I got an oil change done here a few months ago. I have a jetta 2014 that takes 5W-40 which most shops don t use. They usually use 5W-30. So I buy my own and sometimes the mechanics will have the filter.After already placing the car in the garage, they told me that I had to run out and get my own filter. In the rain They did it, I paid, and went on my way. Funny how I came in a few days later because I had also recommended the body shop next door to them to my gf. Her car was stolen and they had damaged it Same guys were working that day.The day after coming back, my car was sputtering and the engine was heating up terribly and I barely made it home. I didn t know what the issue was and was nervous that the engine blew out. I got it towed it to a shop nearby my house in hyattsville and they asked me why I didn t have any oil in the engine. I was shocked because the last thing I had done to it was AN OIL CHANGE. They explained that a cap was missing.It all made sense, oil had been leaking all over under my car wherever I was parking it. At home, at work I commute by car. My girl and I were sharing a rental during that time so luckily I wasn t without a car.I thought I could trust these guys to do the work. I d been here before with no issue. This was an easy job for them They wasted my time money put my engine at risk made my life difficult and spent more of my money to get it fixed elsewhere i won t return or EVER recommend these guys.to their customers: don t leave without asking them if they ve done the job right. it s affordable. but at what cost

They are the worst. Today they replaced the part of my car and the problem didn't fix of my car and even they created another sound into my car wheel. They are just thinking if they replace this part maybe the problem is goes away. They are not diagnose the issue they are just imagining. They have changed the part which was not defected. Toyota dealer mechanics are very professional they charge $90 per hour but NARCAR owner have charged me $150 just for 30 minutes work even I brought the part they just replaced and it didn't take more than 30 minutes, just for 30 minutes labor they charged me $150 and at end problem didn't fix, and they are very rude and don't know how to behave with their customers. I don't recommend them. If you guys want to waste your money and time then go to them. It's look like they don't know nothing they are just trying to scam you guys. I will never go back to that place again and I don't recommend you too. I will never forgive my hard earned money to them.

I think if this store doesn't change its owner, everyone should stop going there. Prices are unreasonable and charges are imposed. He looked like he was about to hit someone. too scary.

Was passing through on I-95 when I hit something in the road and bent a strut. Tow driver brought me here and I couldn't be happier. The work was done well at a reasonable price, and even though I was in no position to negotiate they had me on my way within a few hours. Clearly, I didn't have an appointment and they had to go out to get the strut so I thought the service was excellent. While I was there, I overheard one disagreement about an oil change someone said they had scheduled but she was taken care of as well. Reading the other reviews they may have issues being able to schedule things but I wouldn't hesitate to bring my car back there if I needed to.Service: Steering & suspension repair

Came in for a safety inspection based on a friend s recommendation after I was given a super expensive quote at another mechanic. They were quick despite being busy, efficient, gently explained to me what I needed to fix which they proceeded to do for a great price. Would definitely recommend!

Went to Narcar to get my alternator replaced. Which they did for a fair price. My car still had issues starting. Alex the owner told me to get a new battery. I did because I trusted his word. My Honda still had issues and i wanted to get a diagnostic test and he refused to help me when I followed his advice and his worker replaced my alternator. Mind you he admitted that the person working on my car was not certified . He was very rude and did not want to take accountability and at least double check that my battery and alternator were fine. I brought my totaled car to get fixed. They replaced all the suspension, brakes, body work and front bumper. Looks amazing now. This is honestly by far the best auto repair experience that I have ever had. Professional, Courteous, Knowledgeable and treated my car as if it were their own. You cannot beat the price and if you can you surely cannot beat the quality of work. I'd refer them to anyone no matter where you are in the MD area, they are worth the drive.

This is the worst and fraudulent service shop I have ever been. I went to change my cars all four rotors and brake pads. I have been told by one the owner it will cost me $470 then I left $200 upfront that day and they scheduled me to come next morning. I went the next morning to the shop and it took 4hrs to complete my car. Then I took my car the brake feels good but after driving my car for a week I started getting a brake noise from the rear I was frustrated and took it another mechanic and they told me I need to change the rear rotors and pads, which I was assuming it s done by Narcars but not I paid again to another mechanic to fix it.

I do not recommend this workshop for anything in the world, they only stole $.1200 from me and they did not fix anything, what they fixed only lasted for two days and when I returned to claim I was angry because I returned four times the last time I returned they ruined other things that they were fine because the car didn't start anymore the car stayed in his shop for two weeks because they couldn't repair it he charged me $.600 more for the repair of what they damaged and for the problem that he had paid weeks before no longer it is charge. So take note of this, don't use that workshop even to replace tires because they leave everything wrong and worst of all, they don't give a guarantee for what they grab and they try to pass themselves off as professionals, don't give away your money in that workshop, I asked him to show me the Old pieces that I remove so I can check that if I replace pieces and he answered me he had already thrown them away, he does not guarantee anything, the only thing that interests him is to collect, and collect is the only thing he knows.

Best mechanic place in the area. I have take my jeep, my truck and my car to this place. Service is very good rates are reasonable. The managers are very helpful. Great customer service and overall great Mechanic service! I highly recommend this place.

I went in for an alignment ($60) but the mechanic said I needed some parts and it would be a total of ($450) they did that I paid and when I was on the high I still had the same problem I m feeling like what I needed was something else I will not be back Don t recommend it they re attitude is trash.

The mechanic is not trust worthy I came in for an alignment and I felt hungry so I asked if I can eat and come back and he yelled at me said you have to be here in 45 minutes. I came back from taking care of my family and he showed no sense of respect at all and pretended like he never met me. He kept on denying that I showed up first. He then said you have to wait another 2-3 hours letting his friends go first and a single father of 4 kids has to wait another 3 hours while my kids are nowhere around me WHAT SHOULD I DO AT THIS POINT

My car broke down and took it to Narcar. They fixed it for a good price. Also gave honest opinion about what to do with it. Now it is in good condition. I recamand every body to go there. They do alignment and inspection also.
