Cannot recommend this place enough. The staff are exceptionally kind and knowledgeable. Came here to get my car inspected and Chris went out of his way when my car failed inspection to get me for re-inspection. Very professional and timely. Will always come back.

Descent Service Station conveniently located... could use a bit more selection in convenient store... customer service is great ... helpful to those in need off highway 270... Prominently located at the corner of Westlake and democracy blvd

We received a price from a local Toyota dealership to replace the sway bar & assembly on my daughters 08 Camry. It cost me $80 just to have them look at it- & it took them about 10 minutes to diagnose & tell me $1500. Decided to try a hometown garage . We didn t tell Chris about the prior diagnosis- just wanted to hear what he found. He provided the same diagnosis, but informed us it could be REPAIRED instead of replaced, at MUCH less the cost. Less than 2 hours later- Chris called that it was ready for pick up. No more bumping and the control and stability is back to normal. THANK YOU, CHRIS! For your honesty, speed and quality work! Don t do inspection here! The guy harassed me for having 2013 car which run 200k miles. He is talking about be thankful that I felled you for 3 things and he added alignment to be done after we talked and tried to get extra $120. This place charges $62 for re-inspection unlike other places. Don t try it!

Chris, the Owner, was amazing and completely honest after I took my car to him for a "second opinion." After taking it to an authorized Jeep Service Center for a free recall repair, they told me they noticed $3600 worth of "immediate" repairs I needed on my Jeep. I left them with a detailed inspection report complete with photos, and immediately drove to Montgomery Mall Exxon where they looked at my car and were appalled at how I was blatantly lied to. The photos they included in my report could NOT have been of my car. Everything they said I needed to repair was not true. I am so thankful there are still some honest businesses who don't just see dollar signs when a car comes in for a recall. THANK YOU CHRIS!!!! I will only take my car to Montgomery Mall Exxon for all its repairs.Service: Engine repair

Great service by Chris and the staff at this mechanic shop! I've been bringing my car here for years and they continue to put life back into it to ensure I can truly "drive it into the ground." This past Monday, George and his team at the Montgomery Mall Exxon were great and providing checking out a used Virginia sports car our college-aged son was buying. The seller had a critically tight timeframe as he showed up at opening time 8am sharp because he needed to be dobe by 10am to be back in Virginia for an 11am business meeting. My husband and I only cared that my son's intended car was properly checked out by this mechanic shop to ensure it was not a bad purchase. George and his team managed both parties expectation deftly... they were fast and efficient, friendly and extremely professional.The car was checked for its ability to pass Maryland inspection, seller told of the repairs needed and recommended and seller had them done right there. The car got all the services right there at the Montgomery Mall Exxon and in 2 hours my son had a newly car that passed Maryland inspection. The seller got a sale and our son was able to go to Maryland DMV for his license plate and car registration in his name that same day! Everyone was happy!THANK YOU GEORGE AND MONTGOMERY MALL EXXON!
