This place is very bad with opening up on time. The hours are open and 8:00am and they will see you and let you stand outside until they feel like opening the doors. Poor customer service.

Dropped off our truck for repairs. Communication was quite spotty, until CARL got involved, then it was all yelling and talking down to me. In all my years in the repair industry I was never talked to quite like he managed, and it wasn't good. Overcharged for the repairs done and did other repairs without proper approvals but live and learn, I guess. Wish I had looked at the reviews before leaving our truck with them, at least then I would have expected how I was treated.

DISGUSTING how the owner yelled at my Dad for trying to check the truck to make sure they did everything right. My Dad has been there three times, he's a customer and shouldn't be treated that way: He THREATENED my father by calling the police because he couldn't check it out it in his property. He yelled at my brother too just for asking a few questions. They stole my Dad's jack from the truck, the truck doesn't even work and they made him pay $3,100 before checking it out. They made him leave from the rage of all the disgusting disrespect this incompetent owner! DO NOT GO HERE, save your money and go where customers are respected. They'll just steal your money!!!! We'll be going to a professional to make sure they put all the new parts they charged him for. He's glad I didn't go there cause I would've been the one calling the police. This is how he makes money, not fixing things and disrespecting people.

This shop has serviced our cars, pick up, and motor home for several years. They have put a brand new engine in our motorhome, serviced the generator, rotated the tires, fixed our air horn, and more. We have always been quoted a price for service and then updated if there was a problem or change in the quote BEFORE we picked up our vehicle. The shop is very busy and there are times we know that we had to leave it and pick it up in a day or two longer than expected. But, busy shops usually mean great service and that is just what we have received here...great service! Thanks to all the great mechanics at Miller's (Mr & Mrs Conway)

We have been using this company for years to service our trucks. The service has completely died. The owners are too old and too slow, they cannot produce estimates for weeks on end. They do not produce bills upon request, and during the wait time, they charge you storage fees upon work that isn't completed.Mark is a complete jerk, he treats customers as if they are dogs. I recommend bringing your business elsewhere. i for one will never return, and my fleet of 8 trucks will be serviced elsewhere.

I am not sure about the negative reviews because this place is awesome. Most shops in the area are extremely busy and not trustworthy. We are in the DC metro area so it is tough to find an honest shop for auto repair. We took our car there for oil change and inspection and they were extremely friendly. The owner was actually there and took the time to explain the repairs and process to my wife when she took her car there. Most shops in the area won t even give you the time of day if you ask a question.

I drop my truck to inspection they hold it 3 days plus they told me failed I paid $455. They give me estimation $3,465 brake and Drame front and back I did another place less than half price. After I fixed the problem even they didn t move the truck where I parked. they called me my truck ready to pick up They charge me re inspection $128 within 2 weeks time. I don t recommend any body to go this place.

Customer service is iffy. They won't let you speak to md inspector. They make you lay for you inspection before they inspect. Just understand if you take your commercial truck for md inspection they gonna fail it so they get the extra 128 after making you pay 455 upfront before services rendered. Only because they are the only shop in pg county who can inspect commercial trucks.

Dumb and Dumber are the worst customer service I ever have received.I stopped doing repairs with them year ago.There very high, $450 for a Oil Change,Fuel,Filter and Oil Filter on a Tractor trailer.It cost $250 a Most every else on the Detroit 60 series,and $330 with Tax on 2013 trucks and Above.After all that I found out they didn't grease theFifth wheel or Joints etc.I ask them to grease a Trailer Landing gear.They charge me $175 do to it and it was not done correctly.When I complain about the Tailer brother insisted I was Lying. I had to take a picture of another trailer in order to get them to do it.I been buy fuel for years,they ran me off or attempted today,because I added oil to my second truck a new driver had so low it needed 4.5gals.I had bought 80gals today,and they still harrassed me,like nobody in the world adds oil to There truck at a Truck Stop.Then I had the driver drop the trailer and they acted like I dropped a bottle off nuclear waste.It took me 2 minutes to hook 001 to the Trailer after he dropped it.And the Tail one turned off the lights off to Fuel Island, as if I did have a spot light button too.I was there 10min after we fueled.The Short one gonna say "you cant do that on the fuel island" referring to the Oil Adding. I do that all the time at the TA,Flying J,Pilot etc.It took 2mins.The tall one yelled like a school girl I cant do that.I can do what ever I want with my Equipment with in reason. Especially when I spend Hundreds on fuel with you.It to 2min.I'll never spend Money with them again.

I've used them for 14 years for every car in my family, and my parents for longer than that . The family is great and I wouldn't trust anyone else with my vehicles. They are honest and I look forward to continuing to bring my business to them!

Our driver parked on his 18 wheeler by the fuel station in line with other trucks. In about 30 min a man pulled up in a pick up and began smacking the drivers door with his might and yelling to the driver to leave immediately from HIS private property. No signs are displayed for no parking.Beware of an an unfriendly and angry being roaming the premises.

Did NOT have a good experience here. Unclear (unpleasant) communication, delays, and they charged us for repairs that were needed because of their mistakes. I wish I could say differently--but in no way do I believe that this is a trustworthy business.

This place is a joke. They kept our bus for almost 3 weeks. Gave us a estimate for one price and when I picked the bus up, it was a higher price. Poor communication. Would not recommend this shop to anyone.

Terrible service and they ALWAYS open late, can NEVER find keys qnd EVERYONE has a jacked up attitude. Find another spot to go and they are wayyyyy too expensive for minimal work.
