Tim and the entire team did EVERYTHING in their power to see me leave with the perfect truck. From the minute I walked in the door they treated me with respect and never pushed any cars or deals on me. Even with imperfect credit they had me out the door in a few hours in a 2019 Tacoma. I will definitely be returning for my next vehicle and telling anyone that asks to come see Tim, Mr. Darlington and everyone else to get the car of your dreams with ease.

Great salesman Adam was awesome everyone there listened to what we wanted needed and got it done. Keep up the great work. Again Adam Cretaro went above and beyond to make the deal happen and take care of one little issue he stayed on it until it was resolved and Jones had the new Tacoma I wanted in the Color I wanted. The finance department as well bye listening to us and letting us know what they could do and they got it done.

Great experience buying my new care at Jones! I'm a busy mom and didn't have to spend all day at a dealership. Their process was very smooth and efficient and I love the added perk of Jones for a Lifetime! I felt like I got exactly what I wanted and am loving my new car.

Just bought a car from Jones Toyota and I have to say I am all around pleased with my new vehicle. Jason made the process very smooth and easy for me and made sure I left with the perfect car. If you ever want to buy or inquire about a car this is the place to go and Jason is your guy. Very great guy and the services they offer are excellent. I ve been to several dealerships in MD and none of them amounted to Jones Toyota!

I know that calling someone your favorite car dealership and/or salesperson can be like calling someone your favorite lawyer (I have one of those too). But buying a vehicle from Jones Toyota was a very pleasant, painless experience.We wanted a specific build of 2023 Tacoma (very late in Q4 2023), and salesperson Bill Braun helped us get one. (It was still in transit to the dealership from Toyota!). Bill was wonderful! His great sense of humor made the experience... dare I say... fun! And his attention to detail and high quality of customer service made it all go smoothly, from the time I made the first phone call to when I drove the truck out of the dealership.Our interactions with the Marketing and Finance departments at Jones were also quite pleasant. The staff at Jones Toyota were all professional and cordial. The next time we need a vehicle, we won't hesitate to look at Jones first. And I love my new truck!

Awesome buying experience! Jones had an incoming car with the exact options I wanted. They confirmed it via email, I dropped off my deposit, then paid in cash when the car came in. No sales pitch for financing, no high-pressure for anything.

My husband and I stopped by on Saturday and had the pleasure of working with Wallace, the Sales Manager, and Jason, the Sales Rep. I have purchased and leased many vehicles, but this experience far exceeded my expectations. We leased two vehicles and it was seamless. With the knowledge and years of experience between the two, there were no questions unanswered. As a matter of fact, they outlined questions and answers that we had not even thought about. It was an stress-free environment and Jason s patience, yes I am very picky and somewhat of a pain. He handled all of my questions and push-backs with grace and diplomacy a true professional! I had my best car buying experience ever with Jones Toyota. My salesman, Tom, helped me find the perfect Sienna for my family. He had the vehicle moved off the floor into the parking lot and had it washed before we arrived for the test drive.Very happy with the price as well, and a big thank you to the manager for his strong military support and helping out a young military family.I can t recommend Jones Toyota, and Tom Soltis (salesman), more.

Quick and easy car buying process. Jason @ Toyota is great to work with. Responds quickly to calls and text messages, was able to find my the EXACT 4 runner I was looking for. I was happy with what they gave me for my trade in, and I was in and out of the dealership in less than 3 hours including the test drive. 10/10 recommend :)

My wife and I previously had a bad experience with jones' body shop. She left a review and was contacted within 2 hours of leaving the review. They asked us to bring the car in today. Larry went above and beyond to make sure our car was back to "new". His customer service was superb to say the least! A big thank you to DJ, Alex and Larry for all your help. You guys are amazing! It's people like you all that make life a better place!

