I ve been coming here since 2017 and the service has been consistently excellent. Every service has been completed on time and correctly. Their recommendations have been well founded. I can easily get appointments for the time I want. I ve taken advantage of a loaner car from time to time, which is very helpful. And the service advisors and mechanics are very focused on providing an excellent experience. My highest recommendation.

Unfortunately, I don't have anything good to say about my experience here. The service center seemed uncoordinated - initially unsure whether my inspection and oil change could be done same-day, then failing to follow up once the service was complete. My calls + voicemail to check on the status went unanswered; until finally, instead of forwarding me again to "my" service advisor, someone determined that the car was in fact ready (some 48 hours after dropping it off).Upon picking the car up, I waited ~30 minutes for someone to bring it out. Overall quite subpar to what one should expect when paying a premium for dealership service. They even threw in some oil spots for good measure!Service: Oil change

I had a great experience at Audi Bethesda service center when my car needed some major repairs. Anthony and his team went above and beyond for me and it was greatly appreciated. I ve been to Audi Rockville service center, which USED to be good, but no longer. I ve been to a 3rd party Audi repair center, which was decent, but not necessarily economical. It all boils down to who the service manager is and in Audi Bethesda s case, they re in great hands with Anthony. I ll continue coming to them for all my Q7 s needs.

Absolutely phenomenal service, from start to finish! This is by far the best Audi service center we've ever dealt with...issue was repaired within 3 days! Loaner vehicle was offered, but we ended up not needing it.Thank you. Highly recommend and will return, if needed (lol)

Had an absolutely wonderful experience with Audi Bethesda service department. My 2021 Q5 Hybrid was acting up and I was honestly a little nervous to drive it. They sent a porter to get my car in exchange for a loaner. How awesome is that! Not sure how often they do that but Anthony showed real concern and compassion for this nervous Nelly!! I was sent a video detailing exactly what needed repair on the car. And it was done exactly when they told me it would be. I felt really heard and cared for by car experts. Thanks Audi Bethesda. The car is running great!!

Really can t say enough bad things about this place. I ve had this car in 3-4 times trying to get an intermittent stalling/rough idle issue resolved, and the last time I took it in, they didn t even try to diagnose it. Just gave me a loaner car for two weeks (which itself refused to start for 20 minutes one time!) and then gave me a $0 bill. Genuinely perplexing. I get the sense the service writers will just do or say whatever it takes to get you out the door.

The absolute worst Audi service in the country! Not even worth the 1-star I had to give them to leave the review. My 3rd attempt today, 1/19/2024 to patronize this service location has not yielded any change even in speaking directly to the manager. Audi should be concerned about the service consultants and managers representing their brand at this service location. The service consultants are rude and unable to adequately perform basic tasks like scheduling an appointment. I made an appointment with the service manager for a dent repair that he never scheduled. The repair man was not in today and they would have kept my car knowing that it could not be serviced had I not asked to reschedule the appointment for when it could be fully serviced. During my wait, I had the luxury of overhearing other service consultants and managers conspire to intentionally leave a customers car outside during a snow event "to get snowed on" because they didn't like her. I mentioned it to the sales consultant and it went ignored. Thankfully I encountered a sales consultant today capable of fixing everyone else's mess.

Quick and professional. However, we got fleeced on the oil change price. Labor alone on a change was over $200. Total cost is 50%+ more than other dealerships.

Can't put into words how amazing this service department is! Everyone from the service advisors, techs to the service manager has been exceptional. My cars have been in for everything from normal service, scratched wheel, unknown rattles and these guys have taken care of every issue swiftly. Communication from the service advisors have been excellent, keeping me in the loop on everything going on with incremental updates. Based on my experience I have recommended them to others, and will personally continue to use them until I stop owning an Audi.

Great Service; great facility. They really are a step above the other Audi Service Centers in the area. I was able to get my car fixed quickly, same day, without an appointment and the rep who took care of me, Rob, couldn't have been nicer.

