was a customer of this service a couple of weeks ago. bmw 525i 2002. I needed to put other wheels and make the wheel alignment. I explained to the manager that it is necessary to put wheels with spacers because the hub and wheels have a different central hole. When the car was driven inside, the master took a large screwdriver and began to pick out the hub caps with a screwdriver. I had to go inside and show them how to remove them correctly, that they just need to be turned and removed. When the master removed all the old wheels, he began installing new ones. he began to put them without spacers and he did not succeed. I had to call the manager to explain to him how to put the wheels. After installing the wheels, he made the collapse of the convergence of the wheels. Bottom line: when I'm driving on the road, I have to keep the steering wheel a little to the right to keep the car going straight. When I came to another service for wheel balancing, they showed me that the rear wheels are not in the right position, they have a direction that is directed in the other direction.

Excellent service and work! Chris was very informative and helped me throughout the whole process (insurance, who to call, what to do, etc) bof repairing my car. His shop did excellent work and the car looks like brand new. He was also very communicative and finished in the work in a timely fashion. These guys are amazing! They are very straightforward and knowledgeable every step of the the way, and they ensure that you get good service. You'll be as confident as I was, knowing that you're dealing with real professionals. Best of all, their customer service and the way they interact with their patrons makes you feel like you're family. My friend recommended this place and I will continue the tradition by doing the same myself! There is no other place I'll be taking my BMW because there's no one else I trust.

DPS Automotive is a business you can trust. It is run by professional, knowledgeable people who aren't after your dollar but quality in service. I have been there twice now, fully satisfied with service and price, and intend to go again whenever needed. You should too.

The owner is quite professional and a master technician. They are very meticulous and get the job done right. I am a former auto mechanic but no longer have a place to work on my cars so I have the guys at DPS take care of my repairs and maintenance. I have taken several of my cars and truck there for repair and was always satisfied. They are Subaru experts, but can work on any car. Definitely Recommend!

Trust and highly recommend DPS for all your automotive needs! I brought my car in for body work to be done and they did a phenomenal job. During the process, they kept me updated with the status of my car and I greatly appreciated that. The paint job and body work is flawless and I am beyond satisfied. Pirouz and Chris are great, super knowledgeable and personable. I will def return here for all my car needs.

Pirouz and the guys at DPS have been servicing every single one of my vehicles, pretty much since the day they opened. I've brought them a lot of variations, from highly modified cars to rare diesel Jeeps. Super knowledgeable and helpful!Honest, trustworthy, and reliable. I moved to VA almost a year ago and will still take the drive to get work done at DPS

Not too happy with my experience with DPS. Took my car there when the check engine light came on, a popping sound was being made and was having loss of power at high speeds. They informed me I needed a new axle, oil filter housing and needed to take the car to an actual dealer to update the computer. The first thing that was a little suspicious was they refused to give me a service report after they completed said work. So once I did get it to the dealership I had no proof of what work they did. Was informed all I needed was a computer update after the work they did. WELL once the dealership took a look at the car they realized it also needed a new passenger side engine mount, new front control arms both sides and cylinder head assembly valve cover replacement. With all this extra work need I now question how much they actually looked into the issues I originally brought the car in for. 0/10 will never go back here after they let me drive out with so many issues.

My first experience here was wonderful. The owner/technician is very knowledgeable about the brand and what should be done. I have not had this car run this smooth in years. I am very happy and confident that any future maintenance or repairs will be done correctly for the longevity of the vehicle.

I've been taking my Subarus here as long as I have had Subarus which is close to ten years now. The biggest positive thing that stuck out to me about DPS was that when I was first getting into Subarus and I wanted to do mods to the car, I'd say can you guys do X and they would turn down doing the work because it wasn't necessary either for the car's performance or my point in the build didn't/couldn't warrant the work yet. Most shops I have been to just jump on the chance to do any work whereas DPS actually cares about the health of your car and setting you up with a reliable vehicle. I have had DPS do practically everything from complete shell swaps, to brakes, to repairing body work on the car, and I will continue to do so as long as they're around. It takes me over 4 hours round trip getting my vehicles there, but it's worth it in the end to me.Services: Exhaust, Steering & suspension repair, Auto engine diagnostic, Body & Trim, Transmission repair, Brakes, Air conditioning, Brake service & repair, Oil change

This is a top-notch shop, doesn't get any better! The mechanics are car experts dedicated to customer care. Good prices, honest, efficient. I feel like a got a dealer experience from a local shop and better prices. I won't go anywhere else!

