I made an appointment at 11:00 AM last Saturday to get my tires changed at 3:30 PM. I went in at 3:30 PM and the clerk told me he had no appointment scheduled for 3:30 PM. He searched the system and my appointment was in the system but he, personally, had not approved it. He then said that he had forgotten to give me a call for confirmation.After this excuse, he asked me what I had come in for, which I answered it was for new tires as indicated on the appointment and then blamed me for not putting information in the comment section that it would be a tire change. What else would new tires imply?After this, he said he had no time and he was understaffed, so he couldn't do a tire change at my 3:30 PM appointment. So, even though the system online had open slots throughout the day, the shop could not service my car. What is the point of an online appointment system, if you have to receive a call from the clerk that can easily forget to call you. He wasted my whole day for a service that takes 40 minutes max.I went to a shop up the road and they served me without an appointment and an hour before they're closing time. Overall, a terrible experience and I would recommend other drivers to steer clear of this shop and their rude service.

I needed to get some new tires and I saw a deal happening online, so I called the store with a few question. The gentleman, I can't remember his name, I spoke with was kind and answered my questions. He ordered the tires I wanted, scheduled an appointment for me for the next day, and let me know I would be talking with a different person the next day.For the service, Daquan helped me out and he was friendly and knowledgeable. I felt valued and I appreciated the service they performed and the service they provided.I didn't feel like they were upselling me anything and I appreciated the courtesy inspection report that they included so I could see what items I may need to take care of in the future.I would recommend them.

Yesterday I found a nail in my tire. I was afraid I would be pressured to purchase 4 new tires, which I really didn't want to since I'm looking to trade it in soon. Turns out there was 2 nails, they repaired both holes, and it only took about 25 min! Great service and honest. Definitely going back for any tire needs I have in the future!

Outstanding Customer Service! This was my 2nd visit due to another Tire repair (on a different car) and when I called in the morning, Daquanlet me know that they were busy until 2pm. Therefore, I scheduled an appointment & actually arrived early (1pm) and the entire team got my SUV in early found the issue, fixed it and I was out the door before 1:30pm - Wow !!! Unbelievable, in today's world you just do not receive customer service like this. Amazing job by Daquan & his team. I will be back & of course, I will let everyone know about my experiences @Mr. Tire Bel Air.Thank you Daquan & everyone:)

HIGHWAY ROBBERY I took my car in for a complete brake job. I needed new rotors along with a regular brake job. These guys quoted me a price of $2075. Ridiculous!!! I took it to another shop who did the exact same job for $841. They lost a good customer.

Couldn t rave any more highly about the awesome service from this Mr. Tire location! Bobby and the staff are super knowledgeable and always take the utmost care of your vehicle as if it were their own, which is a huge plus to a car guy like myself.Plus, who can complain when there s Top Gear on loop in the waiting area!

Alignment wasn t completely done, the front tires were aligned and the back couldn t be aligned yet I was charged for the four tires alignment. That fraud.

I had a few tires that were way past their service life. The $$ was hitting huge everywhere I checked. NTB, Goodyear, Just Tires. But Ed Magee at Mr. Tire who is the store manager was very helpful and more than accommodating. After talking about his 21 years in the service and my own time, he helped by getting me in the shop almost immediately, going way above and beyond and definitely getting much more than I paid for. But his generous nature towards me wasn t was grabbed me the most.His younger employees, a very diverse workforce there and they all respected him and he respected them. To see that much respect flowing back and forth between a manager and his employees was truly nice to see. I would recommend this place in the future and I will be switching to this shop in the future!

I've used this shop a couple times and I just gotta say Mr Ed is awesome, he always fits my tire mounting requests into their busy schedule. These guys are professional and know what they're doing. If you run a stretched tire set up or have aftermarket wheels you care about you can 100% trust these guys they do outstanding work.

Ed and his crew of the best out there. He talked me through any question I had, made sure I left with what I needed, and got my services completed in a timely manner. He made it clear on anything and everything I was being charged for and why. Very thorough, very friendly. Will be going back.

Great customer service! They quickly trouble shot and assessed my tire that had an apparent pinhole puncture and provided me with great options for replacement to get me rolling again.

Ed and his staff were great. They provided excellent service. Although my son and I were there to buy and mount new tires, they checked both cars for outstanding service issues, free of charge.I would definitely recommend visiting their shop for any automotive service needs.

Go at your own risk!! Took my car in for 2 tires, bill was originally okay @ 300. Was sitting in the waiting room for almost a hour being the only car there at the time, mechanic came in and told me we had a problem. Showed me 2 lugs he broke off the car. Why he didn't come get me after the first one broke is beyond me. Told them to get it fixed, bill went from 300 to 500 at this point. 2 hours go by, they come back to me saying they can't get the knuckle off the car to fix the lugs. They took me out to the shop to show me, they were hitting the knuckle to pop the ball joints with a hammer, not a sledgehammer. At this point I lost all trust in them, told them to lower my car so I could get to my trunk, pulled out a sledgehammer went over hit it once and it broke free. Told them to stop playing games and get it back fix and back together. Another 2 hours go by they tell me they can't let me leave, the upper control arm, lower control arm and axel is broken. All these parts were brand new and should not be having issues. I had to push the mechanic out of the way and start putting the car back together just enough to get it back home were I could work on it and fix it myself. 300 bill now 1300 and the car was still broken. Store manager watched everything go down and was acting the mechanic was correct. The upper control arm, lower control arm, axel, wheel wearing, hub, abs sensor were all broken at the end, which was all fixed in my driveway by myself. know I'm young and they wanted to take advantage of me, but at that time I was the fleet manager/mechanic for Amazon. After fighting with them, their insurance would only pay for the lugs. Looking into additional actions to be taken. Again use them at your own risk.

