I ve purchased two cars from Euro Motors Sports and have had only positive experiences when purchasing. With that being, that's where the great customer service ends.The dealership entered incorrect banking information which led to me not receiving my title for my 2nd purchase. It s been a nightmare to get any time of assistance let alone any solution or apology.There are tons of other dealerships find one who s helpful from a-z not when just taking your money.

Ron Bouchard has been a super delight and very efficient when it has come time to lease the now 4 Mercedes I have had the pleasure of driving. I love working with Ron because he is no nonsense and listens to what my current needs are in a vehicle. It s also wonderful that he works hard to make sure it is within my budget as well. I m can t say enough wonderful things about Ron and Euro Motorcars Bethesda!!! Well done!

I just purchased a C300 from Euro motors in Bethesda and it was the best experience buying a car I ve ever had. My sales rep, James Park, was super helpful and professional. The sales manager, Danny Nasr, was absolutely amazing. Anthony Castro, the product concierge, was super helpful and patient introducing me to my new vehicle.

We were out driving on a recent Saturday and took the opportunity to go to a newly opened car wash. It was for us a typical Saturday, full of errands and stops.Unfortunately, shortly after leaving the car wash, the "Check Engine" light glowed brightly on the dashboard of my Mercedes. As we were driving through Bethesda I diverted quickly to the Service entrance with no appointment but hoping someone might be able to help.Enter Chris Shall!!Even though I had no appointment and it was nearly lunch time, and Chris was busy with other customers who did have appointments, he made time to listen to my story as well as to my car. He did so willingly, graciously and with no annoyance that I was interrupting his already very busy schedule.Chris reassured me that the annoying light was most likely a fleeting moisture issue as the result of the car wash, and it would go away quickly sometime later that day. Of course, he was correct.There was No Charge for this service.The wonderful, caring, quality, professional customer service that Chris demonstrated is the reason we utilize EuroMotorcars Service Department! His attention and reassurance that day were a great comfort to us as we went on our way.IWe are customers for life.

By far the worst service team! There were multiple complaints I had about my vehicle that were never updated in my service notes by Chris. I visited this location probably 4-5 times within the span of a few months for the same exact issue. The manager Mike continued to gaslight me and say that there were no issues. I finally decided to take my vehicle to another Mercedes Dealership and the were able to find all the issues Mike stated were non-existent with the 1st visit. I will never visit this location again. I see how the treat their non-poc customers and I am almost certain that is why I received the customer service I did. Lawrence is the only person I would go to. If not ,DO NOT TRUST THIS DEALERSHIP TO FIX YOUR CAR.

I wish i could give negative 100 i wish everyone had the same experience like me to understand why i write this review,2002 i bought CLK320 new 17 mileage on , i walked around Bethesda that day n just killing time walked into this dealership then tested drive this car with the saleperson was a lady name Catherine so later on a day later my fiance decided to buy me so we walked back in to buy it which that old saleperson was off so i bought it from the other saleperson after that months later i took my car in to check up spoke to one of manager not sure who was that becuz of operator connected line to him while i was waiting for my car is checking up , that manager who was on the line with me he said I'm the bad customer who talked to one saleperson but buy from other which meant they both had to split money which i didnt know if i come back to buy in the next day , he yelled at me n told me not to come back to buy again made me think the old sack lady must be his gf or wife or concubine at work thats why he protected her, I was shocked n stunned in the meantime not sure stun n shock is the same meaning walked out blurry after car was done the peak was the mechanic Mike Cohan by that day i brought car in that day he was the one who told me that he have heard about im the customer who bought the car from two saleperson i was so shocked that the who dealership had bad talk about customer whose pay for almost $70,000 from them, this is the hi-end car dealership that treat customer. I after using this car for 13 year then I bought from different dealership but everytime i drive pass by Bethesda dealership it kept reminding me of bad memories of my life buying car. I like mecedes still but never want to buy again since BMW is the better option n nicer drive n best service.I used to file complain about this dealership old sacky lady Catherine n manager i spoke to n never cure i never forget this nightmare buyin car. Worse of dealership in my life.