Amazing people! A very community/family like well tuned operation. Everyone I met there are incredible people and as a testimony, they've been there for decades because it's truly a great place. The People there and the overall operation exemplies the beauty of America. Good Americans with great values! Toyota cars sell themselves because they are great cars, but Jones Toyota in Bel Air is truly special. I love going there and even just stopping in and seeing everyone I met when I bought my car. They're like instant family at hello. Very genuine caring people who are very knowledgeable about Toyota cars to help you make the best decisions to meet your family needs. I love them. My family and I have been buying Toyotas at Jones since 1995. I just bought our 6th car from Jones yesterday. I always get an amazing deal and great customer service. Everyone is very nice. They feel like my own family. Please go see Tom (manager) and Bob (salesman). They are good, honest, and kind people that will get you a great deal on a great car.

Today, December 1st, around 12:30, my wife and I visited the Toyota dealership with the intention of purchasing one car, possibly two, in Cash. Upon entering the showroom, no one sitting at the front desk near the showroom entrance greeted us. We proceeded to explore about four cars, but no one approached us to ask if we had any questions or extended a simple greeting. Despite approximately 4-5 men and 1 woman employees engaged in conversation on the showroom, not a single person acknowledged our presence. Regrettably, this lack of basic customer service has led us to reconsider, and we'll be heading to another Toyota dealership for both of our car purchases. Improving customer engagement, such as a simple greeting, could enhance the overall experience for future customers.

Our salesperson was very patient and we never felt rushed. The negotiations were fairly quick and direct. However we were told that certain features were available in the car that were not. I should have done more of my own homework though.

Meena was nothing but amazing. He approached me without being overly aggressive and not pushy at all. I told him it would be about a week before I could actually buy a car and he completely understood. He stayed in contact me with me via text/phone over the week without being too much. I made sure to tell him I m a hard person to deal with and he accepted that challenge head on. I ended up test driving 4 cars and he never once seemed irritated or like he was over it . He just kept saying ok, what next? . He was patient and understanding of my needs and wants. I told him I only wanted a Toyota or Subaru and he only showed me them brands. He never tried to sway me one way or another. He made sure he was honest and open which I appreciated greatly. He was able to show me any car from any lot that Jones owns which was great.

Bought several cars over the past 18 years at Jones Junction. 2 Tacomas, 1 Prius, 1 Corolla, 1 Rogue and most recently a 2024 Grand Highlander. Excellent customer service from Kevin Thomas and Nick Moriconi. Great experience and not pushy about additional services or upgrades. Will continue to shop at Jones Junction for future cars and trucks.

In 2013 I purchased a brand new Toyota Prius from Jones Junction and they told me I would get free oil changes for life. The first year I took my car in there for an oil change and everything was fine. The next year I worked far away from Jones, so I had to pay for oil changes at the local Toyota, which saved Jones money. My job was close to Jones again this year so I called Jones for an oil change instead of welcoming me back. They denied it. Told me I didn't buy my car from them. I had to explain it to the store manager and provide them with the VIN. Finally the store manager found my records and gave me a free oil change. When I brought my car in the next day, advisor Kristen manley told me I would have to pay for an oil change. Explain it to her again. Then she changed my oil for free. but not happy She wrote my sister's name on the document, not mine. my sister had nothing to do with the car I don't know why she did it, I think she did it on purpose. My oil filter leaked yesterday because the technician working there didn't handle my car properly.Recently I was talking to a salesman named Nick to exchange for a new car. Because you treat me like that, I will never think about buying a car from you again.btw my name is Gordon tran

Purchase went well and believe we received a fair deal overall. Only disappointment was that their inspection did not pick up that the trailer hitch light connection is not working. Have to return to have it looked at but hopeful they will address as soon as I bring it in.

I ve always had great customer service and have been a loyal customer for years. However, still in shock that I came in to have front brake pads replaced and left spending 400 dollars. Received a call regarding suggested services, then was told about an hour later that my car service was complete and ready for pick up.Apparently that hour was worth 290 dollars for labor.