I highly recommend Dynamic Power Solutions if you recently purchased a motorcycle and need to get it inspected. The shop owner, Pirouz is a fellow rider with two bikes of his own. His shop does work only on cars only but he is a licensed rider with a certification to inspect motorcycles. His inspection fee is reasonable (~$75) and he isn't trying to nickel and dime you like some local shops in the area, who are just looking for additional work. I just brought over a friend's motorcycle to get it inspected at DPS. We were done in like 20 minutes and everything was very straight forward. A+

Pirouz and Nick are great guys and run an excellent business. I have been using DPS now for a couple years for inspections and have nothing but good things to say about how they run their business. They treat customers with respect and do excellent work. Keep up the good work guys!

Pirouz knows his Subarus and did a superb job troubleshooting my cooling system, uncovering a couple of other issues along the way. Unlike most mechanics, who only focus on that one problem that you mention when you drop off the car, Pirouz looks at the symptoms, identifies the root cause and then proceeds to fix it. He also took the time to show and explain everything he found (unlike my previous mechanic who'd just waive his hands, shrug and send me off). All in all, a thorough, knowledgeable mechanic with great communication skills and very reasonable rates. Highly recommend.

I m really disappointed with this place, 4 weeks ago I took my vehicle over to have brakes check out, yes I was still under warranty, they told me the brakes were still good, noise and squeaking was coming from brakes being use, and that brakes was still good charge was 120$.. following week brought vehicle back mechanic told me it was the steering column, he grease it up , no noise for 5 days.. noise come back, I called and now the front counter guy tells me it s the brakes, and yes warranty is expired.. if this place would have fixed brakes 30 days ago I wouldn t have to hear this squeaky noise coming from brake pad and rotors.. I only gave them 2 stars because at least the last mechanic tried and did stop the noise for 5 days.. now I m force to find a place to replace brakes and rotors for 1000$..Service: Brakes

Just moved from New Jersey and my state inspection was quick and honest. Pirouz explained the whole process to me and we even got to talking about other car-related inquiries. I'm beyond happy to have found a trustworthy team for my auto needs.

Just bought a low mile 1998 Civic for a commute car and in overall great condition except for a transmission leak. Took it in to DPS Automotive and they fixed it right up. They told me best case scenario (low cost), it's just the seal wearing off. Worst case scenario it would be a much more costly job - don't remember the specifics of what the job would've been in the worst case scenario, I'm not a mechanic. After diagnosing the cause of the transmission fluid leak they told me it was just the seal - great news! These guys are extremely knowledgeable, professional, personable, and have INTEGRITY. They could've gone with the worst case scenario, as many dishonest mechanics are oft to do, and made me spend possible $1k+ on a $1800 beater. But these guys were honest and I drove home with a like-new 1998 Civic. I would take any of my cars to these guys again.

I have been getting every car I've ever owned serviced here. They have helped me with issues due to faulty high-performance modifications and standard RnR work. The place is wonderful and the owner is phenomenally helpful. FIVE stars!

I Really liked these guys. From Start to finish my experience here was pleasant and professional. I had them clean a DPF of of my wife's Mercedes 250 GLK that was clogged, and I'm glad I did. For reference sake: A new DPF runs around $1,950 online; by using DPS Automotive I was back on the road four just over $600. Well worth the visit.

These dudes have cared for my pride and joy for years now and not once have steered me wrong. Pirouz and Nick are great guys, and very knowledgeable, especially in regards to the Impreza GC chassis. Do not hesitate to bring your car here, projects big or small, like the ones they've done for me. You guys rock!

Just had a mororcycle inspection, so I can't speak to the quality of their repairs or tuning, but my experience couldn't have been better. Friendly and reasonably priced- Seemed like great guys.

I take my BMW M3 to them and they are the only shop I would trust with it. Reasonable pricing, knowledgeable, honest people. Go there, you won't be disappointed.