I had the BEST experience at the Euro Motorcars dealership today. The staff was extremely friendly, and I had the pleasure of working with Danny! Eric at Euro Motorcars Bethesda is my new best friend. Perhaps I m being hyperbolic.Nevertheless, there was an unfortunate mishap that was out of anyone s control regarding the first EQE he helped secure for me. Never daunted, he worked with my car guy, Edwin to find the same exact EQE with the same features in a better exterior and interior color.Under 72 hours we went from what just happened to receiving a car beyond my expectations!Eric and his team are thorough and transparent. Never bashful to tell the customer what s going on even if the news is not good. Because of this transparency and attention to detail, it ll be difficult to find another MB dealership that can meet, then beat this level of service.

Ordered an AMG GLE53 Coupe, and it was delivered in July. My Sales Consultant, Justin Breeden, was awesome! Justin walked me through the process from start to finish before placing my order. After the order was placed, Justin stayed in contact. It was a few months before delivery, but every time I had a question, I reached out to Justin, and he immediately answered my questions. I even had a major change to the order, and Justin was able to get those changes in after the cut off date.When the vehicle arrived, the terrific service continued. Justin continued being the point man and was great. Although I didnt finance through Mercedes, the finance team was great. They gave me some great advice to grt the biggest bang for my buck. Everything went well as I drove off in this beast of a truck.Lastly, I did have an issue with the truck at one point. It was a simple fix, but I asked Justin to get me in for a quick appointment to fix the issue. Justin hooked me up with the service team to come in sooner than the first available appointment. The entire service department was excellent and took care of the issue very quickly without charging me anything since it was something that was overlooked before driving off the lot. Overall, excellent service!!

Aki Tareen was super helpful in the buying process. Even though I knew I wanted to buy the car he took the time to ensure I really liked it first and insisted on a test drive to make sure I really wanted it. Super good customer service and amazing guy! Will definitely be buying more cars with him in the future.

My family and I have purchased at least 6 cars from Ron Bouchard. over the last 25+ years. He has always been super helpful, straight to the point and never pushy. A few qualities you rarely find at a car dealership. This time I purchased my first Mercedes through him at EuroMotors. The experience was wonderful. Everyone at the dealership was friendly yet not pushy. I also enjoyed working with Mike the finance guy. He was helpful and made it very easy to understand all the warranties and other extras. My family and I have always enjoyed working with Ron and will be back :)

My service advisor was Ryan. Ryan did an outstanding job placing customer service above all else. I truly appreciated his respect of my time but also his transparency. I'll continue to service with Ryan and Euro Bethesda for as long as I have a mercedes.

A car (new 2024 GLE 450e) leased on 12/26/23 and not driven from 12/27/23-1/3/24 (family vacation) has been in the shop twice since 1/13/24 for a burning smell when driven on gas mode. The first time the service signed off on the car as being okay (it was not). Communication on the car status other than I have no updates and will check in tomorrow and then never check in, has been abysmal. Not a fun experience :(!! Still have no updates on my car (1/20/24 and the service is now closed for the weekend).

Service department is an entire scam. Brought my vehicle in late August to have the seat controls on my passenger side adjusted as they d somehow come lose and sunk into the door panel. Rep later called me and advised that because my vehicle was out of warranty I d have to pay out of pocket for the repair. It was $75 .cool no problem. Get the green light that the problem's been fixed, pick up my car and I m on my way. Fast forward to present day, I go to adjust the passenger seat while putting items into the car and notice that the controls have sunken in again. I m livid because not only is it less than 90 days since it was allegedly fixed but nobody even sits on that side to use those controls regularly (no kids, no frequent passengers).I bring the car in and drop it off. Next day I get a call from the rep stating that I need to replace the entire door panel which is a 2k job .or they can try and relatch it to the door. I tell them absolutely not to the door and reiterate that I barely use the controls. Rep says ok and he ll pass it onto the tech. About an hour later I get a message stating my car is ready and attached is a $190 bill. EXCUSE ME!? I immediately call the dealer and leave a message for Dennis and also text back letting them know I mnot paying the fee. His response is to speak with the manager on duty.So I arrive at the dealership and speak with the service manager and inquire as to why not only am I being charged for their shoddy work but in addition your trying to bill me more than what I originally paid. He calls himself going through the notes and tries to claim that the control latch is faulty and that the entire door panel needs to be replaced. My reply was if that s the case, this should ve been communicated to me the first time I brought it in so as not to have unrealistic expectations about the repair. He then attempts to go through my old records and even pulls up audio of the conversation between me and the original rep Michael from when I first brought the car in. Of course nowhere was it stated this could be a future issue, also there is no record of me agreeing to the repair for $190. So now the manager attempts to pivot claiming the tech is gone for the day and he ll have to talk to him and the service rep tomorrow.The staff there are crooks and trying to scam people out of their hard earned money!

