Long time local resident in Ocean Pines. I have had several vehicles maintenance done on tires and brakes there and the service has always been decent. This past experience seemed like they have stepped up their commitment to service. Both of the representatives that helped me were very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. They assisted me in picking the tires that would fit my budget and need. When I returned to pick it up the gentleman explained the warranty and roadside service provided with my purchase. He pointed out where the numbers are on the invoice to call in case I had any concerns or problems with the tires. They were very thorough. Although I didn't stay around and wait for the work to be completed, I did notice a stocked refreshment area with coffee, waters and snacks while you wait.Often times our area here at the beach gets a bad wrap for service standards but today my experience was very good.Good job! I'll be happy to return here for tire service again in the future.Keep up the great work!KML

Wonderful experience for oil change! Customer service top notch. Friendly, timely(actually called us to come in early). Waiting area very nice, snacks, kid area, and pet friendly. The mechanic, Caesar left a letter thanking us of our business and to let him know if any issues or suggestion on how his service could be improved. We will definitely recommend and we will be repeat repeat customers. Love supporting small businesses.

Had a very good experience at Ocean Area Tire. Had a screw in my tire, had very little tire pressure, only an hour from closing time, called Matt the manager, said he could work me in his busy schedule. Was very impressed with his friendly & professional manner. And hour later, was back on the road. High five to Ocean Area Tire & Matt for saving the day for me.

Absolutely perfect experience! After receiving a jump start to my dying battery, the tow driver recommended this location and I am so delighted he did! I was greeted promptly, and my car was worked on quickly. I especially appreciated how friendly the manager and staff were, plus the lounging area was welcoming and immaculate so even if I had a long wait - which I didn t - my wait was comfortable. Once I returned to my car after the battery was replaced, a personal note from the mechanic with a complimentary air freshener was left inside, which is a very nice touch. Will definitely return and recommend to everyone I know . Thank you!!!

Employees were extremely helpful in sharing their knowledge and suggestions. They completed the work in a timely manner that aligned with our scheduling needs as well. We found it very helpful to receive notice as soon as the work was completed. The car runs great with the new Kelly Touring Edge tires. We also purchased the Nationwide Protection Plan. The cute note in the dash from the service technician was a nice touch.

This place is awesome. The workers are great. I get my oil change here and while I wait they have a counter of various snack, water and coffee all are complimentary. Toys for tots and even a chess game to use while you wait. When your car is ready there is a little gift for your car. This place is awesome and price competitive . They really know how to take care of their customers

We arrived in Millsboro with a screw in our tire. We called Ocean View Tire and from the first encounter, Matt didn t even hesitate to fit us in and fix the tire. He took the extra step to point out that the tires were not in balance. He went above and beyond! We are very grateful!

I was very impressed. My vehicle was towed in with what was thought to be a bad alternator. But they wanted to do testing on it to make sure of what was going on with my SUV. Well the test didn t really find anything to determine why it wouldn t start. So they suggested leaving the vehicle overnight and they would have it running and charged before they left for the night. If it started up and was running then as of then the alternator was holding a charge if not then sadly it was going to be quite a bit of money for my dodge to be fixed. They offered me a ride home which I gladly took and said they would call in the morning. Well 8:15 yesterday morning they called to say it started right up and was running on its own and didn t seem to be anything but a fluke. They offered to come get me which Sharon I accepted. The vehicle was out front and ready for me. Note they could have told me anything and I wouldn t know any different but they were honest, helpful, explained everything they were doing and thinking and so accommodating. I will definitely I m going back to them if I need anything.

I felt that drop off box was extremely convenient for my schedule. It wasn't too far into the next day that they called me with an update. When my car was finished, it gave me a print out With explanation of what exactly they did.Which again is very helpful. To top it off when I got into my car to drive home. There was a personalized note from the mechanic who worked on my car. I just felt they went above and beyond. And i'd definitely recommend Ocean Area Tire.

Nicest staff ever! My daughter and I went to Ocean Area Tire because I had a slow leak in my minivan tire. The experience was amazing and still makes me smile. Every person who works there was so friendly and welcoming. The service department was also fast and very good. They kept me informed every step of the way of my options and recommendations. I highly recommend this store!

One word: Outstanding! From start to finish. The gang at Ocean Area Tire in Berlin, especially Frank, did a fantastic job on my Chevy Cruise, bringing it back to life for me. And along the way they kept me updated with every step. Friendly, courteous, knowledgable. There's no doubt we have found a service center to take care of our cars for as long as we're in this area!

Professional and personable staff, great attitudes and very respectful. Jesse was an excellent representative of the stores service oriented character.Snack and coffee area is nice, clean, well stocked.Job performance was above standard's. Made sure small details like service-check-light had been reset.

These guys have always done well by me. They get the car in quickly, diagnose problems accurately, fix them competently, and charge fairly. The one time I had an issue several years ago they made it right immediately and without question or rancor. I recommend them.

Excellent Service at a Reasonable Price. I picked up a screw in one of my tires and the air was leaking out pretty quickly. I went in without an appointment They had me in and out in 30 minutes while I waited for my car. John was excellent to deal with. He went beyond expectations to make me feel like a valued customer. Excellent Service at a Reasonable Price - Five Stars for sure. Thanks again John !!

Went there to solve a slow leak on a tire. They were fast, considerate, efficient and informative thru the whole process.The technician left an air freshener and personal note offering to hear whateverpoint they missed or any dissatisfactionI experienced.I would recommend them for Tire Service and plan to return when the need arrises.

John Latchford the Service Advisor went above and beyond to help me today. I was an hour from home and an hour from my parents house. Stuck right in between with a flat tire. Worried and scared. He helped me as fast as he could. Two new tires later, I was back on the road in less than an hour. Thank you so much for taking care of me! Love Goodyear!

This place is amazing due to one above and beyond employee; John. This man worked extremely hard to help me out with everything I needed. He even showed up an hour early to work to give me a ride back after I dropped off my truck so I didn t have to miss work! I will always come back here when needed because of the care and attention John placed on my situation!

All the staff were courteous and kind. They explained everything and kept me updated on how the work was coming along. The waiting room is clean and comfortable. They have coffee, water and snacks which is great! Overall a great experience and has become my go-to place for oil change and car maintenance!

This place is amazing I would give it more than 5 stars if possible. I was on a trip and hit a gigantic pothole by the Delaware memorial bridge and then when I stopped a little while later I noticed a huge bulge on the sidewall of my tire. I called this tire shop looking for a matching tire and not only did they have it in stock, but got my car right in the shop and put 2 new tires on the front of it in less than an hour. They were fairly busy and when I told them my circumstance they snuck me in. I would recommend them to anyone traveling thru ocean city or to any locals. If I was from the area I would take all my tire business there. There customer service is impeccable.

Great service! I needed to get a tire patched, as I was in town for the weekend and couldn t get a new tire in time for my departure. I called Ocean Area Tire before they closed and was able to get an appointment for the next morning. All of the staff that I interacted with were friendly. Jesse and John were both very helpful and pleasant to work with. I would definitely recommend them!

The crew at ocean tire on Cathell rd is top notch! They have helped me fix flats, inspect and replace tires, and even looked over a used car I was contemplating buying. They were professional and the service was fast. Thank You Jesse, John , Caesar, and Mr. Pete

I called in the morning and to made an appointment at Ocean View, but they were booked. Suggested trying theBerlin site. They were able to give an appointment for that day. Same excellent service, which shows that it s implemented thru our their company. Very good service
