Great service and staff! I had been to several wheel and tire shops trying to find wheels and tires for an early Ford truck with no luck. I stopped in a busy Saturday morning and Dan was able to think outside the box and get me exactly the package I was looking for. Thanks Dan, you have all my future business!

They were very polite, and prompt. I had a not so slow leak in one of my tires. They removed a nail from my tire, and patched the hole. There was no attempt to upsell me on anything (thinking of you, Jiffy Lube). The repair cost was half of what I was expecting, and my wait time was even less than that. This is an easy business to highly recommend.

I was very pleased with the service. Everyone was friendly. I also arrived earlier and I was able to have the service done sooner. Highly recommend tire village. Thank you Dan for helping on the phone and when arriving was taken care of.

Staff behind the desk were able to get me non-standard tires within a day along with installation despite myself being late due to a hang up at work. I would ask you dont take advantage of their kindness in this respect but I highly recommend this business for all things tires.

Today my son went because he had a flat and issues with a sensor. They told him they couldn't help him until Monday! I called in and asked if they could at least do something for the low pressure and I was told the same thing; there was nothing they could do until Monday. We give Tire Village all of our business and have always had wonderful service until today. I doubt we'll want to go back. That being said I want to give a HUGE THANK YOU to the gentleman that came out and offered to fill my son's tires! He overheard the conversation and after my son got in his car he knocked on the window to help.It seems as though he was already off for the day but took my son's car, put it on the lift, filled his tires and gave him advice on what to do next! To this person, I am very grateful!

Quality of tire work has gone down over the years. Got new tires last year. 1 was put on in the wrong direction as they were directional tires so i had to go back. they fixed it. also recently had a tire bead leaking they fixed. they must not pay attention when filling the tires b/c 1 tire had 45 psi and the other had over 60 psi when it should have been 32-35. other people i know that go there had this issue too.prices have gotten higher too. they use to be cheapest around but not so much anymore.at least the people at the counter are the same ones that been there along time and are friendly and honest.been going here over 30 years. might be time to look elsewhere if their crew can't even put the right air pressure in the tires.

Until today, I had been a loyal customer for the last 43 years. By loyal, I mean that I had bought ALL of my tires there for the last 43 years. 43 YEARS! This business is now a grossly unfair and poorly run business, with unfriendly customer service, no value for what is fair and equitable, has a truly filthy facility, and the staff is very incompetent as well. I knew the original owner well and he would have never stood for any of this. Sadly, I will never return and I recommend all other do the same. Today I take my vehicle in for tire balance and rotation and asked for 42 psi in each tire. For $50, they balanced the tires and set them all to 42 psi except for one tire. I didn't notice until I drove the 15 miles home, that the pressure was incorrect, and began to set the pressure on the one tire that wasn't 42 psi. Turns out that they didn't reset the tire pressure system on my truck to match the "new" tire locations. I drove the 15 miles back to the shop and asked that they reset the system properly. I was told that the entire staff was at lunch, at the same time, and I would have to wait an hour or so. While waiting, the man at the counter went out to attempt to reset the system himself, rather than have me keep waiting. He came back and told me that one of the tire monitors was bad and that must be why they all were never reset. I left, went 15 miles back to my neighborhood and to another tire shop. They reset the system, with no problems, and charged me $25 to perform the reset. I called Tire Village back and the same man told me to come back for reimbursement. I drove another 15 miles back for the refund, and while there, asked to be refunded the original $50 since I was now "out" 2.5 hours and 60 miles of travel. The man said "no" and that he would only refund the additional $25 I had paid the other shop to properly complete the job.

Went in to have tire repaired. They warned that the type of hole I had may not be repaired but they wouldn't know until they got the tire off. They were busy and popular. They were about to repair my tire and even told me about my sensor being off, which I knew about. They didn't try to sell me anything or tell me they couldn't fix my tire and make me buy a new one.I will be going back in the future.

A friend recommended Tire Village to me and they were right! I found these folks to be extremely pleasant, helpful, and honest. What a refreshing change! Special thanks to Matt who was super helpful. I was there for a couple hours and they were friendly and down to earth with everyone who walked through the door. Great business!

Went here recently for tires and had a great experience! I called around to multiple shops (both big chains and local mom and pops) and Tire Village beat them all. I try to support local, small businesses when possible and was happy to be able to do so again. The customer service was great, they were pleasant to work with and were able to get my (odd sized) tires in store and installed quickly. I only needed 2 tires and they didn't push or try to upsell at all. Highly recommend!

I have stopped here several times to have air put in my tire with a slow leak. They took care of it right away. Today I rode in their lot with a perfectly flat tire. They replaced it with a used tire to match. Good service and fair price.

