Took my car to Bob to have my window tint removed. He had given me a quote of $150 over the phone. When I checked out he said he was only charging $100 because it didn't take as long as he thought. Great guy. Very professional job!!Service: Vehicle window tintingService: Vehicle window tinting

Bob Holtzman touts 30 years of experience and says he has seen it all and done it all. (not so much) Guaranteed me my mustang would be in done 3hrs for $200. He asked me, the paying customer, to do some of the prep work for him such as removing the speaker grills on the rear deck and the rear window louver. 3hrs later Bob called and asked if he could remove the louver mounts so he could measure the tint from the outside of the rear window. I gave him permission and never heard from him again. I called him at 4pm (7hrs into a 3hr Job) and he said he couldn't remove the mounts and the car wasn't done. I went to the shop and the car was parked outside. I brought my son with me and he was able to remove the mounts (which were only held on with 3m tape) in 5 minutes! I was charged $150 for an unfinished job! which was a rip off cause most shops charge $80 for just the rear window.Either he is lazy or needs another 30yrs to figure it out.Would not recommend

I go in the morning to drop my car off. Said it will be done on Friday morning first thing. No issues there but I get a call from him the same day in the afternoon that they can t do my car after they checked it over and said they could do it. I go in to get my car and not very happy said why can t they do it well they said come here and I can show you. Very ignorantly. They said the back window is the issue. Would have been nice if they checked it out when I was there instead of me wasting a day of work with no car. He cusses and seems to be picky with his work. As I was in there another guy has been waiting 3 days to get his car tinted as well. I don t recommend him and I will be going somewhere else to get my car done. Wasn t a pleasent experience to deal with him.

This guy is completely unprofessional. He curses every other word. got my 2 front windows tinted at 20% and when I picked up my truck it had tons of bubbles. He said that all tint comes back with bubbles and they will go away. No car we have ever got tinted has had bubbles in the tint but at this junk shop it came back with the whole window covered. All the bubbles did not go away so I wrote a had review on here and called and told him about the bubbles and that I wanted a refund. Went and showed him the truck and he said it is because the window is old. We've had way older cars tinted and they do not have bubbles and people I know have gone here to get tint and they had the same bubbles I have but it was on a new car. We also complained that we wanted our money back and he said you should have never said that when you called because that was not a good way to start off my day. He then saw the review on Google and called and complained about it! He is very unprofessional. DO NOT GO HERE, he is very rude and he does a very bad tint job. The cuts were all crooked and there was gaps letting light in. I will get it done at on other place becuase I am done dealing with this guy and I know he will not be able to do it right because everyone I know who has gone here also have had bubbles in there tint. He also charges the same as way better tint shops.

Dropped my car off in the morning for a 9 AM appointment, was done early afternoon. The tint looks perfect. He was very helpful with all my questions about the materials and the process.I was a little worried since there are very few reviews out there and a couple of these are terrible. But I don't see any reason to complain.

Do not get your car tinted here. Bob did my car and the edges around the windows look like a 5 year old trimmed it up with kiddie scissors. I have a Mustang with the stock decal around the top of the rear window. Bob tinted up to it and stopped leaving the top 20% of the back window uncovered and then refused to fix it. What's the use of tinting only 80% of a rear window? Had he told me that upfront, I would have went somewhere else because the window was previously tinted and it was completely covered by someone who knew what they were doing. He said the decal was unable to be covered, but the last person didn't have a problem tinting it and I never had a problem with it peeling off. Bob apparently does not care about his customers or he's just too lazy to do the job right. If you don't care about your car, go here. If you want it to look good, go somewhere else.

Bob just did my two front windows after having to remove them due to a repair order. He went above and beyond what I expected. He has done all of my windows and I have never had a problem. He will continue to be the person who tints my windows and he will be the first person I tell people to go to that are looking to get theirs done.

Bob came to my business and gave me an estimate for my windows to be tinted. He measured everything and gave me a price which is fine but NEVER mention about my small cracked window maybe a size of the plam of my hand which been there for at least 5 years and didnt expand. The day that him and another guy came to tint my window...the other guy said that the window is cracked and asked if i want to tint the window still. And i said of course the crack hasn't changed. Then 3 days later i now have a crack from top to bottom. Asked him to fix it and he said he told me that it's my fault for saying that its ok to tint the window. He never explain to me that the window will crack because of the heat and said that he is not responsible for it and if i need it done again he will give me a price for it and i just paid almost 900 just literally a week ago. He was very hustle when he came into my business. He is a BAD business person and if i can give him a negative star than i would. I don't normally write a bad reviews this might be my first one just because i don't support people like him ill mannered and doesnt stand behind his work.

They have tinted all of my vehicles for 15 years. I have had 6 jobs done and sent countless happy referrals. Solid Work! The best around. We also had them put the new softtop on the Company Jeep. Again A+!!

Came up with any excuse he could as to why my window tint didn t turn out good, full of dirt and small hairs, then forgot to do the windshield but he generously gave me $10 off. Do not go here. Most unprofessional place in the world. Had an appointment at 8am. Truck was dropped off night before. Went back in morning at 9:30 and my truck was sitting outside, no tint and another truck getting tinted. They were finishing up but still. But then I leave and about 15 minutes later he calls me irate about how my truck doesn t start, how he lost all of his air in the bay. I drove back and guess what, my truck started right up. My truck drove and guess what it idled and ran totally fine. He persisted to argue with me about how my truck won t start and run. Then said that he wasn t gonna tint my windows. Whatever this dudes a jackass don t go here.

Expect to pay a premium price for mediocre work. I've had two vehicles tinted here and both times there were countless bubbles, dirt, fuzz, hair, and other debris in the tint. I don't expect it to be absolutely perfect, but there were 4 hairs on my rear window alone, which is unacceptable. Going to Matrix in Delmar from now on...

Took car dropped it off while working on the windows owner called and said the door panel broke cause it was dry rotten (not). Looks like a kid cut the tint with scissors and there is sand under the tone that doesn t even cover the whole window on the drivers side. No recommendations for this business!!!

This guy told me to come by between 9-12 I showed up at 9:30 and he flipped on me a wouldn't work on my car ... I have a couple friends that have got work done by him and they were not happy with his attitude ..this guy needs to learn costumer is right! DONT GO TO THIS SHOP!!
