Luis and William took care of me. I am very happy with my new car! They gave me the best deal compared to other dealerships and it was the color and options I wanted! I never felt pressured to buy or anything like that. They really worked extremely hard to get this car for me.

I am writing to give a great recommendation for Luis Cortes at Jim Coleman Toyota. I was really pressed for time when I came in to test drive the car I wanted, but they had the exact model I was looking for, so I was unsure I was going to be able to buy the car in my limited time. Luis and the managers at this dealership accommodated my crazy schedule, and I had my new car that night! Luis was efficient, knowledgable and not pushy, I would definitely return next time we are in the market for a new car.

Before we decided to buy this Rav4 hybrids BECAUSE of the kinds, honest sale/manager/business manager. Saleman Mr. Paulo Brahja Luis Mejia, he explained and go through every single detail and go extra steps for the price comparison between the other Toyota dealers that we went. He helps us talk with the sale manager Mr. Adam Carter, very nice man, Adam willing to stay late to help my son get the 500 dollars student rebate. Because the system errors and Saturday dealer closed at 8 pm but they won t mind staying late to help my son. For processing the financial, Mr. Bienvenu Bahai, the business manager goes through every single details even it's already very late, he got us the best loan rate and explained clearly. Before I come to this dealer, I always think the cars dealer here is expensive because it's Bethesda location, BUT it's not true, the price, the services, the pp here are so kind and honest. I would recommend everyone to go with this dealer.

Great dealership! Initially worked with a salesperson who ended up leaving, but they handed me off seamlessly to another salesperson and it was still a great experience. I ended up working with Arvin Go who was very friendly, informed, and expedient with getting things done. They were flexible and informative with helping reserve my GR Corolla (my first time reserving a car ahead of time) and let me know quickly when the car arrived. We had already worked out a bunch of pricing ahead of time so when I went to get my car it was less than an hour experience! Thank you, Jim Coleman Team, and especially thank you to Arvin!

My experience was better than I expected. I was car shopping and went to a few places before coming here. I didn t expect to walk out of here without a car, just came to compare prices. The deal I received with Alvin was too good to pass so I ended up walking out of here with a new car. I am very satisfied with the friendly customer service and with my new car. Very pleased with the whole process in purchasing a new 2024 Rvv4 Hybrid Limited. Adam Carter sold us the car and was extremely responsive to our needs. Once we purchased the new car Steven Richter did an excellent job training on the complete technology package and all features of the vehicle. Arvin has very good service. Very helpful, patient, and understanding. I d say he s more honest to you than most sales representatives. Arvin goes the extra mile to help any customers need. I m so happy with my new Toyota Tacoma and Arvin helped me through the whole process. First own car @19 and all i can say is arvan was AMAZING and patient with me and helping me find a car in my budget along with his general manager that helped as well and respect was on 100% the minute i walked in and the financing person alex was VERY Helpful with finding the best deal for me! Took 7 months to get the Pruis Prime XSE but well worth the wait. Fabulous car! Even better was Igroop Singh who was a spectacular sales consultant. She was smart, knowledgeable, friendly, and attentive. Will definitely go back to Coleman s because of her. Wasn t sure about a white car, but look at that car with our white golden! How perfect. Worked with Chioma several years ago to purchase a vehicle. When we were looking for another new vehicle this year (high demand one) Chioma did her best to find us one but couldn't. She was very helpful through the whole process and did not make it difficult when we wanted to work with another dealer who had what we wanted on their lot. We have been clients of Jim Coleman Toyota for almost 30 years, both for automobile purchases as well as repair and maintenance. Never were we disappointed. It goes without saying that the quality of the Toyota cars Coleman offers are superb (as also reflected in Consumer Reports), but also the maintenance and repair services always are top notch and explained very well by Coleman's service reps. Highly recommended.

Arvin was an outstanding car salesman. Explained everything clear and to the point. Set me up with the car I came in looking for prequalified through capital one. In and out the door in just a few short hours. Smooth trade into a bigger vehicle. Out of all the cars I bought, this is by far been the best experience I ve had with a car dealership. Usually you re sitting around all day for finance approval, or to travel to a dealer just to find the car you wanted to see is gone, so they try to shove in another that best suited you at that moment. No games here! No jumping through hoops! These guys got me in and got me out the door in an awesome vehicle I came looking for. Thanks Arvin and Biv outstanding service and people! Check them out!

I have been taking my car here for years. I had a prior Camry for 15 years and have had my current one for roughly 7 years. I enjoy Toyota vehicles. I will say every time I bring my car in for a minor service I end up spending way more than what I expect for a minor service. I seem to get many other issues noted by the service department. I'm not certain if they are being proactive(which is good) or adding unnecessary things on. I think the labor costs are too high. My car has been very reliable and I expect so much from Toyota. Maybe it's time for a new car. I'm not quite ready for that step just yet. I feel a little unsatisfied with recent experiences and of the brand. Doesn't seem like EV vehicles are on the horizon either.

Tyler Thurston was great. He was prompt in attending to me. He even delayed eating his Thanksgiving lunch to accommodate me. He kept me informed about the findings and progress with the car. I was out of the Service area more quickly than I expected, but more than ever, he found coupons and discounts for me. Thanks to Tyler, my bill was reasonable. The waiting area was comfortable. Great experience!

As a repeat customer, I went to purchase a car on 12/22/2023, and arrived just as the staff were having their Christmas party. Initially, the salesman quoted me around $50k for a specific vehicle, and I countered with my offer. He said that was impossible to go any lower than $48. I told him I had already received an offer below that from the dealership and showed him.He said he would go "talk to his manager," then I sat at his desk as he grabbed a plate of cheese and some other finger foods and stood at the table eating, perhaps 25 feet away.He came back, asked me what it would take to get me in a car 'today,' and then he got up for a second plate. He ended up getting four plates while I sat there, eating them all away from his desk.Eventually, I stood up to leave and the salesman said he was going to grab the manager, a man named 'Will', who came over and asked what it would take to get me to sign that day. I told him at that point that I would not be buying a vehicle that day. I started explaining what I was looking for, but I could tell he wasn't interested in anything I had to say at that point.The whole experience of the salesman going to eat several times while I sat there was a bit surreal, especially as I was intermittently asked "Okay, what can I/we do to get you into a car today? What do you WANT to pay for the car?"1) Be honest brokers and upfront; 2) Don't leave me sitting there while I watch you eat, it's rude.

Such a great experience here! Anthony Contreras was able to get me parts for my Corolla so quickly. Top notch customer service and expertise!
