fixed up some damaged wires that could have caused safety concerns down the line. Feels like we got a brand new Jeep back!Roxine and the team really cares about quality and delivers professional service through and through!

The customer and technical services were outstanding. We spent a few days in D.C. visiting family. Car broke down (ugh) in late evening. Had no idea where to tow so we elected the closest Jeep Dealer Service Center. The gods must have been with us because it was Ourisman on Butler Road. Called early the next morning and again the gods must have been watching over us because we were lucky that Erika was on duty. Due to our circumstances Erika expedited the Service staff to look at our car first. Erika and the staff went above and beyond. They actually "wowed" us with their customer commitment. You don't see that a lot in todays world. Our hats off to Erika and the team. I would highly recommend Ourisman on Butler Road. You will no regret it. Thanks Erika.P.S. I hope Ourisman management knows (and I am sure they do) they have a staff that they need to ensure if recognized for their service. :0)

Received outstanding customer service for just a state safety inspection. I expected to have to wait around while inspection is getting done, but they ordered a complimentary Lyft ride back to my office and a ride back when the car was done. When I came to pick up the car, they had ran the car through a wash and detail since they had time. Would recommend to anyone needing to service their vehicles!

Not going to name drop my advisor as I doubt much of this was her fault. Also annoying you can only speak to the advisor assigned about your vehicle. Come on . But I d say women should avoid this service center or have a man handle them. Sorry to say this in 2023. I wasn t getting anywhere , my questions weren t being answered fully but once my partner got on the phone suddenly we had options. Suddenly the $1300 initial quote (after extended warranty ) I got became around $675. We are still doing this to women? Yuck! I asked before drop off what was covered by my extended warranty.I got hmmmm not sure , let s seee. You didn t pay anything last time you had work done so it should all be covered ..I d never had work done on this vehicle. I ve had it less than a year.My main issue is being sold a rust bucket by their dealership in the first place. It s obvious even though they sold the vehicle just under 90k miles they didn t bother with the 90k scheduled maintenance. It s obvious a thorough inspection was not performed. If it were I wouldn t have had major repairs for a vehicle I drove sparingly from October to December. I ve been a stay at home mom since before Christmas. Not a lot of driving. I dropped it off for regular maintenance still just under 90k miles. So spare me in telling me seized calipers , leaking axles, leaking timing cover and valve cover gaskets, tie rod issues, brakes and rotors needed replacing and more were normal finds. I thought I would get my car back by the weekend. It took 27 days. They have no parts for older renegades so expect delays.They tried to make it seem like they were doing me favors by delivering my car to me and throwing in a detail. It was literally the least they could do after being sold darn near a lemon and then setting unrealistic expectations from the beginning .

My service advisor Juan R was great! I scheduled an apportionment to have my vehicle picked up and dropped back off at my home for service and it was flawless on both ends. The regular maintenance was done as requested for my Jeep and it was returned even more clean than when I gave it to them. Juan kept me in the loop throughout the process and texted me when my Jeep was done. Best dealership service experience I ve ever had.

Frankly no one enjoys when their car has an issue and they need to get a repair. Somehow this place makes the entire experience so much better than any other repair shop I have been to. They were responsive through the entire visit and provided detailed information about repairs online prior to approval. The service staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Definitely scheduling future service visits with them.

I had my car serviced here after it started to have some problems accelerating as well as decelerating at low speeds. I m not a car person, but I knew something serious was wrong with my Jeep. I had called some other service centers in my area (Silver Spring) but when I went to check out those places, there were too few employees, way too many cars, and I had a bad feeling overall with the quality of customer/vehicle service I was going to receive. They all spoke to me as if they already didn t have time for me. When I called Ourisman Jeep Service Center, however, I felt so much more at ease even though this service center was a little bit further from my home. From the very first encounter, I knew I had made the right decision in choosing a service center. Erika was great very professional, and knowledgeable. She was able to explain what was happening with my car and answer all of my questions. My car ended up needing transmission work which made me very nervous, but Erika followed up with me every step of the way and made sure I was informed whether it was by text or voicemail. She also called my warranty company every single day to make sure that everything was completed in a timely manner. The technicians did a great job. They had performed a diagnostic and provided a problem list for my car within 2 days. After the parts arrived, everything was fixed in a timely manner. When my car was ready, they even dropped it off for me washed and vacuumed! My car is running smoothly and I ve had no further issues. Will definitely be returning to them even for maintenance and oil changes. I am very happy and it s not easy to make me happy.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Transmission repair

Amazing. Honestly one of the best customer service experiences I ve had at any business in a long time. Christian went above and beyond even though I was there for a small thing. On top of that they did such a thorough clean my wife asked if the jeep had been detailed and comped an Uber to a coffee shop so I didn t need to wait at the dealership while they worked. This is absolutely where I m going next time I buy a car.

