I love in Bel Air but my job has me travel all over this state and DE. Well I was in DE when my tire went flat. I called every tire store from here to Oven City, since that's where I was headed. No one had my odd sized tire except this location. Kudos to the manager making sure she has these types of tires in stock. Even though it's not a common size, people drive on them. She made sure to have them for people like me and on top of that, they got me in right away and got 2 tire mounted and ready in an hour. Both ladies at the desk are friendly and have gained a customer for life. Thank you Heather for taken great care of me and my car.

These guys were so honest and kind! Adam and Chris helped me so much when I got a nail in my tire. Adam put my spare tire on right before closing on Christmas Eve, and after the holiday Chris was able to fix my tire, saving me from having to buy 4 new tires for my all wheel drive car! I will be using them from now on!

I was very unhappy with the price that I paid for the front brakes. I have never spent this much for any brake service in my life. I truly believe I was taken advantage of. I more than likely terminated any future services.

I actually just picked up someone that was getting their car worked on. If this is the one in bel air by the mall, it is very hard to park in my opinion. Luckily made decided to take their vehicle in on a Sunday I believe and early in the morning. At that time it was not so bad. As far as I know the work got done

Got an oil change, tire rotation and cabin air filter. Truck was done quickly and girls up front were very nice. Would definitely recommend and will definitely be back.

I had a really great experience here on 2 separate occasions. The first time was several months ago when I had a slow leak in one tire. Even though my tires were on their last leg, they were able to fix it and told me about an upcoming promotion to help me save some money replacing all 4 tires in the near future. The second time was just last week when I finally replaced all tires. The previous tires were also Firestone and lasted over 73k miles, so I happily went with Firestone again and opted for the next level up. They inspected other components to my car as a part of their service and recommended an alignment which I was planning to do anyways. I signed up for their credit card which save me over $100 on that day's bill. I was in and out in about an hour and a half on a Saturday and the customer service was excellent. Not once did I feel pressured into anything. I felt very well taken care of and highly recommend this location!

I had a terrible string of bad luck with tires lately, and the folks at this Firestone have been absolutely wonderful. I've been there four times in the past 6 weeks and they've been friendly and helpful each time.

This Firestone is always great. They re fast and friendly, plus they don t go overboard and try and charge you for extra nonsense. I ve never had a bad experience here and I ve been going since 2020. All the staff is great but Adam helped me and was awesome.

Firestone is an Auto Mechanic staple to the Bel Air community. Nick along with the entire team are awesome. The customer service provided to every customer is absolutely commendable. The most fair auto repair services rendered that I have ever experienced in life. Good things come to those who wait patiently. Pretty sure I will not be going elsewhere for auto related services in the near future.

This was my second time here. Oil change and tire rotation plus brake inspection. Front brake was squeaking. MANY other establishments would have tried to pressure me into new brakes. Firestone said you have plenty of wear left. They did what was necessary, and the total cost was $102.HONESTY, INTEGRITY, PROFESSIONALISM, PROFICIENCY!This is how you get a customer for life!

I've been to Bel Air's Firestone few times. Service is great and prices are very reasonable. Had bunch of stuff done on my last visit and the cost was a lot lower than I expected. Unlike other tire stores in the area, Firestore doesn't hassle me unnecessary services. They do the job I asked and that's it. Overall a great place and honest folk.Service: Oil change

Great experience with this firestone center. I called with the dreaded flat tire right before a family trip, on Saturday of Memorial Day weekend.Adam answered the phone, helped me navigate through my options. Sadly it was a sidewall puncture. They got me in right away and had two tires on, literally out the door very quickly. No pressure for upcharges or services. Everything spelled out clearly. They even reinstalled the spare. I ve been using this Firestone location for almost 20 years and I ve always received excellent service.I tend to be critical of customer service, probably bc I ve always taken pride in the service I provide in the business world. I judge companies not only by the service they provide and a willingness to go the extra mile, but also by how they handle issues when they come up. All companies have them and that s the true test of who they are.I get all my tires here for the whole family, and just had a minor issue today. I called and spoke to Nick, who had helped me in the past. Without going into a long detailed explanation, Nick immediately took responsibility, acknowledged the issue, explained the steps that had already been taken to avoid it in the future and rectified it at the company s expense.I could not possible ask for better service than the service I ve received from this location on Baltimore Pike.Thanks to Nick and everyone else there. I will never go anywhere else.

