Phenomenal experience. From the beginning to the end Eric was great! They lent me a brand new 2024 Acura Integra with 13 miles on it while mine was in the shop for a recall repair. It drove so smoothly. When I had an issue with returning it due to work there was no problem bringing it in after the work week was over! Great customer service from Eric and the team!

Chevy Chase Acura is the best! I located my vehicle online and I put a call into the dealership. I was contacted by Maurice shortly after. We set up an appointment for the next day and the car was in great shape! It was beautiful! Maurice was a pleasure to work with and very knowledgeable. The process from start to finish was a breeze. Giovanni was a pleasure to work with as well. He helped us understand everything on the finance side. I found both of them very personable and the service was top notch! I highly recommend this dealership. Even though I was buying a used car they treated me like I was buying a new car. I couldn't have asked for a better car buying experience! To say we had a great experience with the used car sales team is not giving them enough credit. I don t know too many people who enjoy purchasing a car but our experience was not only tolerable but pleasant. We had specific goals to achieve during the sale process and because of their complete understanding of my situation in particular we were able to purchase a wonderful car at a good price with a payment I can afford. Can get any better than that!

I cannot say enough great things about the team here at Chevy Chase Acura. I located my desired vehicle online and was immediately contacted by Maurice. He walked me thru the process and it was so smooth. He kept me abreast of everything, every step of the way. Giovanni was equally helpful, and ensured that I understood everything on the finance side. I highly recommend this dealership. Make sure you ask for Maurice!

The service performed on my vehicle was good and it was done well before the two hour wait time that was expected. There wasn t a working television in any of the waiting rooms which would ve made the wait extremely long and pretty boring. My service writer did send a ride share for me to go have lunch while I waited for my car. It would be nice at my next visit to be able to sit in one of the waiting areas and not have to sit in silence. Thank you

The reason for my appointment and interest in purchase my second Acura from this dealership was their staff and excellent customer service. Times have changed. The sales person although nice was not confident in his role, lacked knowing the products and features with the vehicle and did not do a good job selling me the vehicle. Showed me the wrong vehicle, didn t know the information of the vehicle I was interested in and was very overwhelmed when addressed with particular questions. A one day normal process to purchase a vehicle took three days and I am back in the shop for several issues that should have been taken care of prior . I really had high hopes because of the shop s reputation, being a current customer and have always referred this dealership as the place to go may have to reconsider.

I drove an hour and a half to purchase a used MDX that I had wanted. They had the color and trim. It was a good price. When I asked about additional fees they had a dealer processing fee as well as a SMARTSHEILD FEE. it's a paint and interior protector. It was the "best he could do". I wanted the car, so I explained that I was going to get some roof rails and I asked if they would install those at no charge. It WAS agreed upon and I thank them for it. I picked up my used vehicle, they did agree to detail it and polish the front headlights. (I think that's normal). My salesmen Maurice and Carlos were awesome. Todd in the detailing dept removed a few minor scratches for me. And the sales manager Ralph made sure I was happy with my purchase. I look forward to my years worth of oil changes and car washes for life. I may even consider doing the happy dance in the carwash wearing nothing but my birthday suit...we will see.

Service is good. Very busy Friday afternoon. I got a loaner since they had to keep my car overnight.We have an extended warranty. Every time I take it in for service, they fine $1,000 worth of work not covered. It gets old.They first put me in the wrong car. I was given a car that had completed its service and was waiting for its owner. The right car had been smoked in. Not pleasant.An hour after returning the loaner, I got a call that I was responsible for a dent on a rear door. Wasn't me. They back off.

My experience at Chevy Chase Acura was amazing and a smooth process. I have to give 5 stars also to Richard Boyd for being a great salesman and taking the time to really walk me through the different features of the cars. I love my 2024 MDX and appreciate the team at Chevy Chase Acura for helping with the process. Oh and I went on a Sunday, drove a hour from Waldorf, which many dealerships were closed and by them being open and having great customer service helped solidify the deal.

I was very hopeful that this would be a great experience - my first luxury car and my first time going to a luxury dealership. I saw the option to have my car picked up and delivered and thought, great! I saw an option to finance the cost - even though the interest is a little steep, it can be paid off in 90 days interest-free. Even scheduling was straightforward. And the people I have spoken to have been very nice and helpful.Now, while the car seems to be doing better $1600 later, I have to say I'm disappointed in the "luxury" experience. First, there was terrible confusion on the pick up and drop off - it was converted to sending me a driver who couldn't find me and I was waiting outside for no less than 30 minutes (apparently, there's a window of time to schedule a drop off that I was not told about). A salesperson called me to tell me the Acura I was looking at was no longer available (I never called about a different car). Settings in my car (seat, rearview mirror, radio) were all changed. And a dirty coffee cup was left on the passenger side floor of my car.None of those are huge deals - on their own. They're just not what I would consider to be appropriate for a luxury dealership. To make matters worse, I emailed the service manager (using the card and email left with my paperwork) to explain all of this. That was three days ago. I have not heard back from anyone since.Extremely disappointed in the service I received at Chevy Chase Acura. I can only hope it was a fluke.

