Bought several sets of long overdue wiper blades and Gina installed them all. Mine were trashed and very difficult to remove from 45 year old car..she showed me several styles so went home brought a crown Victoria that really needs new wipers. Went in ocean city the large staff and superior inventory as well as testing when.many miles from home. Have been w napa for years but stop here when eastbound and down.

I realized I had a headlight out and drove straight to auto zone. The crew here is amazing. Eli made a normally mundane task entertaining. Thank you so much! I didn't catch the name of the other employee. The two of you were awesome.

The employees here are a 10 out of 10. They are so helpful and even assisted me with getting my part into my car. They checked my check engine light for me as well!! Best place for Auto needs!!

I was on vacation alone with three kids and my 2023 Honda Odyssey with 700 miles had to be jumped three times. The Honda dealer back Home wanted me to drive 45 minutes to the closest dealer but Phil and Andrew at AutoZone were so helpful. I can t thank both enough for their help during a very frustrating few days with no other adult to help me navigate the situation and three kids. Thank you.

Wish I could give more than 5 stars for amazing customer service.My family and I were vacationing in OC when my battery died and I needed a new one. Gina and her coworkers were amazing. They gave me a tool kit to do the battery swap in their parking lot and when I broke my terminal and I lost a bolt, they took the time to help me replace it. They allowed me to return a terminal that didn t fit and were so patient. Gina helped me stay positive and her attitude was 10/10. Absolutely amazing. Thank you auto zone!

Fantastic service!! Traveling & was in need of battery and alternator. Not only did Phil the manager have us go to Advanced Auto for the battery so our warranty would be covered, when we came back he loaned my husband his tools to change alternator since we didn't have any with us. Truly blessed to have received such great service!

Nicholas Helios, store 4480 in Berlin Maryland is an asset to your team. He went above and beyond to assist me when my car started aggressively bucking after my 4hr drive to bring my kids to Ocean City. Not knowing anything about cars he assisted me in not only educating me on what I needed to get my car back running smoothly but assisted me in getting the parts changed out. I was stuck with a dead battery after just coming in off the beach. It was a Sunday at 7pm. Thankfully a nice bystander jump started me and I headed over for a replacement. Then it began to rain.Without hesitation, Eli grabbed a raincoat and tools and headed outside to replace the battery for me. I can't say enough about how kind he was, even after getting soaked in the rain!Thanks again for your kind and helpful attitude!

We were on vacation and had problems that resembled a dead battery. We went to Auto Zone to get the battery tested. Eli came outside, checked the battery and starter, and told us all was good. He tightened one of the connectors on the battery and said that may have been the problem. No charge for anything he did. Eli was personable and very helpful. We highly recommend this place.

I cannot speak highly enough about the store manager at this location. When I say Phil goes above and beyond... I'm from Michigan and was stranded because my brake pads were down to bare metal. This man comes out, in pouring rain and wind, and works on my car for two or three hours. He got all the parts I needed and made sure I was well taken care of. Plenty of people left me struggling and I am so thankful that Phil was willing to go so much further than he had (or probably wanted ) to. Thank you, Phil!

I got my blinker fluid .. . As soon as I walked through the door It was 100% of the best customer service. Spot on with getting help I needed and working on fixing my issues. I really did need a blinker bulb of sum sort and power steering fluid, got me straight and I was on my way. Thanks for the help fella s.

Honesty is important. The store is open late with good employees and decent stock, but the company is just a bunch of crooks, that don't honor their word. Only shop here if Napa and Advanced Auto parts are out of stock. They are both right next door. Save the headache and choose one of them. Advanced Auto and Napa are dependable and honest. This location is not. This is the second coupon they are giving me that they will not honor. My emailed coupon clearly says in store purchase, but when you try to do it the limit it further to only not in stock online items. So put simply they say we will still honor the deal if we just have to drop ship you something and still profit. What a bunch of ship. I have a headache now, at least Advanced Auto parts is next door.

Steven was a godsend. We were on our way to a tournament and our SUV started acting up. We ran over to Auto Zone to make sure we could make the 3-hr trek home. Steven tested our battery, let us borrow a wrench set to remove the bad battery and did a quick check after we installed the new one to make sure all looked good. We are so thankful for his help and kindness. What could have been a stressful drive home quickly changed because of his recommendation to check the battery.

I was with my Daughter and her Friend this past weekend at OCMD. Sunday morning the car wouldn t start, battery dead and wouldn t charge . Got car to AutoZone and they had battery I needed in stock and it was installed by Eli right there in the parking lot. Thank you AutoZone and Eli, you were great !
