I recently had the pleasure of visiting this collision center for repairs on my vehicle. The center exceeded my expectations in every regard, leaving my car looking as good as new.The standout aspect of my experience was the service provided by Kevin Perry. His knowledge and expertise were evident throughout the process. He was able to explain the repair process in a way that was easy to understand, which I greatly appreciated. This was not my first encounter with Kevin; I have sought his assistance two other times before, and each time, he has proven to be consistently reliable and helpful.The quality of the repair work was top-notch. They recently fixed my bumper flawlessly, restoring my car to its original state. The attention to detail and the commitment to quality were clearly evident in their work.I wholeheartedly recommend this car collision center to anyone in need of vehicle repairs. The combination of excellent customer service and high-quality repair work makes this center a go-to choice for any car-related issues. I will definitely be returning should I need their services in the future.

I brought my car in and Kevin made sure that when I got my car back, it looked as it did when it was brand new. The car also had some non cosmetic issues which were actually handled by the service department instead of the body shop; however, Kevin handled all of the communication directly with me even though it wasn't really his responsibility to do so. The technical defects took some time to diagnose and repair, but I never felt like I was out of the know because of the communication. I was given a loaner car to drive while my car was being repaired, and unfortunately a tree branch fell on it while it was in my possession. Kevin was able to take care of the repairs without hammering my insurance company. A great customer service experience in an industry where fair customer service is extremely rare.

Evan does a great job- he s processed at least 2 body shop repairs to my vehicles. The customer service and actual body repairs are flawless. My last repair - the car came back with paint dust all over the interior. It was like a car was prepared with the windows open. Hence the 4 star rating.

The only place I'll take my car to. Kevin P was amazing, I seriously can't say enough about how much he helped make the process as smooth as possible from estimate to pick up. I had a great experience talking with William to make the arrangements for my repairs and he was great to work with while the car was in the shop as well. They are great with giving updates and got the repairs done in a very timely manner. The work looks great. I was a new customer to Jim Coleman Collision Center and wanted to share my experience because it was an extremely positive one primarily because of the exceptional customer service I received from my estimator Kevin Parry, and how quickly the service tech was able to fix my side view mirror repair issue. Granted, my issue was relatively simple, however, in my mind that makes me appreciate my experience even more because I felt that Kevin provided me the same time and attention as if I had come in requiring a much more expensive and extensive repair. Consequently, based on this experience, if I ever need a body work-related repair again in the future (big or small), I would not hesitate to reach out first to Kevin and have him assess the damage, get an estimate and his recommendation before making a final decision.Service: Side view mirror repair

We unfortunately had a theft recovered vehicle that was total mess. All the wheels and almost all the panel was damaged. William Dean at Collision center was great handling all the insurance and making sure all the repair was done perfectly. Car came back as new and never would of know this car had any repaint and repairs. Over 25 years of doing business with Jim Coleman Collision, they been very professional and has done a great job for my friends and family. After a fender bender Jim Coleman Collision Center made my car look new. As the car was just over a year old that was important to me. Evan Rafferty gave great professional support throughout the process with a courteous and helpful demeanor. They fit within the budget of my insurance and guaranteed their repair for as long as I own the car. They coordinated with the rental company so that pick-up/drop-off of the rental car was at the collision center itself. The car came back washed and cleaned inside and out. I popped in to get a brake light replaced and Kevin was so helpful. He arranged my replacement and when I asked for a quote for repairing a scratch on my car he quickly repaired it for me. What I expected to be an expensive time consuming issue became something that was solved almost instantly. If I need repairs done again this will be my first stop.

I utilized Jim Coleman's collision repair service after incurring damage from hitting a deer. Kim Umanzor who represented and managed the repair was absolutely pleasant to work with and a true customer advocacy. Kim and the team continued to provide options with great clarity and professionalism. The cost ultimately came in under what I anticipated. Very happy with the work and service. Again Jim Coleman Collision Center has come to the rescue - this time my son almost totaled his car, we called Rob McGrath, Body Shop Director at Jim Coleman, he jumped into action. Had the car transported to his shop, worked with the insurance company to help my son get a rental, but my son was not aware of this service provided by Jim Coleman Collision Center and received a rental else were, 3 weeks they had my son's 2020 Nissan Altima looking like it did when it came off the showroom floor. The communication provided to us from the shop and Rob was remarkable. We were kept abreast of every step. The amount of damage to the vehicle, I thought would take months, Jim Coleman had it back to my son in 3 weeks. Remarkable!!! Professional, dependable and most of all they made us feel like we mattered. Thank you Jim Coleman and Rob McGrath and your Team - You Guys are AMAZING! William Dean provided excellent service to re-align my bumper after U-Haul messed it up installing a tow hitch. The service department wanted to change a bunch of parts, which would have been very expensive, but William correctly recognized that the bumper just needed to be re-aligned. He ended up saving me a lot of money on expensive and unnecessary repairs. Thank you!

Low speed damage that ended up with huge hidden damage was a nightmare situation and William Dean was great at helping our family through the process. He was professional and knew how to handle repair and process.
