I wanted to express my sincere gratitude to you for the exceptional help we received today. My daughter had her MVA test for her driver's license, and due to a dash light issue, the MVA initially refused to conduct the test, giving us only a 30-minute window to resolve it. I explained the situation to you guys, and you went above and beyond to assist us promptly. Thanks to your quick and efficient service, we made it back to the MVA with plenty of time, and my daughter successfully completed her test. We cannot thank you enough for saving the day for her. Your outstanding service has earned you a future customer in us. Thank you once again for your invaluable assistance.

Can t thank Joe and Aaron enough. I am a guy who doesn t trust many people, specially when it comes to car repairs. I was recommended by someone who said they are trustworthy, fair on price and darn they were correct. I took my car (2017 Kia Soul) in first to fix A/C blower.. he gave me a price I went to pick it up the next day and final price lower than what he quoted. (Never happens at a car place) Than I was given a car (2003 Honda element) that needed A LOT of TLC for my son. First I asked Is it worth fixing and I told them to fix it as if their son was driving it. And they did, after needing a state inspection it needed more stuff done. They handled it all. Now after everything the car got fixed.. car runs brand new, inspected and now tagged. For a super GREAT fair price. Trust me, they told me what needed done I called around and price shopped. I can t thank those guys enough. I know one thing.. until I move far from Bel Air, Joe & Aaron are me and my families mechanics for ever. As they should be yours.Thanks Guys!Joe

I've taken two different vehicles here for different services. Joe and his guys are great! Honest about what is needed and fairly priced. Everyone I know who have looked for a mechanic says it's hard to find someone you can trust. I only go see Joe R for all of my vehicle needs. He's trustworthy, does a great job and has reasonable prices. I also reached out to him at the last minute and he fit us in. Joe is also a good family man, always taking great care of his family. I highly recommend Joe and the gang at Vehicle Service plus. He did a great job on our Dakota.

We had to take my wife's Accord to the dealer for a recall on the air bags. While at Bel Air Honda, they "found" a laundry list of things that required "immediate attention" to include PS components, alternator, battery, and fluids. In total, it was going to cost us $4,700 to have it fixed at the dealer. Needless to say I wanted a second opinion. I heard that Vehicle Service Plus was under new management and that the previous owner was no longer affiliated with this shop. I gave them a call and they were able to accommodate us the next week to give the car a look over to see if Honda was over exaggerating. I provided the list that the dealer gave me and while they couldn't argue with most of it, it turns out that the PS Pump and alternator did not have to be replaced as Honda said. In the end, Aaron, Joe, and Tony explained what needed to be done and the cost. Turns out they saved me over $2,800 on parts and labor. I was very pleased with the customer service as well as the quality/timeliness of the work and we had the car back the same evening we dropped it off. I would highly recommend the guys at this shop and will continue to give them my business.

I went to have my 2006 Honda Pilot serviced and when I walked in I was immediately greeted professionally by Aaron and Tony. I dropped my truck off and wasn't expecting the work to be done in one day but it was ready the next day after receiving a phone call from Tony that early afternoon. I was even shuttled home due to them keeping the vehicle and they kindly picked me up at my residence upon request to pickup my vehicle. I had a good friendly conversation with Tony and Aaron. I will definitely go back for future service. Thanks guys!

These guys are great! I had an emission problem with one of my vehicles. The car wouldn't pass the emission test. The shop that was servicing the car gave me an estimate of $1800.00 to fix it. I met Dave, took my car to him and he fixed the car for $200.00. Now I have all my vehicles serviced by Dave and have referred friends and family. It's hard to find folks you can trust, I am here to tell you this is the place to go to get your vehicle repaired and serviced. Thanks Dave for your integrity.Mac Caldwell-Bel Air