DO NOT BRING YOUR AUDI HERE TO BE SERVICEDMy husbands Audi was dropped off here on 31Jul2023 and we just picked it up last Friday on 22Sep2023. This is a total of 52 days. We brought the car here for a 60k mile service, the check engine light was on, there was rattling in the engine, the auto start/stop was malfunctioning, and cruise control was malfunctioning.After we dropped the car off, the service advisor Alexander Duarte, was communicating with my husband and all of the sudden he had come up with brand new issues that my husband and I had never experienced with the car. Such as the car overheating, and the AC blowing hot air.The services they performed on my husbands car are a coolant flush, a fuel induction service, and a cam shaft positioning, reinstalled a solenoid, and a regular service (included in Audi care previously purchased.)They could not figure out why the light on my husband's car was on so they had to communicate with Audi Germany and this is why they said that they had the car for such a long period of time.At the end of the 52 days, we were getting impatient, the service advisor would text my husband and tell him a specific day that he would supposedly have updates and he wouldn't get back to him. Then eventually they told us we could come get the car.When we get there Friday they explained that the car is drivable, and they got the check engine light to come off but they still do not know why there is rattling in the engine, and even though they had the car for 52 days apparently that's not enough time. They said we could take the car, but there is potentially something wrong and could cause "catastrophic damage to the engine."When I said so we dropped the car off 52 days ago and we are picking the car up and it still has the same issues today when we are picking it up, the service advisor said, and I quote," Those are pre-existing issues. What we fixed is the check engine light, that's what we got approved to replace and we also have other issues that are underlying so it took us a while to figure out."This really makes no sense to me, obviously these are preexisting issues, my husband brought this car to Audi in hopes they would help him, but instead they created more problems for him.I WISH I could give less that one star, because we drove the car home and the engine light came back on before we reached our house. AVOID! Shady "one-year warranty" policy. Dropped off my Audi A5 cab to get my convertible fixed on May 18, 2022. Paid over $2k to get it fixed but did not get the car back until June 6th.On May 22, 2023, the convertible stopped working again. I brought it back in thinking it was covered under the one-year warranty... NO! They told me the warranty starts on the "Open" date (when I brought it in on May 18th)...not the "Ready" date (when I got the car back on June 6th). WHAT THE HECK??I'll never take my car to Audi Bethesda for service again. And I refuse to buy my next car from Audi Bethesda.Service: Electrical repair

Leaving my car at this service center was a huge mistake and I will never go back. The service people are friendly but the one I dealt with was overwhelmed, did not return my calls etc. what was to be a two day service turned into six days and yes lots the car over a holiday weekend. I am afraid this service center is not well managed. Oh and the loaner car promised when you bought the Audi? That needs at least three weeks notice to this service center. So suggest you try another one

Service was super slow. They had me pay because my car was ready and just in the wash and it took an additional half hour to get it back. I only finally got it back by asking them to skip the complimentary wash.They also charged me $60 more than the estimate for work I did not ask for or agree to. They were willing to undo that charge when I pulled out the agreement I signed including the clause that they won t charge more than 10% above the estimate.Overall, took 4 hours for an oil change and tire rotation. Still waiting for my car to be returned to me.

I ve been to other Audi service departments around the beltway, but this service center is always my go-to. I appreciate the customer service and communication from the staff. One word Diego!!!! The service and the follow thru was ICONIC!!! The entire time the communication was spot on, I appreciate Anthony the service manager and the rest of the staff for providing the "white glove service" that Audi of Bethesda is known for!!!!

Tonny, the service specialist was very helpful who worked beyond duty hours to help get the parts for my car without any delays. He was very supportive to involve my insurance for some comprehensive repairs which were a surprise. Thanks to his team of experienced technicians who were transparent and shared live pictures and videos of my vehicle showing me whats going on under the hood , determine what was exactly needed for a complete service. I love the work done by Tonny and all of the assistance from his team since 2 years of regular service with a smile on every mile!!

Very friendly and helpful staff, which actually made bringing the car in for a recall a pleasant experience. They ordered me an alto rideshare home and back while the work was performed. This was my first Audi service center experience, huge difference from other brand service centers in how I was treated. Diego was an excellent service rep.

This place is a joke. Had an appointment for an oil change at 10am and didn t get the car back till after 2:00pm. I m from out of town and asked them to screw something in within the car and they wanted to charge me $200. I asked an older woman for an eta on the oil change and she said you are working with Alex and he s on break, come back later . Awesome customer service. For paying over$200 for an oil change you all lack service and compassion for other s time. Only person that was nice was Eddy that greeted me.

Really poor service, I would suggest servicing your Audi elsewhere, this center is really unreliable, failed to complete repairs, missed repairs to complete, held on to the car several days past expected, returned vehicle a mess just a very poor experience which didn t concern the staff here all which is even more disappointing, never great to work with people who don t take pride in their job, which is the case here.

Worst experience ever!!! Had my car towed to the service department in the MORNING (battery needed replacing). They assured me over the phone that a battery replacement would only take about an hour. At about 2:00 pm, I left a message saying that I just needed an update on the battery situation. I was told my service "adviser" would be back in half an hour. By 3:00 pm, I had not received any updates as to when I could pick up the car. I called the operator @ Audi Bethesda to report that no one was picking up at the service center. The operator seemed very confused & befuddled that I would want an update on my car being serviced. Asking for a manager did not seem to help either because after she had me on hold for 5 minutes, she said a manager could not be found! It took 1 hour before someone answered at the service department. My service "adviser" (ANN) tried to order me an Alto to pick me up & told me it's ETA would be 1 minute! I called back because the Alto never arrived & was told by ANN, herself, that she had entered the address for the service center! If you want good customer service go elsewhere because you won't find it here! Update: after having driven my car for one week, I noticed that the hook for one of the sun visors (passenger side) was broken off & a WIRE FOR THE DASHCAM HAD BEEN DISCONNECTED, MAKING THE DASHCAM IN MY CAR INOPERABLE!! Why would they disable my dashcam unless they were doing something nefarious?! Think twice before coming to Audi Bethesda Service Center.......The positive remarks on this website are more than likely from friends & family.Service: Battery

