I had a wonderful experience at Kenwood Auto Body in Bethesda. The team was organized and the process of scheduling my vehicle for repairs was smooth. The staff was extremely prompt and communicative- while I was waiting for the repairs to be completed, I received updates from the team every day! I spoke the most with Luigi, who was very gracious and took the time to explain everything to me. My car looks good as new. Would definitely recommend!

5 STARS! Couldn t be happier! Customer service from Luigi was outstanding. Helpful, courteous and personable. He went out of his way to make sure I was happy. Kenwood Autobody is professional and takes pride in pleasing their customers. You will not be disappointed!

Dishonest and unprofessional. They became belligerent and extraordinarily rude when I asked why they wanted me to sign a form to give them power of attorney with my insurance company even though my repair was not being done through insurance. When I refused, they became irate and just repeated over and over that I had to sign the form without acknowledging that it made no sense to give them this authorization when I was not using my insurance. Do not go here unless you want extraordinarily rude service and to be treated like you don't matter at all.

I brought my vehicle after an accident a month ago and got an estimate and full liability covered by the other party's insurance. I live out of state and was visiting Maryland when I got hit. After the accident, they told me it would be at least a week, so I got a plane ticket back home.I've been checking in every beginning and end of week to get an estimate about when my vehicle will be done. Every Monday I call, they say that it will be done by Friday that week, so I buy a plane ticket for the following week to pick it up. However, every time when I call on Friday, they tell me it isn't ready yet and will likely need another week. This happened 3 times.I've wasted over $500 on plane tickets because they keep pushing the deadline back each time. I've expressed the situation to them each time, but no one seems to care. I've been trying to be extremely patient simply saying "I'm not looking for a miracle, I just want something realistic" and each time they give me a bogus date for completion.I asked at one point if I could pick up my keys on the weekend in the future, because that would be the only time I could fly out to Maryland once I start work again. The receptionist persistently reiterated to me that "we are not open on weekends." However, this is false. They are open 9am-12pm each Saturday.This has had me extremely frustrated, and up until now, I've just been rolling with the punches. However today, (after they told me my vehicle would be done by today, and it still isn't done) I called to get another estimate. I called and asked to speak with the mechanic working on my vehicle, thinking that he/she will have a more realistic timeline. They told me he would call me, but when he didn't call by 5:15pm, I called myself. They left me on hold for 15 minutes until they closed. Any attempt to call now just results in the call going straight to voicemail.Overall, this has been extremely ridiculous and comedic month of cat and mouse, and I hope no one else has to experience this.

I will DEFINITELY come back to Kenwood Auto Body shop for any future work. Xavier and Jonathan were so helpful, knowledgeable and efficient. I had a scrape along the side of my van and an estimate from another shop for $1500. I asked for the very minimal and Xavier said he could do a quick 15 minute paint and replace the trim. For free! No charge! Xavier and Jonathan did an amazing job! It looked incredible. I can barely see where the scrape was and the paint matched the rest of my van perfectly. And they were both so respectful. Staff were very helpful and friendly. My car only required a buffing on the spot where it was hit, and they had us in and out in minutes. I will definitely use their services in the future.

I just returned from Kenwood Auto Body on River Rd, and I couldn't be happier! The side of my car was side swiped and needed some care. Luigi was so good. My paint shines, and it looks like new. He was patient and is an expert at what he does. One can see he enjoys and takes pride in his work. When we were kids and had car accidents,my parents would take the cars to Kenwood Auto and the cars were always well taken care of. I am so happy that I can spread the good word so others will benefit from excellent work and very attentive personnel. Great team makes happy clients!Service: Body & Trim

My repairs were completed 9 months ago, and I still reflect on the superior level of customer service I received from Luigi. Simply put, he sets the bar. He provided realistic expectations and then greatly exceeded them. He was communicative, transparent, sincere, and all around a pleasure to work with. And of course, the quality of their work is fantastic.

Truly wonderful experience with Luigi and the team at Kenwood Auto Body. It's a tight squeeze to get in, but the customer service, responsiveness, and quality of work are excellent. The experience at Kenwood Auto Body was excellent! All of the staff were courteous and seemed genuinely friendly. To give you an idea, over half a dozen employees that we met walking to the bathroom acknowledged my daughter and me. They honored a quote that was over six months old and their price was less than half of what VW charged for the same repair. Great service, highly recommended!Service: Body & Trim

I had an amazing experience with Kenwood Auto Body! William and Stan are extremely professional but yet I also felt like family, so well cared for. After my car was hit, they worked around my work schedule to return it to its former glory. I bought my car in Germany and they were able to match the paint perfectly - it looked brand new! The best part was how quickly they were able to fix it. Throughout the repairs, I got updates which were very reassuring. Absolutely wonderful experience! 5 stars is not enough! I came here after another place tried to rip me off with an outrageous estimate. I was paying out of pocket and Kenwood worked with me to keep the cost down and they were totally upfront, honest, and their prices were absolutely reasonable. They kept me up to date on the repair, got it done in four days - FOUR! The repairs were done exactly when they said they would be, they washed the car, and let me know it was done early enough in the day to avoid traffic on pickup. I ve had a number of places do work on my cars over the years, never has one place been this friendly, honest, responsive, and fast. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

