This location is top notch! Customer service from Makai was outstanding. He was very friendly and professional. The shop was extremely busy and I was a walk in, still got me in and out quickly. Also want to commemorate Daniel who worked on my car, he did an outstanding job. This place was amazing I will be recommending it to everyone!

Went in with what I thought to be a tire leak. Not the case, just operator error. They didn't charge me anything and explained the issue. Recommended another repair with a price quote and didn't push the issue or pressure me to do it. Great experience, good people and I will be back for more work.

Last minute oil change before a trip and they were fantastic. I also had bald tire. They did everything and were friendly,honest and reliable. We were in and out within an hour.will definitely come back to this location.

The place looks cleaner and sleek. The guy at the counter, Makai, was on point. Professional and courteous. I appreciate how he shared what else my car needed without making me feel guilty for not doing it at that time. Go Mavis!

Had a nail in my tire and these guys were absolutely amazing. So timely and they kept me posted throughout the process. Everyone I talked to was super helpful and nice. I would highly Recommend this spot for anything related to your tires. Very helpful and affordable as well. Highly recommend!

I recommended this place to a friend the other day, and realized I forgot to write about my experience from back in March 2023.I was having a terrible time as it often is when you blow out your tire. Everything from my insurance to the tow truck was incredibly stressful. However, I still remember Zack, and as a woman in an incredibly vulnerable position and who knows very little about vehicles had an absolutely seamless experience.The location is very convenient and they were able to squeeze me in last minute on a Sunday after I had called 10+ locations in Harford County. However, I work awkward hours, so I was never available during the store hours and I didn t know what to do. Zack.. although he was new offered several suggestions and was able to form a plan to retrieve my car. I also felt the prices were fair, he didn t try to convince me that I needed more work than I needed, he explained things very well, and I was able to pay for everything over the phone.I never was able to show my appreciation in person, but I truly felt cared for and I ve been suggesting this place purely because of Zack s exceptional customer service.Thank you again!

If I could give this location more than 5 stars, I absolutely would. My car broke down halfway through a road trip and I was able to make it to this NTB location. When I arrived, James was beyond EXCEPTIONALLY helpful. Despite them being very busy, they quickly diagnosed the problem (turns out my alternator bit the dust). He assured me that they would be able to fix it that day and that I wouldn t be stranded. James, Zach and his team came through, repaired my car and I was able to safely make it to my destination that night. A HUGE thank you to this crew for their hard work and commitment to excellent customer service. 10 stars out of 5!!!

Great experience. Joseph, Zach and Dan were incredibly helpful in diagnosing my sister s battery issue and they even installed it for her right on the spot. Great group of guys. Very helpful and professional.

Made an appointment t for my tires the night before. Got in first thing in the morning. All four tires were done in a hour. Lobby and bathrooms are pretty clean too. Thanks dudes.

Billed me to replace 4 valve stems when mounting and balancing 4 tires. 3 are the old ones and the one they did replace leaks and isn't even the right damned one. Thanks for my 10$ back!Edit: Pepboys fixed it for the 10 bucks that NTB gave me back for the valvestems they didn't replace and the wrong one they did install!

I had my suv washed today and they found a nail in my rear tire. I called NTB and went there, glad they are open on SundaysJason looked at tire and had tech come out and look. It could be patched.Fortunately, after testing the tire, it didn t have to be repaired. They were quick, professional and honest. Brought tires from them with my other vehicle. Definitely, go here, they are the Best!!!!!!

NTB saved the day for me! I had an appointment set up with another company that cancelled my appointment without notifying me. I went over to NTB and not only were they able to fit me in same day, but they also helped coordinate retrieval of my tires and got the service done in their quoted time. Outstanding service and I will choose NTB over anyone else from now on!

Took car here asking for an alignment, they called me back and said it just needed to be balanced. Which is significantly cheaper. Honest and actually trying to help the customer. I will be doing all my business here now for my cars.

Wow! Such impressive service! Had a tire problem at 5 pm and they evaluated and had me repaired and out of there in less than an hour. Super kind and efficient. Amazing!! Thank you!

Very good customer service at this location. Wrong tires were installed and was immediately corrected the next day.I purchased Michelin Defender LTX M/S.Sales Associate Scott Beyerling was very pleasant to deal with.

Came in to NTB with no notice and without an appointment, at close to closing time no less, to get a tire repaired and they fit me in without issue. I was out the door in 25 to 30 minutes, while a competitor where I had appointment at said it'd take an hour and a half to get it done. Highly recommend the National Tire and Battery team on Baltimore Pike in Bel Air, MD.

I had an issue with my brakes and, since I always had good experience with this NTB and their prices and services seem pretty fair for the area, I took my car to them. Even though they were busy, they fixed my car s issues faster than I expected and efficiently.And when my husband s car s brakes started acting up on the way to pick up my car, they got his car checked in and fixed right up in a very timely manner.Scott and Zach made a very stressful situation much easier and my husband and I appreciated it deeply. The people working at this location (including the mechanics that we briefly saw in addition to Zach and Scott) make this company and location our main go-to place for our cars. Scott even explained all the warrantees and demonstrated the main issue with my husband s car (showing us the part as well) so I could fully understand.I can honestly say that because of the professional kindness and patience and attention to customer relations, I currently have no desire to take my car elsewhere. Thanks, guys!!

NTB saves the day!!! While packing up for vacation I noticed a screw in my tire. Despite being a very busy location on a Saturday, they made the effort to get me in and out very quickly without an appointment. Highly recommend