Purchased 4 new tires months ago from Tore Village. I simply used them bc they went out of their way to squeeze me in same day and they were so friendly and helpful. Got an industrial size staple in my tire over 6 months after new tire purchase and they brought me right back in after I called and fixed it for $30. Didn't try to upsell, friendly, clean, located in a nice area where if you want to walk around neighborhood while you wait, it's pleasant. I will never use another place other than Tire Village for my tire/wheel needs.

Tire Village on 501 N. Main Street Bel Air MD, 21014 is outstanding. And has outstanding customer service. I called the day before to get tires and they had me in the next day. They were so friendly, the Manager Dan Walters, said I was missing a lug nut and told me how it could be unsafe as I already knew. And I was thinking he was to charge me a lot like normal places do, he said it would only be 10$... I only had enough for my tires and he said don t worry about it, bring it back whenever u can, I don t care if it s next month, in his words!!!! He said he was more concerned about my safety. This place gets 5 stars!!!! , they also have great prices. I never give reviews, but this place deserves one!!

Hit a curb, everyone said I needed a new tire...your employee who has been there 42 years said it was OK! Just did a filet of fish type of cut. I surely will return, just as I have for ????? years! Thank you!

I am amazed, every time I go, at the level of service, pricing and overall atmosphere. Everyone I ve dealt with has been professional and genuinely eager to help. The pricing surprises me every time. I dropped off a tire to be patched. It was only $28, which was much lower than I was expecting. As I was paying, a serviceman came up and asked for my keys. I had just had surgery on my left foot and hand, so I said they were in the car, and if he throw the patched tire in the back, I would really appreciate it. He installed the patched tire, put the spare back and checked my other tires. All for $28. I don t know why anyone would go anywhere else.

Great price and they're very knowledgeable, people who will work with you. My car needed tires and he took into account that I didn't plan on owning the car after a year, so he suggested the less expensive tires. Loved it!!

I've been a satisfied customer for years, highly recommended. Last time I used them they gave me a ride home, which was unexpected. When I went to pick up my vehicle I couldn't find my bank card to pay. They actually let me take my vehicle and told me to stop back when I found my card! Fortunately it was in my vehicle, so that didn't take long. What a pleasant surprise in this era of rude and unfriendly customer service. Tire Village really cares about their customers and will go to great lengths to make you happy. Definitely 5 star service!

This is one of the hidden gems of the northeast Baltimore region. It is extremely hard to find a place like this and I'm so happy it still exists. My family has been using Tire Village for nearly 15 years and I will not go anywhere else for tires, oil changes, or minor repairs. This is an honest car shop that is run by people who will not cheat you or act, in any way, dishonestly. Hats off to these guys for being such a great shop with excellent customer service. You won't regret switching to them if you haven't already!

Excellent Honesty! I needed quick last minute help for a new tire (my usual place said I needed a new tire, made appointment & they ignored me for almost an hour!). The gentleman here helped me as soon as I walked in the door and evaluated my tire and informed me it did not need to be changed! This is my new go-to place for tires & alignments! THANK YOU!

Call around getting prices for 2 tires. Tire Village not only give me the best price without any games. Every place I called had all these gimmicks to get u into to buy. I talk with Dan who with in 5 minutes I could tell he knew what he was doing. He made me feel I could get a very honest price and be treated like a customer not a cash register. I lived in Harford County for a very long time and my only regret is I didnt try them sooner. This is a family run business that you can trust. They took care of situation with my tires and I love the smooth ride I now have for my car. And guess what ! They did it for the price he quoted. I didnt get a list of service items that most places try to get you to do. I have found a place I want to service my vehicles. I never have rated a place on Google. I happen to read reviews after i already decided to take my car here.and I feel so strong about the way they treated me I had to say something. I give Tire Village the Moretti 10 star rating. Give them a try.

Tire village is terrible. They have a very small set of skills and do not know how to complete the work correctly. If you go there, plan on having to take your vehicle back multiple times for them to get it fixed right. They will not provide refunds for doing the work incorrectly. Strongly advise to go to a different tire place.

I had an unexpected flat and this was the closest tire shop. I went in and explained my situation. I was told they were booked up until Friday and nothing they could do. They did not even offer to place my spare on which would have taken all of 15 mins. I had to drive on a flat to the Mr Tire around the corner. They put in my spare with no problem. Try better customer service practices. What if your wife, mom or sister got a flat and was stranded? Would you want this to happen to them?! People remember how you treat them and first impressions matter.

Best experience buying tires in 45 years of driving. Tire village had the tires I needed at a very reasonable price and the service was excellent. They did not try to up sale me on other services, etc. Will use them for all my tire services in the future.

I have worked in the automotive industry for over 10 years. I personally visited 2 dealerships, 3 local tire shops and a few tire dealers on line. The owner of aTire Village seemed genuinely interested in me and spent some time responding to my questions. He provided a very competitive quote and he was able to get the tires to his shop by the next day. Very happy with the pricing, the service and professionalism. Definately recommend Tire Village.