The universe knew I needed a break. And Kenwood Auto Body Bethesda delivered. Someone had hit my side mirror while the car was parked. Knocked it but not off. And I could see disconnected wires. It took almost a month to get in for an estimate. But when I arrived they couldn t have been more helpful! Jonathan greeted me, took a look at the mirror in order to do an estimate. He mentioned that it might not need to be replaced, took it to the back. He returned with Luigi who realized it only needed a few wires reconnected, some basic TLC. They fixed it in 10 minutes negating the need to file the claim or worry about not having my vehicle to get it fixed. I m sure it meant more $$ for the shop if they had just gone forward with an estimate and billed the insurance company. But they were both kind, helpful, and genuine. Can t thank them both enough!

We were recommended by the insurance company and had a fantastic experience. The customer service weas really top notch and they allowed us to leave the car a few extra days so i could arrange the pick up for my elderly parents who own the car. Kenwood - Bethesda, is amazing, I can t say enough about them! Getting in an accident is stressful as is, and the last thing you want is to stress about the work being done to your car. Our brand new car was unfortunately hit, and sustained a decent amount of body/tire damage. Kenwood walked us through each step of the process and made it so easy! I worried about the need to repaint our car but it is SEAMLESS. You would never know it was in an accident. Thank you to everyone at Kenwood for your hard work, professionalism, and friendly environment. 10/10 would recommend!Services: Tires, Painting, Body & Trim

Had my BMW 4 series repaired here after a collision. Great shop, Melvin was always responsive and updated me throughout the whole process, and even the GM William assured me my vehicle would be taken good care of. I fully recommend Kenwood Auto Body! In particular Luigi, Jonathan and Arrick really took care of us. One of my roof rack parts was on back order, and when it finally arrived the gentleman took it in and got it installed on my roof without any extra charge. The first thing I wanna say is I was treated like I was the only customer. they showed empathy and at the end I received service with a passion .The team at this location went above and beyond my expectations. Outstanding customer service and quality of work. William was a pleasure to work with -- regular updates on the progress of my job, and completion timeframe. The repair work was excellent, and they returned my car to me washed and with the interior completely cleaned and disinfected. I would highly recommend Kenwood Auto Body in Bethesda. This shop was suggested by my insurance company after my car was significantly damaged in a parking lot hit and run. It was a pleasure working with General Manager William Sanchez and his entire crew. They kept me informed throughout the process, ensured that I understood the scope of the work that needed to be done, and provided regular updates on their progress. Thankfully I had a minor accident without involving anyone except me and some cement. As far as car accidents go it was very minor. Yet I felt so nervous about having to deal with the situation: an auto body shop, the potential stress, car damage, etc. I chose Kenwood because they were close to my home and I knew the general location well. On my way there I received a message that due to rain they wanted to reschedule yet I kept going as I was more than half way there. When I arrived I explained the call and Stan called the other locations to see what had happened. No worries. Stan, Will and the staff there took care of me, spent time looking at the damage and provided an estimate. One of their insurance partners is USAA which is what I use. They walked me through the process and left me alone while I handled the insurance claim. Thankfully, my insurance covered most of the damage. I left my car feeling like these guys are going to take care of my car and I could trust them. They provided me with automated text messages along the way and gave me an estimated time frame so I could plan while I was without a car. I did call them on the day my car was scheduled to be finished and they said it would be a few more days. Although it wasn't ideal I thought it's okay. I trust these guys and they are going to do a good job on my car. They provided a detailed itemized receipt with lifetime guarantee. When I saw my car I was so happy. I have a leased vehicle for two years with I take really good care of it. The car looks better than before. The seams that were repaired looked more closely aligned than they were before and the car looks brand new. The car wash that was done was better than when I bring it to the dealer for service. I truly and honestly am thrilled with the service and my car. Unfortunately I don't always find great service when dealing with service providers even when I pay for it. This auto body shop, all the guys who I interacted with and obviously the auto body professionals who work on the cars are really great - pleasant, customer service oriented and great at what they do. Thank you SO much Will, Stan, the front office and especially the auto body mechanics for your expertise. I have my car back just in time for a possible Thanksgiving road trip. For those looking for a trustworthy, reliable, customer service oriented auto body to take care of you and your car, I give this business 5 stars. Thank you SO much. Would absolutely recommend and return. Came here on referral by my mechanic for the minor (yet majorly annoying) issue of a stuck back door, Luigi and Mike had it fixed in under 10 min (after stumping a not-quite-so handy friend for 1.5hrs)! Just a grateful thank you to Stan and crew! They were professional, honest and went above and beyond to take care of my car and me. By the time we left we felt like family. My insurance company recommended them and they were correct. I was in a crazy accident , they pinpointed the issue and had the car done exactly when they said. Could not ask for better service!