So I was having issues with my check engine light and I took it to a different mechanic and they quoted me roughly $8000 for a new transmission and a couple other services. I said no thank you, and came to Ourisman jeep in Bethesda to get another opinion.After a thorough inspection, Huey ended up telling me that my transmission was fine and I just needed to update something with my power steering. They didn t charge me a penny. I even got a complimentary ride home and they dropped my car off at my house when they were done. They saved me $8000 and I can t even begin to say how grateful I am. I also think they washed my windshield and vacuumed my car. Just amazing.All of the staff were so nice and I ll be coming here for everything in the future.

I have come to this service center more than 3 times already. Each time they have been great and professional and the utilize technology to make everything smoother. This time I had a problem with my radio and was schedule to go in to get it repair in 2 days but the radio would not turn off. Fearing that the battery will be drained I went in the morning and was able to be schedule in the same day to get the issue fix. Assistant manager is always great, other staff members are also professional and great customer service. Recommend it if you live in DC. They also wash the car at no extra charge at the end of the visits which is a huge plus and they do an excellent job. Just request it when setting up the appointment. They also provide a shuttle service via Lyft if you need to go somewhere at no extra charge.

I had my vehicle brought in for some warranty work after having a less than stellar experience at another dealer in the area. I called in to book an appointment and they offered a valet service to pick up my car since I was having scheduling constraints. They picked up my car, were communicative throughout the process and asked if I wanted a detail. Since I had just gotten back from the beach, I jumped on it. The car was super clean and they did it all in the same day! I was able to set up my appointment and just off first impression I m already so impressed with how he coordinated my service needs prior to even coming. These guys are great. I needed a new key for my new to me 2010 van so it would start since everything important seems to be in that key fob now. Also some odds and ends of maintenance. First wonderful surprise - they have a valet service for pick up and drop off. Not sure of all the details of that because I'm pretty close, but what a huge relief. It needs a few more major things that just aren't my budget right now, but John went above and beyond to give me options and help me understand it all. I'm confident in the information I was given. Everything was done top notch, great communication, the vehicle comes home clean. It was an all around great auto service experience!

We ve only been in the DC area for a few years and this was the first time we had to have work done on my Jeep Patriot... It s scary finding a new mechanic you can trust but this place delivered! I needed new tires but was way overdue for a tune up and general check up. Let me tell you, Juan took great care of me! I told him I only wanted to do any repairs that were absolutely necessary to save some $$$ and he could not have been more easy to work with. Juan talked me through everything he could in person, shopped online to get me a deal on tires, gave me multiple check up calls, and was overall extremely transparent, friendly, and professional. You can definitely trust this place to do a quality job and make you feel comfortable. Oh, and they washed my car inside and out so I drove away with a sparkly clean ride. This is probably the best service experience I have ever had! My service advisor Erika Pereira was exceptional. She made sure my vehicle was picked up and dropped off to me in a timely manner. Dropped my jeep off to for oil change, tire rotation and for a safety recall. I had them check for what I believed a sticking caliper. Fast forward it three weeks and I still have not been contacted to update me on any progress. I have reached out several times on my own and still don't hear back. I was really excited that this service area had opened near my home. But with this experience I will not be taking it back here. I have been three weeks without a vehicle and haven't been offered any type of service loaner either. I'm very disappointed to say the leastService: General repairs & maintenance

While I had been getting work done at the Ourisman service center my car was scratched pretty badly. They took full responsibility of the damages and fixed it for free, however when I picked up my car the window on that side door was not working properly.I then had to drop my vehicle off again, only for them to tell me I had to pay 500$ to fix my window (they told they were willing to pay $1000 for the parts if I covered the labor). I was upset that I was asked to pay for damages that were incurred in their shop (that they denied). In addition, I got a second opinion on my vehicle and it was a decimal of the price be weary they are not honest.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Body & Trim
