Just leased a Honda CR-V Hybrid Sport Touring model and had a productive experience at day's end with Finance ManagerCarmen Wells help in working out financing to my advantage. Carmen presents all that is good about customer service with the needs of the customer in mind. So much so, that the day after signing the leasing agreement, when I had a lingering question about new license plates, I called to ask Carmen about it. She gave reasons why I couldn't transfer my former license plates to my newly-leased SUV. Since I'm new to leasing a car, Carmen was excellent in explaining the entire process! I'll be back in touch w/Carmen when I'm in need of any new vehicle or have questions about the one I have.Also along the way, Kyra Walker, Customer Service Representative, offered fine-tuning for the care of my newly leased CR-V Hybrid Sport Touring Honda.

Do yourself a favor and go to a different Honda service center. The staff here is rude and incompetent. Juan, specifically, did not bother to explain to me what service was performed, did not call me as promised when the service was finished (I had to call them after an unusually long wait), and gave very poor direction on how to pick up my car. It also took 2 visits to have my tire fixed (I m pretty sure the first time they simply reset TPMS without running any kind of diagnostics). Terrible customer service all around.

They scratched my rim (road rash) when i took the car to be serviced.I got some attitude from Dan when I informed him.He pretty much insinuated I scratched it and was trying to pull a quick one on them.I had to take the car 3 times and they not only didn t fix it properly, they made it worse.Instead of gloss i have partial gloss, partial matte colour on the both front rims which is extremely annoying and disappointing.The road rash looks like it s been coloured with a marker (it s still rough) and the staff there don t care.Never going there again.

I went in for a free oil change very recently (due to unprofessional behavior August 2023) and tire rotation with a coupon. I made him aware of my budget, so no other work to be done please. After waiting over 1� hours, I wasn't shown my diagnostics and there were no red boxes, but told by Steven R. (Asst.Service Manager) that my caliper had seized, but also my suspension and axle was sagging due to low mileage and my car parked a lot (which doesn't happen-I checked with another mechanic). I usually take my car there for maintenance. I had to remind Steven that I told him before they started that I had other appointments to go to for him to check if my car was ready, which he did. Then he offered a free car wash. I noticed a slight sound when driving to another destination. After I returned home to do business conference calls, I received a call from the dealership telling me that a tool was left inside my car. Then I was told that a tool was left under the front hood area and I needed to return so it could be removed and returned to the Service Shop. I returned to the dealership and I was told that it was left hanging on a ledge under my hood. I'm very disappointed in this service appointment and am very hesitant to return in the future.Also my bill was over $1000.00 more due to work that didn't need to be done. I wondered why the lobby had only a few customers waiting for service appointments. But after what was done to me and looking at several reviews, I see why customers are posting bad experiences and not returning. I hope that they can show the customers the diagnostic report PRIOR to work done, rather than to try scare tactics and inform me of necessary work due my car could fall apart while driving and need to be towed due to my car sitting. The work was done without my authorization. No on smokes or eats in my car and there was no smell, yet I was told there could be mold so there was a treatment done for an additional charge. I always take it to the carwash. And the service shop wasn't paying attention and I hope further damage wasn't done to my car under the engine area.I had a much higher bill than I planned ahead. And very dismayed after all the years that I've been going there. I don't know if I will be returning. As you can see in the pictures, the dealership looks empty as far as customers in the dealership. I did get a huge smile the entire appointment. But why not, they made a lot of money off of me.Please read the reviews before you go. I hope that they improve the service at this location. And I strongly believe in KARMA!

Review update- well, it s rare that I have to change a review from 5 stars to 1 star. In short, they sold a car to us that they didn t have a title for. Apparently the car was an old embassy car and the state department has the title. Fast forward 3 months and we still can t register the car and we had to beg for another temporary tag. In the state of MD, I ve been told, that it is not legal to sell a car that you don t have a title for. This keeps issues like this from happening.Because if this, my wife couldn t drive the car for a month, we spent hours trying to get people to e-mail or call us back, and now I m thinking my only option is to hire an attorney.In short- stay way. Or, If you do buy a car, check to see that they have the title in hand. Don t believe anything about them fixing the issue . They don t seem to want to.Old review is below Just bought a used minivan and got some work done-They are your standard dealership, however, the sales person (Julian) was easy going, not pushy, and helpful. Brought the car in to get a minor thing fixed that we knew was broken when we bought it. Unfortunately they needed to order the part, however, the service department took the time to do an oil change and add new batteries to the key fob. They didn t have to do that but did. Sometimes it s the little things that make a dealership stand out.I would recommend this dealership to others looking for a Honda. They are better than other dealerships I ve used in the past.

The worst ever service center, thet wasted my 4 days and $500 and even they were not able to find a very small problem, noise on ride side, I fixed it in outside in 3 hours and $350.Service Manger, assistant manager and mechanic all together weren't able even to find the problem.For service I would never ever even stop to this location.Unfortunately I'm not able to give 0 star or negative star even

If you have a meh opinion of car repair you won't be let down.They have a clean reception area and an efficient customer service process, but the quality of the work is average.Prices for their services are higher than local shops and national chains because they use "Honda parts and fluids"... and therefor their price match is only valid when compared to other Honda dealers.Protip: Wives, send your husbands to get a better price.
