The work performed was fine, but the customer service was not very good. My engine was overheating and had to be towed in. Although I had an appointment in the morning, I never heard anything after my car arrived. The next day I called, and they hadn't even looked at the vehicle. The day after that, my service advisor told me a "the pipe was aged and broke." (I think he meant a hose, but I expect a service provider to know the difference.) To make a long story short, I was told the vehicle would be ready the next business day after that, but it ultimately took a week. At no point did my advisor ever attempt to reach out to me on his own -- if I wanted information, I had to reach out to him and just wait for a response. He never even told me when my vehicle was ready. I won't be back to this location again.

I was helped by Crystal who went beyond the call-of-duty to get repairs done on my Rover. My vehicle needed body repairs, routine maintenance and complete detailing. Crystal got everything done for me. In addition, Crystal searched the web to find new running boards because mine rusted and needed replacement. These were installed and fit perfectly. Thank you crystal for thoroughly managing every complex detail of the service work on my rover.

Crystal at Land Rover Bethesda Service Center has been amazing. My Velar required a massive repair. Crystal was calm, courteous, professional and organized throughout the entire process. She was supportive through the extended warranty process and coordinated the repairs necessary. She ensured I had a loaner vehicle so I wouldn't be affected by a lack of transportation. The repair could have been a nightmare of a process, but Crystal made sure it was smooth and easy throughout, ensuring accuracy in my final bill. She is the best!

I have owned Land rover since last 6 years and although I moved away to a different town the closest is Land Rover Bethesda. The dealership is exceptional in car service and after sales service. My Land rover discovery had a leaking windshield which was fixed by dealer and also on a recent visit the car was serviced to my satisfaction. They took extra time due to a part unavailable due to a recall but the car was returned in pristine condition. The service advisor was great and made sure I am aware of all the updates and kept in constant touch through texts which was great. My only critic would be unavailability of loaner vehicles which were available earlier and now that option is not presented even from a premium car dealership like Land Rover.

My recent experience with scheduling a service at Land Rover Bethesda has left me utterly disappointed. Despite calling three times and being assured that a member of the management team would reach out to me, I never received a call back. This lack of follow-up forced me to resort to online scheduling, which was an inconvenience.Upon arriving for my scheduled service, I encountered further frustration when the service manager seemed unaware of my account and the warranties I had previously purchased. Instead of acknowledging my loyalty as a repeat customer (having purchased two vehicles from this location), I was met with attempts to upsell services at full price.As someone who values impeccable customer service, I expected better treatment, especially from a dealership I have patronized multiple times. This experience has left me questioning whether my loyalty is truly valued at Land Rover Bethesda.Overall, I am deeply disappointed by the lack of communication, awareness, and appreciation for customer loyalty displayed during this service interaction. It's disheartening to see such a decline in the quality of service from a dealership that I once trusted.

I dropped off my car for a diagnostic. The team at LR Bethesda were in touch with me by text and email throughout the process. Because the fault code was no longer visible the team comped my diagnostic fee and asked me to book another appointment in the event that it recurs. Crystal and the team were fantastic and delivered my car with a wash. Thanks so much!

This was my first time visiting LandRover Bethesda for Service on my Range Rover sport. My overall experience at this dealership was awesome. Everyone was very friendly, knowledgeable and professional.My overall experience with my service advisor Crystal was great! I will definitely be back.

The name of the person in charge of my service is Kawai. He did excellent work and he deserved 5 stars because he always kept me up to date with how the service of my car was going. He always answered any of my inquiries cordially and professionally. He never left me waiting and he always responded to me immediately.

I ve been a loyal customer of Land Rover Bethesda for over 15 years. The service department provides outstanding service whenever there s a problem with my vehicle (which is very rare). Kamal is my service advisor. He goes beyond what s required in his position, ensuring the best customer experience. He s the reason I continue to refer both friends and family to Land Rover Bethesda.

Gabby was our service representative and she was outstanding. She assisted us from the beginning, with defining the problem to its resolution. The process was timely, with other staff being helpful and supportive. In the end the car was serviced and repaired excellently.

This used to be the best Land Rover service that I ever experienced. Now, it s definitely the worst. Crystal, my service advisor, is spectacular. Everything else goes downhill from there.I brought my 2022 Defender in a month ago to have the tire/air compressor repaired. After only 10 uses, it stopped working completely. When I got a notice that my car was ready, I picked it up, and drove home. Only to find out later, the air compressor still does not work. I brought it back in yesterday.They ve had the car for 48 hours and they have been unable to fix it. Nobody knows why. They put in a new compressor, but it doesn t work either. I m not sure how they can t figure it out, since every Land Rover owner forum includes this as a common problem.So, I picked it up today, because I need the vehicle. I stood waiting outside for them to bring it around, with staff reassuring me that it was coming, only to find out that the guy pulled it into the garage and left it there. This place really needs work. Relying on employees, like Crystal, to make it seem OK it s not fair to them or the customer.Service: Electrical

Great service!!!! They stay busy but make sure th3 "customer experience" isn't compromised or cheapened.... only complaint is the breakdown of the bills. It could be put together In a more transparent fashion especially if a diagnosis was done and areas that were addressed was indicated in the invoice.Will still recommend .

