We were out of town traveling back on 495 on Saturday night. After hitting something in the road damaging our tire, then not getting to bed in a hotel until 2 a.m. Sunday morning and then having a wheel stud snap off at a tire center later Sunday morning - we needed someone to fix this ASAP so we could get home to NJ. Jackson and all his crew were awesome!! They did the job well, fair price and quick service. Highly recommend!!!

They will quote expensive/OEM parts on the receipt but order cheap parts for replacement. Vehicle will be fine leaving the shop but wont take time before it breaks down again

Found a screw in my tire, called them up and they said I could bring it in right then. Took less than 15 minutes to get the repair done and on my way. Great service at a great price!

I did my mounts , around $700 and after 20000 miles they all went bad . Engine mounts should last at least 50 K so that means they used cheap parts . I regret my service being handled by CAMILA because she is very unprofessional . I appreciate the black guy who was willing to help and explain the situation.

We came to replace 1 tire but the prices are excellent so we bought 2. The service was quick and we were allowed to see the used tires prior to purchase. The entire process took about 15 minutes and done! Can t beat that.

Great shop,good prices,and they have multiple shops, very knowledgeable in what they do,so if they don't have the parts or can't do the work,they can get you to one of their other locations. They get the work done quickly as well...

Great customer service !!! Very upfront and honest work, with good prices! I ve been here multiple times for tires and oil changes, and I recently had work done on my car . And I always get great quality service with fast turnaround time !!! This is definitely my go to place for servicing my car!UPDATE:::I recently went back to the repair shop. And I believe they may be under new management. But I came to get an oil change. Then I was being pressured to get a Credit through the shop because I was told I needed $1000 worth of work done on my car or my car would not work in a month. I felt very uncomfortable how the seller keep pressuring me to get the credit , and was told all the benefits of getting the credit because I had 2 months to pay it back. It really seemed like all they wanted was to sell me the credit card with the most they can get out of me. Like they basically was pushing me to get all the work done that day even though I told them that that s a lot of money when I only came for an oil changed. It was not a genuine situation at all. I can't believe it. Yesterday I went to this store to replace the car's tires, and when I didn't agree with him on the deal, he took the tires off and when he reinstalled them, he didn't tighten the nuts properly. When I got home, I had lost two of the nuts. I am very upset because it is the family car and I have children.

I gashed a sidewall hitting a curb in DC. My old tires only have a year or two years of life in them so I was looking for a good used tire . They hooked me up with a nice one for $35 installed.

I went here for a 4 wheel alignment after reading all the good reviews. My car was pulling to the right a little and after getting done from there, it was completely out. I went again the next day and got it fixed (that's what they said to me) but it is worse than earlier & completely pulling to the right! Wasted my time & $ 100!!

So, I needed to plug my tire and went to so many places with no luck. I decided to try my luck and ride up Route 1 to see if I could find help. YIPPEE!!! I found Quality Auto and pulled in. I jumped out of my truck with my booted foot and all and asked for help. The gentleman that helped and fixed my tire was extremely helpful. He suggested that I go inside and wait since my foot is in a boot. After doing so, I met Alex who was AMAZING!!! Alex assisted me with prices for purchasing tires as well as purchasing windshield wipers. I was so impressed with the Customer Service that it made me a customer. I will be coming back to purchase new tires as well as anything else that I know they can handle for me. JUST AMAZING!!!Service: Tires

I got all four of my tires replaced and an alignment here. Alex helped a lot with pricing and making me aware of other maintenance issues. The shop is quick and friendly. Idk definitely recommend going here.

I m very pleased with the service I received at Quality Auto Repair & Tire. The technician was able to quickly diagnose a problem I was having in addition to the known reason why I was coming in for service. They quoted me a very competitive price and the repairs were completed in a timely fashion. Came in yesterday to do oil change.Was charged for oil and filter. Asked technician if filter will be replaced, and he said yes.After the oil change, found out that I still had old oil filter.Came back today, asked to see brand new filter that they installed and shown filter was different from the one I have on the picture (picture was taken after the change)I asked for a 50% discount and did not want them to touch my car (never let any shop touch your car if you found that something is wrong). Instead of 50% discount, they gave me refund for oil filter and 50% labor, and not entire bill.The reason I asked for 50% off entire bill, because if they lied about filter, they might lie about other things too, like what kind of oil they put in.Individual mechanic may scam you if you are not paying attention.Otherwise management was cool and professional.

My experience was great. The gentleman at the front desk answered all my inspection questions (New MD Resident) and another helped screw on my new plates. He did it with ease.As a walk-in having had drill seargent experience dealing with the DMV lady i talked to, It was great dealing with people who know and love what they do. The best experience I have ever received with auto-care. I never knew that such quality services ever existed in work like this, but to my amazement, they calmed my worry and were able to take care of my car, not once but even when I returned with any kind of query. I received a MD safety inspection. As a result of the inspection, I needed to finally replace two worn rotors which is consistent with what the dealership told me in April during an oil change. Great service! I had engine failure. They were fair and trustworthy, giving a good evaluation of the issue and my repair options. I had arrived late in the evening after needing a couple hour tow, I was stressed and tired. They were very kind and got the issue figured out and resolved. They provided me a loaner while my car was being repaired. And they provided good advice on maintaining my engine. I definitely recommend them.Service: Engine repair