Called last week to make my first service appointment. Was given a 10am time for today, August 14th. I was quoted an hour and a half wait time on the phone, which was repeated when I check in. I asked the advisor to check a spot on my window I thought might be a crack.At 11:45, I approached the advisor and asked for an update.At 12pm, a different advisor approached me and told me my car wouldn t be ready for another 1.5-2 hours because cars from earlier appointments in the day weren t finished yet; something that SHOULD have been shared with me when I checked in, but wasn t.At 12:30, another customer in the lobby was told her car was ready. When the advisor walked away, I asked her what time her appointment was. She said, 11:30. So her car was taken care of on time, but mine had to wait for the cars scheduled before we re ready. Why didn t she have to wait.At 1:30, I m told by a 3rd advisor that my car is ready. I received no apology. And no information about the window I asked about.No explanation. No apology.Who wants to be gaslit by their car mechanic?

I ordered a part online not realizing it could be picked up in Bethesda. I called and spoke with Angel in the parts department, who was patient and very helpful. I also eailed Randy who deals with online orders. Randy was very helpful!I did not get this kind of service at my local Audi dealer parts department.Hats off to both Randy and Angel's exceptional customer service!!Thank you!

This was EASILY the worst car repair experience I have EVER had. I dropped off my car February of 2023 to fix a fuse, a timing belt switch and the radio. They informed me that a loaner was not available and NEVER offered a loaner and still have not offered me any loaner vehicle. I had to take uber everyday to commute anywhere, which was VERY expensive. I Upon calling multiple times per day, the advisor was NEVER available when calling for a status and I was simply transferred to a voicemail for weeks. I asked to speak to a manager who clearly avoided any interaction and had no interest in helping me as a customer.Furthermore, my 3rd-party warranty NEVER got updates from my service advisor and I would constantly have to take time out of my work day to bridge the gap between Audi and my 3rd-party warranty company. It is now almost April and Audi STILL has NO IDEA when my car will be ready. I have reported them to Audi Corporate and the Attorney General because of this TERRIBLE SERVICE and I will never refer or go near this place ever again. My experience was bad, and I really prefer not having to spend a moment longer with anything related to this Service Center. But if my post could help anybody else out there, then I will consider that worth the time it is taking leaving this review.There were a couple pros that I want to mention. One, this service center was kind enough to provide rideshare services to and from home while my car was at this location. That was appreciated. Second, all of the customer-facing associates that I came across were professional and friendly.But the cons are really significant. I went in to get two issues corrected: 1) replacement of driver side door hinges, and 2) screwing back on an 8mm bolt that fell off the glovebox due to possible shearing of threading. I took my car in at 8:30 am on a Thursday, and had no idea how slow the service would be. I even had to leave my car there overnight, it was a big unpleasant surprise, and by 11:30 am the next day when I finally asked for my car back, work done or not, the mechanics didn't get anything accomplished. They said that they do not have the hinge part, and that they cannot install it at this location anyway, it would have to be done at an auto body shop. The mechanics didn't even get around to taking a look at the glovebox issue. They did zilch, did not take out the glovebox for any kind of inspection of the threads. I then had to pay $204 for the diagnosis about the car door hinge.It took so much time, much more time than I could have imagined, and nothing was actually fixed. I had to take time off of work not only on Thursday, but also today, on Friday, and wait so many hours, for this? Really disappointing service and experience, I would really recommend looking elsewhere and learnbfrom this experience of mine.

Great work, fair prices, and amazing staff! I m not sure what more you could ask for. I am extremely happy with the level of service from this service center and don t go anywhere else.Second visit edit: Again I had the best time with this Audi location. Saad was so nice and quick with my appointment and had my loaner ready to go. I brought the car in for a 30k mile service, a recall, software update, and a big project to add on the factory towing option. The factory tow spec is much more involved than just adding a tow bar and it was executed perfectly. Some bumper modifications need to be done and it looks 100%. The car was cleaned and the work done quickly and with the loaner I didn t have to adjust my schedule those two days at all.To whomever did the work on my car I can t say thank you enough! Really excellent craftsmanship and I appreciate the time and expertise that is required to make such a large modification.

My Audi had a steering rack failure occur while on a trip and AoA was able to tow my car to the nearest service center using their roadside assistance. Ken and the service team at Audi Bethesda were very helpful, prompt, and were able to diagnose and fix my issue and get my car back in good time. They even did some detailing once it was done, leaving it looking better than when it came in the shop! Excellent service, good communication, and great work all around. I would recommend this service center!Services: Steering & suspension repair, Wheel alignment

I brought in my 2018 S5 for a check engine light, drive system malfunction, and a start/stop malfunction, all of which I had sat on for a long time. My service consultant was Tonny Wambugu and he was fantastic - kind, professional, communicative, and easy to reach. I dropped the car off at 7:30am on a Wednesday and had it back on the road, all fixed up, by 4:30pm that Thursday. Nobody tried to nickel and dime me, and everything was extremely straightforward.For reference, I live in McLean, VA, and will happily continue to drive through DC traffic to take my car specifically here for repairs and service. I'm a car guy, so I understand the value of a shop that I can trust, and I firmly trust these people after my experience with them.Service: Auto engine diagnostic
