I own a 2015 BMW M4. My vehicle was slightly leaking oil due to a faulty valve cover. After getting two extraordinary high quotes from two different BMW dealerships ($1K difference between the two, not sure how that s possible!). I decided to take my vehicle to MB Automotive Service.I was given a thorough explanation of the problem and I was physically shown where the problem was and what needed to be fix.I was given a honest and fair price quote much much cheaper than the lowest of the two BMW. dealerships. My vehicle was fixed in a timely and professional manner with no problems in the last 45 days since serviced. Also, they shared some BMW vehicle do s and don t to keep the vehicle running smoothly.Since my vehicle has been fixed, I returned to get a brake flush that was needed and I will be returning for any brake/fix items or scheduled service maintenance. MB Automotive Service just gained a new life long customer. Excellent job!

In a word, exceptional. I am an automotive enthusiast who has spent 20+ years working on my own vehicles. I am now coming to the point that I don't enjoy it as much anymore, so I sought a competent and honest shop that could do the work for me. This shop was referred to me by another MB owner, who I knew was also very meticulous and knowledgeable.I met Imal and told him that my car had a few issues I would like him to remedy. He quickly understood my understanding of vehicles and explained to me the likely issues I was having. It was clear to me that he had an intricate knowledge of the M278 engine in my vehicle; that kind of knowledge is extremely rare out side of the MB dealership.I contracted all of the work with him, and he did a flawless job. Beyond that, he provided me with a loaner car to use while he had my vehicle for the 2 days. Since he knew I cared, he showed me the old parts he had removed and the issues these parts had.The quality of work is 10/10. Imal's knowledge and professionalism is 10/10. Their pricing was very fair given the scope of work I had done. First time Audi owner needing the first oil change. Took to MB Auto at recommendations of friends who r long time customers. The owner n staff were very welcoming at check in. The owner took his time to educate me about some basics of maintaining my Audi. That doesn t happen often at the dealership. Service was completed in an hour. And the price was very competitive.Thank u, MB Auto!

This is the Best auto repair shop I have ever worked with. I have a 2007 Jaguar XJ8, and it has needed some serious work, The owners are honest, kind, knowledgeable, and do amazing work. The MB Automotive team replaced the rear suspension airbags on my Mercedes wagon following a warranty repair where the dealer damaged the air bags when they were removed for the subframe repair. It was a surprise to have an issue occur when the car had no issues when given to Euro for the warranty repair. Euro offered a discount for the repair when I discovered the issue post subframe repair. I elected to have MB automotive complete the repair as I was not happy with the way the dealer addressed the issue. This is a second major repair their team has completed on my wagon. Prior to finding MB I used dealers exclusively for repairs and happened to find MB through an audi owner friend. Very happy to find a great team to work on my car which I love and hope to drive for many more years! I would highly recommend this company. I am extremely particular and take very good care of my cars. It takes a lot for me to use a new company - I have been very happy with the service.Service: Steering & suspension repair

From my experiences over about 10 years, I cannot find anything that is not fantastic about this business! Have worked with primarily with Imal, who treats me like family. This visit was to bring my cute little CLK 320 back to life after sitting unused in my garage for a few years due to illness. Drove away today with virtually a new car-my baby s back in business! Prices are always more than fair (don t even try getting the work done for this price at a dealership!) No price gouging here. They go over every service and every part with you before you leave. Will continue to go here with my out of warranty car! No regrets after all these years!

Have used MB Automotive for over 10 years on 5 different Benz. While their prices are significantly better than dealers, I use them for their expertise and the quality of their service, as It is that which sets them apart. As a car owner for over 50 years-and as someone who used to do their own maintenance, I believe I can recognize competency and honesty in automotive service. They are the best that I have ever seen.

1/2023 update: Just had to update my previous review for the OUTSTANDING SERVICE! My car battery was failing and needed to be replaced. Patrick could ve charged me to replace it but instead he called the Mercedes dealer and confirmed that my car battery was still under factory warranty so I could get it replaced for free at the dealer. It is truly rare to find not just someone who is honest but who goes the extra mile for a customer. This place and Patrick are a true rare gem! 9/2022Got my Mercedes car maintenance service here. Friendly, honest, and reliable as others have said. Bonus that the pricing is far better than the dealer. I will definitely be a repeat customer!Service: General repairs & maintenance

This shop is really a find. Patrick and Imal did a great job putting new brakes on my Mercedes S560. I spent about 30 minutes with them both under my car on a lift just talking about the car and the brand and the engineering and what they loved about it, just obvious that they are real car guys and love the cars they are working on. If you have a car that needs specialized care over time, these guys are who you want a relationship with! Can't recommend highly enough.Service: Brakes

I took my car in after failing the Maryland state inspection for rusted brake lines. Patrick was very communicative in showing me the issues with the brake lines and he tackled it in the most cost-effective manner. What could have been a $3800 job from Mercedes for a full replacement ended up being a few minutes of labor clearing the rust and sealing the lines to prevent further corrosion, which Patrick didn't even charge me for. It's rare to find an honest auto shop that won't jump on an opportunity to bill out for more labor intensive work, so I'll definitely be returning for any future needs.Service: Brakes

Excellent service! I was new to the area and happy to give MB my business. The entire team is incredible to work with. They completed the brake replacement on my Audi in the same day. Having loaner cars as well is a nice touch and matches a dealer experience for the vehicle brands they service. Again, very impressed from start to finish. They will be my default service location for my Audi needs.Thanks again!

Absolutely love the people at MB Automotive Services. We've been taking our cars here for many years. The team is very knowledgeable about foreign cars (BMW, Land Rover, Porsche, Jaguar) and domestic (Jeep). They're extremely respectful, honest and always ready to listen to the issues we're having when our cars need service. I can't say enough good things about MB Auto--Highly recommended!

My first time going to MB Automotive yesterday. The excellent reviews I ve read about them before hand are well deserved. Waiting area is clean with several leather chairs and magazines. The garage, hardware tools, and diagnostic tools are kept clean and orderly. Owner was friendly, and takes his time with you. He went over some leaks found and explained what happens if you wait too long to fix it. They have several loaner cars available. If needed, you have to let him know ahead of time. Last by not least, the price they charge is very fair (not only compared to the dealer, but other similar garages that specialize in European cars). This will be my new Go To place for all my Mercedes car needs.Service: Oil change

MB Automotive is excellent. They always take care of me and ensure that I stay ahead with preventive maintenance. The entire staff is friendly and always follows through. I drive out of my way just so that they can take care of me and my vehicle (Range Rover). They also did excellent body work on my vehicle after a recent accident. They are simply the best at what they do, but most importantly they are honest and fair. I went to MB after seeing some great reviews. I was not disappointed. My dad was the kind of mechanic who never tried to scare you into work you probably didn t need and always went the extra mile for the customer. Same here. Great work on the A/C. Picked me up and dropped me off at the metro, and gave my Mini a free wash because they thought it looked a bit grungy (it did). MB Automotive Services is the real deal. Genuinely accommodating staff and highly knowledgeable mechanics. I have taken my '05 Mini there twice - once planned and once in an emergency and received top notch service both times. They were competitive in their estimates for work and offer loaner vehicles while your car is being serviced. This past repair, I was pleasantly surprised to find they had cleaned the entire engine bay, restoring it to like-new quality. I highly recommend this shop to anyone and plan to keep bringing my car back for routine service and other maintenance.

These guys are great. Prices aren't the best but trust me when I say that you get what you pay for! Imal is pleasant. Quite truthfully, I don't trust any other shop to work on my BMW. Very professional, honest, fast work and they washed my car. Thanks guys!