I was looking for a good shop to take my car to. Dave s quoted me at $3,300 to fix my car. I paid him to fix everything to get the check engine light off my dash so I could pass state inspection. They said they fixed everything, when I went to pick up my car the check engine light was off, then about 3 hours later the check engine light came back on. Also, when I dropped my car off I have 1/4 tank of gas, when I picked my car up it was on empty. My car was very clean when I dropped it off and when I picked it up it was covered in cut grass, like they took it on a joy ride. So not only did they screw me over with parts and money, they also used my gas. They did replace my brakes and rotors but failed to inform me that I had a bad brake caliper with a hole in it, it was very noticeable. I tried calling them over and over and over again and every time I called I got told that the owner was either on vacation or wouldn t be back until Monday, or he s already left for the day. I have left several messages and I have yet to get a response back. They don t do state inspections at Dave s, they use merchants for state inspections. I ended up going to merchants to have my vechile repaied once again, I was filling them in about how Dave s screwed me over. Dave s charged me $90 for a state inspection when really state inspections are really $75. The owner of merchants felt so bad for what I went through and gave me a discount for $20 off my purchase. Dave s didn t even do any work for the state inspection so why should they make a profit out of it..This is by far the worse shop I ve ever been to, I don t recommend coming here. They will never get another dollar from me or my family. It has now been four months and I have still yet to get a phone call back. This shop is so poorly ran, in my opinion it needs to be shut down.Also, Dave if you re going to respond to this, you could at least be truthful for what your shop has done wrong. I don t need any excuses or lies for what has been done.

I have been going here for years and I am very disappointed to report that the service has gone down hill. Two years ago I took my vehicle to get the water pump fixed, the water pump has gone up again with less than 30,000 mile on it. When I asked Tony about it he said that its just like that sometimes. I also asked for the manufacture of the water pump, he couldn't give me the name either. So it was either a used pump with a bad seal that was put into my vehicle, or a cheep part that the shop doesn't stand behind because a NEW water pump should get at least 50,000 miles. There was nothing he could do to help with the cost or at least help me figure out what water pump had been previously put in. I will not be going back. Its a shame because Dave Serio had an honest business and now it doesn't seem that way.

I expect an honest business to work with the customer when their employees make a mistake but this business is far from honest.I was given a quote of $55 to get a complete auto inspection in order to register my vehicle. When I went to pay for the inspection, they charged me $90. They didn't have anything done on the vehicle except the inspection. I spoke with the man at the counter about it and he said that nothing could be done since the owner, Dave, was on vacation for 2 weeks.Since Dave serios doesn't have the certification to do inspections, they sent it to another auto shop to inspect it for them.I paid Dave serios a visit when the owner was back from vacation to explain the situation but the owner did not want to hear anything. He quickly and disrespectfully said, "well I'm not giving you any kind of refund'. First of all, I did not request a refund, I was simply explaining the situation in hand. The owner continued jumping down my throat. I told the owner that the auto shop that actually inspected the car was called to see how much they charge. They charge $65, but somehow Dave serios is allowed to make a serious profit off of the inspection even though they didn't do any of the work. Needless to say, this place will never make another cent off of me or my family and friends.I strongly recommend staying away from this shop because they are dishonest and out of compliance.

Been trying to get in touch with Dave for weeks now. Repair was done to the clutch of my 2009 Jetta and all parts were not put back in. This caused rust and acceleration of deterioration and ended up costing me almost double what I paid Dave.Everytime I call, am told Dave will be back Monday. Have left messages and have received no call back.I was recommended here by a family friend. Very disappointed

I try to do a lot of my own work on my cars, but there are some things that require special tools and a pro s knowledge. I ve been bringing my cars here for service for at least ten years. They stand behind their work.John Rolf

When my vehicle needs a repair I want to take it to a shop that will get it right the first time. I'm always looking for experts that will not just throw parts at the problem but will actually diagnose the problem properly and then perform the repair in a professional manner. Dave Serio and his team do all this and more.

This shop does amazing work at honest and transparent prices! Very knowledgeable and friendly! I've taken my vehicle here several times now for a multitude of different services and I never leave disappointed!

Stopped by to make an apt. Next day they had my truck done in a few hours. Saved me nearly 300 over going to Ford. I'll be going back anytime I need work done.