The service center told me they couldn't do an oil change on my Range Rover because I didn't have an appointment. Once I showed my appointment confirmation they had me wait for an advisor for 20 minutes. I was then told by the reception desk that the advisor is busy but if I still want my scheduled oil change it'll be a 5hr wait.At this point I had enough and said cancel my appointment I'll go somewhere else. I will not be returning to this terrible and unorganized service center again. I definitely recommend anyone going here to find another service center for their Land Rover needs.

Steve Lapkoff is my service manager and he provides excellent customer service. I have never had a problem with the work performed on my vehicle . All of the service/communication reps, particularly Thomas and Josephine, are always courteous, thorough, and professional. Thank you.

Warning! This is NOT a customer service oriented dealership! I've had numerous service issues on my Land Rover, including having the brakes replaced twice, only to be told yesterday by the Service Manager, that my "luxury" vehicle, with only 70,000 miles would need a new suspension, along with my THIRD set of brakes, to the tune of $21,000!! In questioning as to why this isn't covered under the lemon law, I was rudely and dismissively informed that the brakes were only replaced once, and of course, the service technician that told me he had replaced them twice, is conveniently no longer with the company. The dishonesty, the poor business practices, the rudeness, and the complete and utter lack of care or customer service make this truly a place to avoid at all costs.

Read the review written by David Deal. He is absolutely spot on about the service manager, Steve. I have conversed with him a few times over the phone and via email. His business practices and everything else about him is questionable. My mother's vehicle was serviced there a few months ago. He was not consistent with cost, etc., which raised a red flag. Perhaps he has too high of an opinion about himself and thinks he can do whatever, who knows. But what I do know is when he received twenty something thousands of dollars from my mother s warranty company in addition to hundreds that she had to pay out of pocket towards getting her engine replaced in her 2014 Range Rover, he quickly showed himself for who he really is.When I drove my mother to pick her vehicle up after service was completed, she was only a few steps from his office once inside the shop. She had questions. He could hear her and she could hear him as he used an employee to go back-and-forth to relay messages. Rather than being a professional service manager by coming out of his hiding place to address her questions and concerns, I guess he thought it was better to relay messages that way, which in my opinion is the perfect epitome of a coward. My mother had questions that she wanted to be answered. How convenient of him to walk right out of his hiding place as my mother leaves. We saw him. Ultimate coward! Call it what it is.I took issue with the fact that he would allow my mother's vehicle to be returned to her in an extremely dirty fashion after being in his shop for over a month and thought it was okay. This was completely unacceptable and of course, we were not leaving until the vehicle was cleaned. I followed up with him in an email about the below par customer service and of course, no response, because this is what cowards do- they stay in hiding, but it is up to customers to expose them for who they are to help other people. Professional managers on the other hand usually respond because they understand bridging gaps between customer relations. Steve; however, has not grasp this basic concept, which would explain the mediocre ratings at this shop. Just when I was about to contact their corporate office, I received a call from a female supervisor at the dealership. She understood what he apparently did not, and so, I decided to not launch a complaint against him, because that s the direction I was heading.To think that he actually wanted my mother to bring her vehicle back to the shop after driving it for one month to file another claim for her suspension was completely laughable. Despite being told that she needed to bring the vehicle back in a month to file the new claim, she has been driving the vehicle over a month and all is fine. Her suspension is working fine. My guess was that he wanted it to be brought back very soon because the issue would not have corrected itself in that time frame. No false claims to file here, in order to continue to grease your filthy palms when you don t understanding basic customer relations. My mother had no plans on returning anyway. Good for her because if she had, I would have saw to it that she did not.Customers, there are other surrounding Land Rover dealerships with ethical practices and good ratings compared to the mediocre ratings here. This guy does not deserve your business!

The staff at this location has little regard for the well-being of their customers or themselves. They do not take proper covid precautions and most of the employees were not wearing (or properly wearing) masks or practicing social distancing. This was on two separate visits to this location. Even when my wife and I complained about the lack of care we were not taken seriously. I would absolutely not recommend visiting this dealership unless you don't care about your own health.

Always helpful. Not inexpensive, but you didn't buy a Jaguar to save money. In 20 years, I never needed to go back for a second repair. Always fixed right the first time.
