Jon provided me with an outstanding customer experience! His customer service skills were impeccable he answered all of my queries, even though it was after hours. He was affable and extremely professional throughout the entire process. I must say admit that even though the tint job was incredible, the best part was the price point! It was less than half of what other companies were charging in my area for my Tesla Y. I cannot recommend him enough!!! This is by far the best tint application that I have ever had.

What can I say? Amazing service, he finished the tints in 35-55min. This guy is the real deal. He took me on short notice and got my M2 done. I recommend him to everyone that is looking for a great product and great price.

Amazing Tint job done on my BMW 5 series! The tint was top grade ceramic and the application was done with utmost precision. Above all they do this at a price no other competitor can match. Fantastic work! I would definitely recommend to anyone looking to get their windows tinted. The tint has enhanced the look of my car 10x and my car feels much cooler now. Very happy with the work done!!

I ve gotten two cars worked on by on-point. Very happy with quality of tints both times, drop off and pick up were very simple and easy. They talked me through the process and helped with choosing the best choice for my cars, pricing was very straightforward and affordable. Would come here again and recommend to others looking to get tints done.

Clean work. Fast and efficient. Communication could be a little better. I was given my appointment via text but that time got mixed up leaving me to wait 1 hour. However once arrived work was done perfectly. I was given clear instructions on what to expect and how to maintain. Thank you.

This place is the real deal. Had my 2022 wagoneer tinted last year and now just got my 2024 Acura mdx aspec tinted. 35% on windshield and 15% all around. They did an excellent job and the price is very affordable. You can t beat this anyway guys. Fast and Professional Service. Upgraded my Groupon tinting purchase to ceramic tinting. The installation was very fast and professional. The finish looks just like tinting from Acura. I noticed a noticable difference in heats coming through the window.

Quality of work means nothing when the quality of Customer Service is abysmal. The technician arrived more than 2hrs late for a scheduled appointment, took over 3.5hrs to finish my coupe, and there was no effort to provide an update. Unfortunately, after this experience I will not be returning or recommending this location to anyone.

Service here was Onpoint! Got an amazing quality tint, didn't wait long, and at a better price than competitors. Really glad with happy with how it turned out. John was willing to help with all my questions, and was flexible with my schedule. Couldn't speak enough of this experience. Most definitely will bring business back here and recommend to anyone.

Had a great experience at OnPoint Detailing and Tint!!They helped me get a fast appointment and did a clean job removing my tint. I went back to Jon to get my tint redone and he did an amazing job. Jon also detailed my car for a great price! I definitely recommend this business, their customer service was great!!

Let me first by saying, if you want GREAT work but with the risk of poor communication and professionalism then this place is it! They only operate through text message which was my first red flag but after the reviews I decided to take a chance. At first when I texted to confirm my appointment this worker texted back could we reschedule? After I told him no and that he needs to be professional and respect my appointment time he then pushed it back an hour. Once he finally arrived, he was so informative on what tints I need and recommendations. The actual job took less than 2 hours and I was so satisfied! I just wish they were more professional.Services: Sun control window tinting, Vehicle window tinting

Yesterday (July 18th), I came in for a morning appointment for a window tinting. Honestly the best service I ever had! Even with my back window malfunctioning, they were able to get the tint on my rear driver without having the need for it to roll down I m so happy with my results! They communicated with me very effectively, even showed me what my window issue was for it to not roll down, and still did an amazing job. I definitely should ve did the 20% tint instead of 30% because I wanted to be on the safe side, but I definitely will be back to get 20% tints done instead. Overall fantastic job with amazing staff and I recommend this shop to everyone!

They were able to get me in same day after I had an appointment elsewhere and they no showed me. They also were able to completely get rid of some leftover residue. I highly recommend!! I had an appointment this Saturday 2-17-24 at 9:00am, I showed up 20 minutes earlier then my appointment and confirmed my appointment by text per their instructions 1 hour before appointment time. 9:00am came no one showed up , I called and texted that I was here in spot 25 and I got no response from no one , I waited to 9:30 and no one showed up . They finally texted me around 9:50am and said that they are in the way . Very unprofessional .

Same day appointment cause I'm impatient like that. 20% tints look perfect and install looks like it was done very well. Service was a bit slower than expected but they gave me a nice discount which is why it's still a five star rating. Even before the discount, better price than other places I checked as well. Will definitely recommend and go back in future.

I recently had my large SUV tinted at OnPoint, and they did an amazing job. The tint person was patient and took their time to to make sure that the job was done right. They even stayed open late until 9 pm to complete the job professionally.The end result was an amazing tint with no bubbles or imperfections. I was very impressed with their work and the effort that was put into the work. I highly recommend Onpointdetailingandtint!
