Fantastic service. They were quick, but thorough. They explained services very well and you could hear their callbacks to each other ensuring completion of services and safety checks. Never had to get out of the car. A little pricey for an oil change, but not once you consider the convenience, and definitely not once you take into account the additional services (top off fluids, replace filters, put air in tires, etc). Overall, I would definitely recommend. Don't forget to ask about military/veteran, police, ems discount!

For just Changing my oil., it was a very nice experience. One thing I noticed was They didn't try to oversell me. With expensive filters.They provided everything that they said they were including the discount for $20. I also like the fact that 1 person did. The work and another person inspected it when it was done to make sure everything was done accordingly. Tomanufacturers.specifications. I will return for the next Oil.change.

Clayton explained everything clearly, gave me as many discounts as possible, and was not the least bit pushy about services. The service was quick and pleasant. Sam also did a great job performing the service. The invoice is very clearly laid out as well. Very happy, will be back again.

Take 5 provided excellent customer service and provided great insight for my vehicle. It was about a 30 min drive from my residence but well worth it. There were multiple auto shops nearby that were unavailable for service. However, take 5 did not hesitate to assist with the car needs. Will definitely visit again.

New place in town, thought I'd give them a try and glad I did! Friendly staff, very mild level of upsell pressure compared to other places nearby, and they worked fast and did a great job while I stayed in my car. I presented an online coupon on my phone, but they were able to apply an even greater discount than that (I assume a new customer / welcome discount or something similar). Ended up spending a similar amount too what I'd pay elsewhere. They offer free fluid checks and top-offs for a period of time following the service date. Definitely going back for a second round!

Great place! Clayton and Sam did a great job and are very friendly. They make the obvious knowledgeable recommendations and are upfront. You don t end up with a receipt full of garbage you never asked for like the big box places.

Great experience and well priced! They are fast-paced and got the job done. Was able to sit in my car while they completed the work. The only con is that one of the workers is Georgia fan!

This was by far the most pleasant experience I've had when getting an oil change. Everything that was being done was explained step by step. We could hear the communication between the employees proving the teamwork that was being used. An overall very nice experience. Definitely going back.

This was my first time stopping in to get my oil changed and everyone there was so nice and helpful! They did a full service check on my car, replaced my cabin air filter (which I had been meaning to do), and topped off my fluids and air in my tires. The prices were very fair, and everything was done quickly and efficiently. We will definitely be taking all of our cars here! Highly recommend!

These are quite possibly the nicest people in the world. I pulled in 2 weeks past my oil change date but still had a couple of thousand miles to go on my mileage setting. They didn't try and sell me anything, double checked my oil level (which they showed me) and topped off all my fluids and aired up my tires. Then they sent me on my way with a smile. Outstanding customer service!

Absolutely recommend Take 5! I went in for an oil change and I was in and out within 20 minutes and that was after waiting for them to finish with the person before me. They went over everything with me in detail so I knew what was all done! Very friendly and efficient guys !

I ve been here 3 times now and it is always a great experience they are fast, efficient and give great customer service. They don t tell you to replace things that don t need to be replaced. Not your traditional oil change experience 10 out of 10 I would highly recommend them and have in fact recommended my family go there.

Was running behind on my oil change, decided to stop by in the evening on the way home. The service men were polite, well informed, and answered all of my questions. Most definitely the place to go, and I'll definitely be back when it's time for my next oil change.

Quick oil change. They had Mobil One but didn't have Mobil One full synthetic weight that is recommended for my Volvo S80.. So I chose their name brand full synthetic DuraMax. I recommend when you ask if they have Mobil One also ask if they have the recommended Mobil One Oil for your make and model vehicle. I told them the make and model of my vehicle but they never confirmed they had the proper weight Mobil One for my vehicle. They only confirmed they had Mobil One, so definitely get confirmation they have the proper Mobil One weight recommended for your vehicle before you decide to go there for an oil change.

Great experience! Sam (manager) was extremely nice and applied an additional discount because he felt bad for the wait I had which honestly wasn t that bad. Kind of cool to be able to sit in your car while they do everything unlike being in the waiting room elsewhere.

I had been to this facility once before and was very impressed. I took two cars in for oil changes this week and had my engine air and cabin air filters replaced. Both crews did outstanding work!

I decided to check out Take 5 for my recent oil change - I would absolutely come again! Everyone was so genuine & thorough. I don t think i ve ever had a faster oil change in my life. Also, I didn t feel pressured to make additional purchases that weren t necessary. You get a free car wash when you show your receipt from the oil change as well. Super happy with my experience and I will certainly be back!

Sam runs a tight ship at take 5 and has his staff well trained to be friendly and efficient at their task. Went there for an oil change and was in and out in under 10 minutes. The young gentleman that was my service writer was also very professional and easy to converse with while the other techs were performing the needed service. I can t recommend this place enough if you need a fast quick simple or professional establishment for an oil change.

I decided to give these guys a try as they are somewhat new in the area. It was 8am on a Saturday and not only were they open but Jamaal, Makai and Luke were friendly, energetic and quick. No pressure on trying to upsell anything (I had recently replaced the air filter) and my truck doesn't have a cabin filter. They checked tire pressure and topped off the windshield washer fluid. I am very happy with the service and will definitely be going to them again.

Please allow me to regale you with a short epic.As the first phoebe and blackbird began their Sunday morning duet following a dreary, spring Saturday, I eagerly arrived at this newly established place of commerce ready to have my internal-combustion steed serviced.I utilized the magical tubes, wires, & frequencies which informed me they opened at 9am.A young man informed me they would open in a minute if I would be so kind to wait.Acceptable for a Sunday morning. They opened up in a min or 2 and..I'm getting bored with this story tbh so I'm just gonna write a sweet af Haiku to close it out.HAIKU:Take 5 Oil Change.You get to stay in your car.Great service. Like gold.

Excellent service! I have never experienced an oil change quite like this. I felt like I was in pit row during a NASCAR race. I had my very own team of professional auto mechanics giving me VIP service. Makai and his crew did a fantastic job!

It went smoothly drive in to drive out, greeted by Clayton and met GM Sam. They displayed professionalism and a pretty decent sense of humor. Most importantly did a thorough job. I ll be back.

Quick oil change. Gave me options on standard or synthetic, etc. Checked and topped off fluids and tire pressure. Tried to upsell a couple things (air filter, etc.) which I just politely said no thanks . Prices seemed a couple bucks more than other places, but they took $20 off so all good on that. Best part was I was in and out in about 15 mins or maybe less and didn t need an appointment.
