I had to transfer my registration from another state and I was oh-so worried that my little ol' Lexus was too old and broken to pass MD inspection. I saw the terrific reviews that Quick Auto Repairs had online and called them on a Saturday morning to see my options. They told me to bring it in and a mere 10 minutes later, my car was on lifts, going through a very through, quality inspection. They assured me that my car was in a lot better condition than I thought - a great relief - and then gave me the option to fix the issues there or anywhere else in order to pass inspection. Of course, I opted to fix it there as it was a very reasonable price with proven great work. I brought it in the following week to continue repairs and was met with the same friendliness, honesty and quality service. As long as I can hold on to this vehicle, I'll bring it here for repairs.

In December of 2023 I had gotten my used car MD state inspection. The owner who inspected the car tried to tell me that a hair line crack in one of the components of the front suspension was a safety issue and needed to be replaced. I wanted to argue the point but at the end of the day they have the last word considering whatever they input in their system is directly uploaded to the state of Maryland inspection site. If it weren't for the fact they upload directly to the state of Maryland site I would've gotten a second opinion but since he already failed it in his system it wouldn't have mattered.I refused to get the repair done there and just took it to a more honest and reputable shop that specializes in my vehicles manufacturer to get my repair done alongside some service.While getting the repair the other shop told me it was a money grab and the component didn't reallly need to get replaced but since the owner of the shiesty shop already failed the inspection there wasn't really anything I could do.I ended up getting the repairs completed and took it back to same inspection station where he barely even reinspected the vehicle to see if I actually even got the rapairs done while underhandedly charging me an additional $50 for a piece of paper saying I passed.I will be reporting this claim with the state of MD as these kinds of poor business practices are just money grabs to squeeze what he can out of repairs.

Very professional, fast, and excellent service. They explained the repairs needed for the state re inspection, very detailed and clear. The re inspection was completed in a timely manner (while on my break). Definitely recommend this place 100%.

Went for Maryland state inspection. Everything was quick and perfect. I had some small issues with lights but they were quick to fix it and pass my inspection accordingly.Would recommend everyone!

I used Quick Auto Repairs year ago they are amazing.All our family cars taking care by them repairs done quickly,and good thing they call or text updates on progress of vehicles repairs.We never had a shop like this communicate so well.You will find no better better auto repair shop like this.They are honest,quality work we've impressed with this team work always.The customer service is phenomenal.You feel welcomed over the phone and when you walk in the door.Very important nice waiting area they have.Excellent Mr T.

This review is long overdue and that s not ok! Mr. T (as those from the previous shop called him) is exceptional! There should be a masterclass here on customer service as Mr. T has been consistent and I am grateful for this. When transferring over to MD, he was up front and honest about the inspections process. The value in honesty is priceless. I continue to look to Mr. T for my auto repair needs and questions. The location has an inviting aesthetic that any customer can appreciate. When the overpriced car dealerships quote you an outrageous price, check in at Quick Auto Repairs before paying the inflated bill.
