As a female in the field, I can usually tolerate a bit of a condescending tone. I wish I could remember his name because to talk to me like I do know my stuff AND to not create a ticket for me to pick up after telling me it would be there. It is BIZZARE! I hope no other female at this location goes through this! I was told, your power steering pump and all hoses will be here on Monday. He repeated the amount it would cost like 3 times to which I did not hesitate to agree with. I called on Monday morning before driving over (it is my first time buying from this location) to make sure everything was ready. When I called they had no ticket or even a note about the parts I needed and the helpful gentleman on the phone with me let me know they actually do not carry one of the hoses need at all. I have never had such a frustrating experience with Carquest. Because of my past experiences at other locations and the gentleman I spoke to this morning, I give this place 2 stars. Instead of 0.

2 seasoned professional courteous countermen at this location got me the hardware I needed to install a wheel lug stud. It sounds silly, but they helped make the job a success.!

The staff in this store is very knowledgeable and treat you with respect. Only issue I have with this store, the store needs to be on the main road not on a side street. Better location would do wonders for their business.

I've been working at automotive repair facilities and dealerships for the past 10 years and in all my years ordering parts from all the local suppliers, I can honestly say THIS carquest store is truly exceptional. Their staff including Mike, Hawk, Blaine and ESPECIALLY Ms. Silvia are the reasons why this store is one of my first calls when ordering auto parts. They're professional, know their stuff and are truly pleasant to do business with. Thanks you guys.

Got a tip from one of the shops. It goes "if you need your car to smell nice and get cleaned go to Advance Auto Parts, if you need to fix your car and do maintenance head straight to CarQuest." Those guys are professionals and have a very knowledgeable staff. Mike has many years of experience and knows how to find the part you need. Pete is amazing with his knowledge and Hawk has crazy location skills. Blaine really knows how to get good idea at what you really need and the rest of the staff is amazing. They truly do carry Advance Auto Parts.

Shop online before going. Unfortunately the prices will be higher if ypu do not purchase on the website first or through advanced auto parts. Otherwise good variety of parts, tools and expendables.