I was referred by my Friend to Stephanie Shi..She was so patient to me and my husband ..picked a right car for us and helped us find a less expensive insurance agent ..She was so patient and professional..We appreciate all the hardwork she did for us..Absolutely We will send her friends ,families..We like the environment of Euromotor Bethesda Mercedes also ..Beautiful show room ..big inventory of new cars .It was such good experience there .

I recently Purchased a used 2019 Mercedes Benz 550 Cabriolet Convertible with less than 15,000 miles from Euro Motorcars Bethesda. Truly one of the most beautiful machines I have ever driven or purchased.The entire experience was pleasant, not high pressured, and the Dealership Sales (Camron) and Finance Reps (Kavi) were all very professional, personable, and helpful in making our experience positive.The dealership is huge, with a large stock of New and beautifully maintained Used Vehicles. I found the car online at their website, and it had superb and numerous pictures of the car I was looking for. I spent a great deal of time reviewing the details and was provided with a car fax showing excellent maintenance records.When I was ready to purchase the car, we made the deal, and we flew to Bethesda to Pick up the car. Camron provided a driver to pick us up at the airport and provided us with drinks and snacks upon arrival. The waiting area is large and comfortable and pleasant while we waited to finish the details. We viewed the car and was pleased that the pictures reflected the actual condition of the car.Kavi provided options for an Extended Warranty and Maintenance agreement. We found a more comprehensive and less costly Third Party Extended Warranty agreement, but felt the Maintenance Agreement was acceptable, and the work can be done at any Mercedes Benz Service Department across the Nation.We signed the paperwork, shook hands and drove back to Florida, well pleased with the purchase. The only disappointment was that I asked if we could get a Mercedes Benz Hat for my wife and I and he showed me where I could buy one. Six Figures to buy the car and I had to pay $70 for the hats? Disappointing!That said, I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a well maintained used vehicle. While it is too far for my maintenance, the facility has one of the largest service departments that I have seen and one that they can be proud of. Thanks Kavi and Camron for all your help.

