C&C has assisted me with my Jeep on 3 occasions. I have a soft top and they installed under the top cross bars, a bull bar and replaced my soft top when I had a little mishap. Great team and appreciate the quick service and I feel like the charges were very fair.

I was on my way to FL from OC when my car started shaking and vibrating. Thankfully I wasn t more than a few hours from Croppers who fit me in so I could get back on the road asap. They were super helpful, very friendly and informative about all the issues with the car. Seemed appropriately priced based on what they did. Will definitely take my jeep grand Cherokee back there again and will recommend to friends and family.

Mark and the team there did a great job on my Jeep and followed up after the installation! One of the wheels came in with a scratch and Mark had already had a second one on the way after I picked it up. They know their stuff. Over priced and over rated. Only reason they got one star is no option for 0stars Tow prices is astronomical and the mechanics are borderline shade tree Good place for lift and tires is trick trucks in millsboro. Good repair shop is wells auto care in Berlin. Good tow company Hastings or for larger tows Simpson I wouldn't recommend even taking your lawn mower to croppers cc customs Shady operation

Very pleased with the speed of service and workmanship as well as the quality of service. Price was reasonable and I'd recommend them again for any work needing to be done. They installed blue ox base plates as well as wiring harness permitting my jeep to be flat towed.

I took my jeep which is lifted with 37 inch tires to these guys to have it re geared and let me tellbyou!!! They did a great job!!! Was a little more in price than I wanted tonpay but to be honest I'd rather pay a little more and have great work done !! They definitely know their s#$t!!!

I have a couple of old Honda Accords, one with over 300,000 miles. They wouldn t still be on the road if it weren t for CC Customs. Nice family. Always polite. Pretty quick turnaround, too, which is noteworthy because they re always busy. No complaints.

I called C C Customs after having a failed experience at another local shop. I explained what I wanted done to the gentleman on the phone and he gave a very fair (I had already done my homework and knew about what the job should cost) estimate.I dropped off my vehicle at 6:30 am to be picked up after work. I received a call by 8:20 am. After some clarification, the qork was done and my vehicle was ready for pickup.I like that they send texts so I wasn't wondering how things were going.Very pleased with the work done and will continue to use them in the future.FYI: The locals know this place by the name "Croppers".

Out of the blue my pickup lost all oil pressure, it's not too old so I took it to the local dealer (IG Burton in Berlin) who performed a diagnosis and advised that the engine needs to be replaced. Their quote for an engine replacement was $9,500, and that was them doing me a "favor". I didn't feel that was a correct diagnosis so I called Croppers to see if they could take a whack at it. Croppers towed my vehicle from IG Burton to their facility that same day, a very pleasant surprise. They performed a diagnosis and found that my oil pump had committed suicide but nothing else appeared to be too damaged, their recommendation was to replace the oil pump- put everything back together- and then check to confirm that resolved the issue. They were very clear that just replacing the oil pump could fix it but there was still a chance that it could require more repairs once it was all put back together, either way the pump had to be replaced to check. The quote to do that work was $1,700. I approved the work and crossed my fingers. Two days later I get a call that the repairs are all done (the oil pump fixed it!) and it's good for me to come pick it up, amazing news. Even better, it only came out to $1600. They were $100 under what they quoted me, as someone who also works in the Automotive repair industry- that almost never happens. Since then I've driven over 1000 miles with zero issues, my engine's purring like a Singer sewing machine. I'm absolutely elated and truly couldn't be happier with the entire experience. The cherry on top was how friendly and reassuring and honest the staff was, from Chris to Mandy to Brianna... even Albert- these folks rock. Long story short: shame on IG Burton forever, go Croppers!

Took my Jeep in for oil change and an irritating heat shield rattle. Mark and Chris were great to work with and the rattle was found and repaired (thank you, thank you, thank you! ). They did a great job at a really reasonable price. Had a lift and tires installed on a (close to) brand new 4Runner, will gladly be back to get more done in the future.

Very very helpful and friendly. Went in to find out about a tire repair and even though they were closing they took my tire in and fixed it.

Never you this place again technician very rude telling me what i needed I thought when i was paying the bill the tech would do what was ordered but not here Chris heard most of discussion and said nothing to tech will not use this business again