I purchased a 2020 Toyota Corolla on 4/8/24. I was helped my Michael who I THOUGHT was a kind and honest sales man. I saved up for a long time to be able to purchase a car without applying for a loan because I am still In school and was waiting to apply for a loan when I m able to get into my schools program and WITHOUT my permission my credit was run. I specifically asked Michael if he ran my credit after he asked me to sign a credit score form I did not consent to and he told me no. Then I get an email from credit karma letting me know a hard inquiry was applied to my credit from CHEVY CHASE ACURA. This was my first time buying a car and instead of feeling happy about this big accomplishment I feel cheated. If you re looking to get your car from an honest dealership please do not come here. I never writes reviews like this but I take my credit score very seriously and I can t believe Michael and this company are okay with running their customers credits without their permission. Please avoid this dealership if you don t want your credit run without your permission and then lied to by the sales man that they did no such thing. I am so disappointed in Michael and Chevy chase acura, clearly their main goal is to get their commission and could care less for their customers.

We love our Acura, it s a great car that honestly sells itself, but we are beyond grateful for the work Nathan and Maciring did to help us make our decision and navigate the often tedious car buying experience. Nathan was attentive and enthusiastic without being pushy, and I was impressed with his intimate knowledge of the car we were looking at. He made himself available to answer any and all questions, but was comfortable enough to hang back and let us form our own conclusions. He and Maciring were very forthcoming and clear when it came to financing, purchase options, and incentives, and I truly felt they did their best to find us the right price for the car we wanted. The entire process from introductions to test drives to negotiations and eventual purchase was very professional, stress free, and accommodating. Looking forward to our continued relationship through services and maintenance, and I can only expect the professionalism and attention to detail will continue.

Came in for an alignment , was told rear passenger side wheel was not adjustable. Okay but my steering wheel is still crooked. I paid $110 for the alignment. What was done? I would expect at least the front wheels are done correctly. Update: Rating is upgraded to neutral after having a conversation with the service manager. We are working towards a resolution. Depend on the outcome, the rating may go up or go down again.

When my daughter and I first arrived, we were greeted by a nice young man named Tr�. He was very personable and kind and listened to our concerns. He even drove me back to my job so I didn t have to wait there all day.We also met Chris Toronto who made sure that all of our concerns about the car were addressed. He made sure the car was thoroughly checked from top to bottom because I wanted to be sure my daughter would be safe to drive the car. Most car shops will lie to you about things just to get your money, but he was open and honest about the car which made me feel good. He even got a Lyft for my daughter to get home so she didn t have to stay there the whole day.We are very thankful for Tr� and Chris for going above and beyond. Give these two men a raise! Joseph is a professional customer representative. He organized everything fast and gave me an excellent service that exceeded my expectations.I got my car back fully serviced ( addressing the recalls and reminder A service) in 45 min, which usually takes 1.3 - 2 hours only for an oil change.

I hadan amazing sales person, Nathan Derr.He spent a long time with me, going over the features in my car, and explaining everything very patiently and professionally . He also was very generous in letting me know that I could ask him for help whenever I needed it. That s a very, very kind offer to an older person who is adjusting to new technology.I also very much appreciated Ralph Kolius, who worked with me to make sure we could land on a price where I could afford the car.

I took my car their for an oil change. on 3/5/24. and I was advised that the car needed more than an oil change. because of the code that was showing. so I okay for them to perform the services that was needed. when I got back the car My rear view mirror was broken. the service advisor was saying to me that it was broken when I brought the car in. I informed her that it was not broken. however they repaired it. but I was very disappointed with the service advisor integrity. I was thinking to myself maybe the car didn't even needed the extra service that was recommended. but it was just a way for them to inflated the bill. I would not take my car back to this place for service.

Such a great experience at Chevy Chase Acura. I was greeted right away by the sales manager. I explained what my situation was and he ensured me he would get me into a new car that day. And he definitely did do just that. The sales rep spent time with me test driving and figuring out which color to go with. I can t speak highly enough about the team there. It was quick and painless. Highly recommend going to see them for your next vehicle.
