I brought in my car for fluid leak and the next day I had to called them to see if they had any information about my car I was told I need to wait. Here s 4 pm and not news but my car is ready and they didn t find any leak and everything was good with my car . I asked if they added oil because it was way too low to drive and I got told it doesn t need it. A customer service quoted someone is playing a prank on you . What?I let my car rest for 24 hr so the oil can settle down after I picked it up yesterday and guess what?The undercarriage is full of fluid and the oil still low.I called them back today to let them know about the issue again and also that I feel like I m not being taking seriously about this. 11/07/23

I purchased my Cadillac Ct6 in 2019 from John Green, who was great. Not pushy, patient, explained everything in detail. He even picked me up from the airport (I came in from NY)! Four years later, I still call on him with questions. Matt Beam (service director) is also top notch. He put in extra work for me when it came to warranty repair work. He was extremely transparent when it came to deciphering Cadillac s warranty. He took time to explain labor codes, exclusions/inclusions, good faith , the whole deal. Above and beyond compared to other dealers. I could sum these two guys up in 2 words; honesty and integrity. Hats off to both.Thank you

I went for an oil change and was told I also need a new tire. I always have been told to get all 4 replaced or 2 at a time but Chris told me I only needed to replace the one. I agreed and it was supposed to arrive by Friday afternoon but it's now Monday. I've left several messages but haven't heard back yet.

I bought a car here last year and I completely regret it. Beware that once you buy the car that the service department will try to convince you to pay over $500 for service on your new car and when communicating with the service manager Gil you will be promised a call back that will never happen. I'm just going to take it as a loss at this point. If you're looking for a Toyota dealership find one that offers free service for the first year or something because this dealership will absolutely rip you off.

Excellent inventory and friendly staff. For basic maintenance and service this location is very efficient. For financial transactions such as purchasing or selling a vehicle, they are ridiculously bureaucratic and inefficient. The agents who work directly with clients have no decision-making authority, and have to wait for managers to approve everything. We waited for 3 hours to get the sale of our car authorized. I sat quietly and invisibly, waiting my turn, which never came. Only after raising my voice and demanding to see a manager was our transaction approved. 3+ hours. Absolutely maddening.

Horrible staff, manager is only worried about making money. He will sell you a pos and blow you off when something happens. I would never do business at this place. The doors should be closed and locked never to do business again.

I just bought my car from them and I have to hand it to them, between Habib, George (in Financing) and Andre, I am super satisfied. Went from the worst experience at another dealership across the street to the best customer service, the time and effort they put for me to be satisfied was far beyond what I would've expected. Once my first deal went down hill, I reached out to George and Habib and they went far and beyond to help me in every way possible. Signed off papers with Andre who was patient and willing and I am so thankful that my experience with them exceeded my expectations. Thank you, thank you, thank you, if anyone needs a vehicle, definitely go see them, I would and will definitely return to them for my next vehicle purchase.

We recently bought a car from Fitzgerald and had very specific needs: something small and efficient as a second vehicle. Mustafa was so patient and efficient, he provided several options and got us just what we wanted. What we appreciated mostly was his honesty and willingness throughout the process, as we really needed something not very expensive. The closing process took a while and I wish someday someone will explain why this happens (it's not our first time buying), but I would recommend Mustafa and Fitzgerald 100%.

Went in for a tire leak and got up told I needed a major $1400.00 service. After the service the tire was still leaking air and they didn t check my spare tire so that was also flat and not useable. When I called back for an explanation the lane manger and the service director were very rude, unprofessional and unapologetic. I will never recommend them to anyone needing any maintenance on an vehicle. They are not to be trusted when they don t even set your tire pressures during a major service.

We have been a Fitz Mall car family for many years. We just had our Sonata in for some warranty work which was the reason for the visit. We have found Fitzgerald to be very responsive when it comes to servicing our cars.

I bought my car at Fitzgerald and have had it serviced at the White Flint location ever since. Adolfo Narnech and Mike Lang are exceptional men. They make what could be a stressful visit (servicing your car and the cost associated) painless. I've always been treated with respect and kept well informed of the work that is being done, why it is necessary, and costs. I never have any doubt about the technicians that work on my car. Thank you techs!!! I will always recommend Fitzgerald. Thank you for being a cut above the rest Adolfo, Mike , and Fitzgerald.

Searched for my car online, they had what I was looking for reasonably priced I went into the Fredrick Md location, spent approximately 3 hours there before receiving a fair trade on my old vehicle. I made my purchase and not much more to say here. Hope that helps.

[THIS REVIEW IS BASED ON THE CUSTOMER SERVICE RECEIVED FROM ISMAEL POSADA]. I came to Fitzgerald Subaru to fix a flat tire. For context, my tires are less than a couple of years old and the puncture causing the flat was within the tire threads where patches could be used. Nevertheless, Ismael convinced me that I needed to get a new tire versus getting the repair. When I asked if it was really necessary to replace the tire, he proceeded to call the shop on speakerphone and tell me, "I'm just going to tell them to stop working on it". I was taken aback. I never said that I didn't want them to stop working on my car--I was merely asking him to explain his recommendation. When I said as much he proceeded to tell me, "if we were in a place like West Virginia where you couldn't find a shop to change your tire, then yes, I'd say to repair it". First off, why are you calling out West Virginia? What does that have to do with anything? Secondly, his argument suggests that a place like Bethesda prefers to replace things as opposed to fixing them. My point in all of this is that I didn't appreciate the condescending tone Ismael took in pushing a more expensive sale. If I didn't have to drive into the office immediately after, I would have walked away. Needless to say, I WILL NOT BE RETURNING TO FITZGERALD AUTO MALL FOR MY SUBARU SERVICE NEEDS.

Friendly staff, small new car inventory, nice ambiance. Beware of maintenance quotes, get 2nd opinion on recommended repairs and compare with quotes from non-factory shops.

Mr. Posada should get an award for patience. He helped me with an engine issue over a series of years. Sadly, with only 70k miles on it, I had to let go of my Legacy, but the support and advice he gave me was wonderful.
