I used Cropper's for a delivery of water for a swimming pool and I couldn't be happier! First, the receptionist/scheduler/customer service representative extraordinaire (!) was so incredibly kind and helpful. I had to reschedule the water delivery because the pool was delayed in getting to us, and she could not have been more understanding about the situation! Then the gentleman who delivered the water was on time and very nice. The water took about 20 mins for about 6,000 gallons to fill the pool and, just like that, it was done. Amazing. Finally, the water was CRYSTAL CLEAR and so easy to treat so that we could get swimming right away. I could not be happier with my experience with Cropper's!! Thank you for providing this service!!

Our well went dry so we had to use our pool water to flush toilets.Used so much water that pool couldn t filter so I called and spoke with Jen about an emergency delivery of pool water. Even though they were 2 wks out in their deliveries she took my info and put me on standby ...4 days later they delivered water to our pool . Thanks Jen and Cropper Oil for your outstanding customer service !!

You guys rock!! I was set up for pool water delivery for 6/19 but you squeezed me in today 6/5!! Were all so excited to enjoy our pool!! Thank you so much!! We even needed two truck loads and the driver left and came back within a short period of time with the other load!! Thanks again!!!

Excellent customer service on the phone as well as outstanding customer service when they delivered the water to fill our pool! Thank you for being such a reasonable and flexible company that puts customers first!

Mike came to our Shirley Grace Pregnancy Office where we moved to on October 1. He was absolutely very detailed and made sure we understood how things would be taken care of. He represents Cropper Oil & Gas Co., Inc. with excellence. I have been in the service business for 52 years of my life and he comes with a smile and energy that makes you listen.We are so happy to continue our service with your Company.Cropper Oil is very fortunate to have a person like Mike. These guys were great just got a new pool setup , called them on a Thursday they came out to me on a Friday in the rain and filled it, the water was crystal clear and crisp no trouble at all I highly recommend them awesome local company

I was very impressed with the professionalism from my 1st phone call. They did what they said and were on time!! Our delivery driver, Todd, had a tight turn and narrow black top, but he got the truck pulled in. Thank you very much .I highly recommend them!!!

Great water service delivery....was a pleasure chatting with the driver..(i think it was Kevin ..?)... very happy with his help and the delivery..... highly recommend them.