I want to bring to your attention that you should not have any dealings with Euro Motorcars in Bethesda, MD. I recently had a poor experience with them, including a situation that I felt to be a bait-and-switch. The next day he called me just after 1pm and told me that he couldn t send me the Carfax via text but asked for my email address. I gave that to him and he said he would send it over. He also mentioned that Mercedes had a great APR at 2.99 for up to 72 months right now, as well as two free services if I purchased before the end of the February. He then began talking about financing the $75,000 and at this point I interrupted him weren t we talking about the White wagon which he told me was listed on the summary sheet at $62,881? He said that no, the car that we drove was the White wagon and it actually had 16k miles and was $75,000 not $62,881. He said that the car he gave me the information for was another car the dealer had in stock. I was still confused at this point and asked him to explain. He told me that they have a 2014 White E63 Sedan that he had accidentally given me the price for. I stated that the price difference from what he had told me and what I had written down the previous day to what he was telling me today was $12,000 not small change. At this point I told him that it sounds like he was trying to pull a bait-and-switch trick. He said that no, he wasn t, had just mistakenly given me information about a different car. I asked him that if he knew he had given me incorrect information, why wouldn t he say that upfront instead of throwing in in the middle of our conversation and not apologizing for his mistake? I spoke to Greg the manager for almost 20 minutes about the car and the situation. This is where I thought I could get some understanding about the situation that they put me in, but this couldn t have been further from the truth. He told me that Camron and him argued about the price and miles of the White wagon. Greg told him that he had been driving that car for the past few days, and that he is the one who purchased the car so he knows how much the it is going to go for. Here is where the continuous lack of customer service and the onus I would expect from a dealer of this caliber really surprised me. He added that Camron made a mistake and that he was human. I agreed with him and said I understand that everyone makes mistakes but the two things that really bothered me were that Camron didn t come forth when he made the mistake, but hid the information and that never even apologized. Greg made a joke, which struck me as being in poor taste, about how I should have bought the car yesterday at the $62,881 price, though they would have figured it out in finance. He then told me a story about another customer who had agreed verbally on a price, but when signing the papers didn t notice that price agreed to verbally was not listed; the customer came back a few days later when he realized the mistake. In Greg s expressed opinion, the situation was the customer s problem and that they shouldn t have signed. Not only are those stories sad, they are not something to brag, gloat about, or share with another customer. Taking someone s misfortune lightly just proves further the type of dealership this is a dealership that only takes care of themselves and not their customers. I was shocked He ended by saying the car still needed to go through the shop certification process, that he would have to pay the dealership a fee and that he also had to pay AMG a fee for the warranty; he could let me know the pricing once it goes through the shop. This is where we concluded our conversation. I have yet to receive a phone call about the car after it completed its certification process, and have still not received an apology from anyone at Euro Motorcars. I received the Carfax later that day after the conversations with both Camron and Greg. It showed that the car had an accident in the rear, something that was never mentioned by the sales staff or the manager.

They should properly label this dealership as Mercedes-Benz of Bethesda . I was very disappointed to learn that there is a Mercedes-Benz dealership much closer to Rockville, after paying to get towed all the way to Silver Spring. When I searched Mercedes-Benz on Google Maps, this place was buried way down in the search results, and it was not clear that this is an official Mercedes-Benz authorized service center. It was called Euro something motor car, and it did not look like an official Mercedes-Benz listing. I also questioned them due to such a low rating on Google Maps!

2 weekends ago we wondered in a little before close and met Wesley Richter. He was so friendly and kind to show us some cars that day, one of which we almost bought. We decided to hold off in the moment and look for other options. Welsey did a great job of following up with us and seeing how our car search was going. From the first day and through out the week in between he really listened to what we were looking for. Yesterday morning texted us that he thought he had a car that would check all the boxes. He was right! We re so happy with our car and so great full to Wesley and Kavi in the finance department. Thank you!

It is and was my pleasure to purchase my 1st Mercedes from Euro Motorcars Bethesda because of the Excellent service I received from Mr. Camron. I drove from Cincinnati,Ohio to get my 450 E Coupe consequently there was an extensive amount of correspondence after the initial sell + it's my 1st Mercedes and I had question above several features. Mr. Camron went over and beyond to assist Me with the functions of the vehicle , delivery of Plates, missing !st Aid Kit and any concerns I had . He always answer my calls promptly ,even though I had already purchased the vehicle. It is rare today to find Salesperson today that follows up after they have received their funds ,Mr. Camron is such an individual. I would recommend you request him if your purchasing a Mercedes from Euro Motorcars Bethesda.

Wow what a great experience I had. I hate buying cars first off. And I have been to probably every Mercedes in the dmv. From Tyson s to Alexandria to silver spring and Annapolis. Horrible service and even worse people. However a friend recommended Wes to me and I will come back here to buy every car I need. He was straightforward and to the point. There was no back and forth Bs haggling. He showed me the car i wanted. I didn t need to test drive because I had already driven it at other dealerships. At this point I just wanted a deal. He definitely gave that to me. It was a very quick process. He even checked on me after to see how the car was going. Helped me move my items from my old car to the new car. You can tell he s a dedicated person so I appreciate this. I love my car and i HIGHLY recommend you shop with Wes if you re buying a Mercedes!
