We had a mouse problem in the air fan. They found 3 dead mice and trash.

Not a happy customer right now. Checked website to make sure they were open for an oil change (which the website said they were) and drove 15 miles only to see a 'Closed for Inventory on Dec 5th' sign on the door. Four other people were in the lot waiting in line for an oil change. We all left pretty upset that Plaza Ford didn't have the common sense and courtesy to post an online notification that they were closed. Poor management to say the least. I've been a long time customer of Plaza Ford but am now looking elsewhere for my Ford Service needs from now on. If their goal was to upset and anger their current customers, they can claim victory.

Service was fast for oil and filter change. And no appointment necessary for oil change, it is first come first serve! Customer service was great. And the service rep. is without pressure and is casual (easy going, no big suit and ties!). Would recommend Plaza Ford for no appointment oil change.

When checking the Ford web page for the time Quick Lane opened, to my surprise, I was directed to a page to schedule an appointment which I did. In the past I was aware that the service was first come first serve. I received an email confirmation prior to my appointment. I arrived at my scheduled time only to be told the scheduling appointments on the website were bogus and would not be honored. I did speak to Paul the service manager who also told me the same thing. Basically everyone at Plaza has no idea why or how this scheduling process works nor will they honor the scheduled appointment even with a confirmation from Ford. Needless to say I was angry and inconvenienced. Someone is dropping the ball at Plaza!

Service was quick, and I was there less than an hour. Checked my tires, changed my oil, replaced my wipers, all in that time. Wasn t very busy which was a huge plus. Excellent service and I will be using this place from now one.Steve was able to take my information, give me advice concerning the last dealership I went to, and also was very friendly and helpful the entire time.

Took my Mustang here for an oil change and I was told my front two tires were at 2/32nds and my rear tires were 3/32nds as they tried to sell me on four new tires. My car only has 24k miles on it and I was highly suspicious that this was true. I don t know who there is measuring tires, but all it took was a measurement with a small ruler to prove that false. All of my tires measured 6/32nds, which makes much more sense based on the way I drive and the mileage. It s one thing to try to upsell customers for smaller items, but telling them their tires are unsafe when they are not is completely unethical in my book. I will certainly not be returning. Please don t trust these liars with your car.

Great place for local service on your Ford.Friendly and courteous service every time. They always pick up the phone to earn your business. The technicians are knowledgeable and professional, and pay attention to the details! Great job, thank you!

Went to have my '19 f250 "serviced". I thought a "service" entailed an oil change, tire rotation, fluid top off and multipoint inspection. That is what the owners manual describes at 7500 which is roughly my current milage. They pulled my truck into the bay quickly and it came out in about 30 minutes, but they only did an oil change? I asked the guy to pull it back in and do the tire rotation and that I did not mind paying. The truck never made back in as they had me waiting another hour and I was not going to wait any longer. I was there for 2 hours for a simple service which was never completed. I have been going to Al Packer quick lane and have never had these issues. Least to say I will not be returning and I will continue with Al Packer even if I lose my free oil changes that came with the purchase of my truck. Very disappointed!

People are nice and they do a good job, but quick it most certainly ain't. In the 8 years I've been getting oil changes there I can count on one, maybe 2, fingers (yes, fingers) the number of times I've been in and out in less than 75 minutes.

Just FYI, if you made an appointment on the Ford app quick lane will tell you that they don t take appointments and that it s first come first serve. Seems like that is something they should be able to figure out.

Went today at plaza Ford and went to the quick Lane to get my oil changedAnd I got the works he told 53.00After taxes and that is what it was 53.00Very happy with plaza FordI

Horrible, after scheduling an appointment, learned the hard way they don't honor the appointment for 20,000 maintenance on my vehicle. I didn't read some disclaimer hidden in the fine print that nobody reads.

I go there because it's close. The people are cold and unfriendly. I think it's a management problem. I can't believe everyone working there has a attitude problem, it has to come from the top.