Ed Magee!!! He s the man. Very helpful, he goes in detail to figure out the problem and boom, solved! He was very helpful today. Today is my first time meeting him and I was extremely impressed by his information, honesty, and his will to help me. He stuck with me for a very long time this morning, and I can surely say that I m very happy that I called him today to meet him at his shop! Thanks Ed. You re the best! I ll come to you again for any other issues I m having. Again, I appreciate all the work. Give this man a raise!!!!!!!

Daquan is always there when we go for our oil change, he has always provided excellent service! We use for routine oil change and always fast and honest and great service.

Everyone here is super nice and they are very helpful. Saw me and my brother half an hour to closing because his tire exploded and they were extremely kind to us, even though we're in rough shape.

Had such a great experience here this week. Dave and Ed were an absolute pleasure to talk with. They care about their customers and understand that a long standing relationship with a customer is the business model they want to pursue. I will be back to this store with my next car needs for sure.

The guys here are just amazing! Ive taken my car to this location multiple times and the amazing customer service provided by Jeff and Bobby keeps me coming back. They are just a joy to talk to and make it all simple and enjoyable. They take care of their customers and definitely pay attention to detail! I also commend the unspoken hero's (the mechanics) for doing a great job and keeping my car on the road! Thank you guys for all your hard work and dedication! I appreciate you all :)

I would avoid this store at all costs.Brought my car in for a tire patch at 7:45am.At 1pm I was told my car would be next.At 3pm I was told my car was being worked on now and it would be ready by 4pm.When I arrived at 4pm my car hadn't been touched! I was asked to come back 2 days later!In sum, I wasted an entire day and still had a flat tire! At minimum if they weren't able to get to my car they could have called so I could go somewhere else.It's clear this store has a problem with staff, customer service, honesty or all three.

Honestly one of the best places I've ever been for any need. I have been here twice, once for a new set of tires and once for new brakes. The staff is always friendly and accommodating. They have always finished what I needed with speed and accuracy and went above and beyond to get my tires changed the morning I had to leave for a long road trip.You won't find a nicer, more knowledgeable group of mechanics and I'm happy to be a customer with them for life!

Went in for appointment, after being told they had my tires. Find out after showing up, they do not have the tires and told me they would be $30 per tire more then I was quoted the day I made the appt. Show up for a second appt after they ordered a different tire, at this appt I arrive on time, they did not start the car till 2 hrs later, no other car was there for appt. They Could not find wheel lock nut to remove lug nuts even with special tool they still two hours later could not get them off, come home and my husband gets them off within half an hour. Without any special tools or wheel lock tool, just a normal tool. They do not know what they are doing. I d give them a zero if I could.Where was the lug nut key that was previously in the bag in the glove box??? One of them dropped it in between the center console and the frame of the passenger seat when they pulled the bag out of the glove box.

Paid over $100 for an oil change and was told my tires were rotated and filled. Got in car and drove down street for my tire light to come on and it was on same side low pressure was on before it was serviced. When I calledI was told they didn t rotate because tread was even, but this wasn t told before I left and they never checked the tire pressure as part of safety like I was told.

Had tire going flat and visited 10:30 am. Asked very professional and helpful gentleman at front desk if he had time to look at the tire. He said there was one person ahead of me and said it would be a short wait. He was right! Was out in less than hour. He kept me informed on price, condition of tire, and when the work on my car was being started. Have been here several times over the years and keep coming back for the great, fast, efficient service!! Thank you, again, Mr Tire!

The staff were very helpful and thoroughly explained the entire process of fixing my flat tire because I don t understand car terminology. They were quick with the tire change and were pleasant to talk to.

Have gone here twice. Once for tires and another time for tires and additional maintenance work. Both times service was fast, professional, and with no attempt to upsell. Highly recommend. Really appreciate Ed and his staff.

I was there for a tire flat repair and was greeted by the store manager, Ed. He was wonderful, gracious, honest, and was interested in making his location number one in Baltimore starting with one customer at a time. My flat was repaired in a matter of minutes and I was on my way. Thank you Ed and team for treating me more than a number!

Steer clear of this store. Revolving door of Staff. I buy the tire protection plan for all my tires and have been using this location for years. I recently had my tires rotated and balanced and today while driving I kept hearing a thump, thump, thump but my tire pressure was not low. I get home and look, 1 lug nut is completely missing and the other 4 are very loose. These idiots can t even tighten lug nuts. Don t even get me started on the oil change debacle. I emailed Customer Service 2 weeks ago and have heard nothing back from them at all. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

We always have such great experiences here. They re always willing to work with you, and Bobby is super helpful and straightforward and even squeezed me in (very) last minute for an oil change. We moved a few minutes down the road recently, and even though there s closer options, we ll continue to come back to this specific Mr. Tire.