It s been a few years since I have used Firestone, and have been going to NTB. I had a very poor experience with another nearby location. They ordered my tires, and set an appointment. I went for the appointment, no tires. I went back a few hours later, still no tires. Finally at the end of the day, before our trip, the tire arrived for installation . They slapped em on, and said they didn t have time to do the alignment check, and sent me down the road. Car vibrated pretty bad from the balance job on them. I returned to the store, to have them rebalance them, and the couldn t fit it in due to their schedule. I decided to go to the bel air location, and spoke to Nick the manager. He squeezed my in to rebalance the tires. They did a great job on them, but the tires we chose were just too noisy for our taste on this particular car. I went back a few weeks later to swap them for a different set. Again, Nick the manager addressed our concerns, ordered the next set I chose, and installed them, no questions asked. The mechanic did a flawless job on the balance and alignment. So good my wife actually noticed and called me on their way to work to compliment how great her car rode, and howquiet it was.she usually doesn t notice these kinds of things. I just want to say, Nick, you completely changed my view on Firestone after our initial experience. Your customer service is a rarity these days, and we very much appreciate all aspects of you making a customer happy. This location is great, from the manager to the mechanics. 5 stars for sure. Thank you.

I have never had a problem with this place. I get people are short-handed. I dropped my truck off for an oilchange at 1 and told Nick I did not need it until around 4. I called at 4:30 and Nick said they were busy and they are "getting it done now". I am here in the lobby waiting for my vehicle and they are working on it at 6:30. Why am I waiting for a vehicle I dropped off at 1pm for a 30 minute oil change at 6:30pm? I'm a chill person and don't do bad reviews until it's needed.

I had both of my cars in for service the past two weeks, after moving back from Delaware. I could not be more pleased with the friendly service, professionalism and what a great job they did; also at a great price.Nick answered all of my questions. GREAT PLACE FOR YOUR CARS!!

The staff are second to none. They went over and above to ensure the work was completed when I went in late one day. I was in town visiting and was leaving the next morning. I decided to just stop in to see if they had time to do an oil change, tire rotation, and alignment check. I wasn t expecting them to be able to accommodate me, but I decided to ask anyway. I was aware that there would be limited personnel since it was so late. The manager explained that he and the other staff would go out and ensure the job was done. They completed everything I requested and I was out of there in good time. Thank you!

STAY AWAY !!!!I came in with a popped tire ...they (Dylan ) and (Nick ) the manager sat at the front desk laughing and speaking about customer service with a zoom call on mute !!! I had an apt and was placed in the waiting room for over 2 hoursNot only did I tell the manager to put the two new tires on the front and not the back I also told Dylan to put the two new tires on the front and not the back! Two hours go by they bring my car around and try to upsell me on an alignment! After telling me that the alignment is not going to do anything they continue to try to upsell me! In the background there was a bunch of cackling and laughing about customer service! Again two hours I have to listen to how customer service is a joke to fire stone! Not only was my customer service a joke to fire stone but they are fully aware that customer service is a joke to fire stone as the employees!DYLAN .. tells me after I explain to him that I wanted the two new tires on the front and not the back that the manager messed up when he wrote the ticket. So the tech did exactly what the ticket said. After two hours of waiting and now me having to go to work I can t wait any longer! He gives me my ticket and says have a great day lady! Are you serious? I just spent over $300 on two new tires for them to take me as a complete and total joke!! My time and money means nothing to fire stone being as though it is a corporate company? I don t know but what I do know is I will never return to fire stoneNot only is it my birthday not only did I pop a tire the night before my birthday these men treated me like a total piece of gum on the bottom of a shoe! They laughed at me wow they saw I was in need

Great deal on the tires the front end wasn't done right tire pressure wasn't right went back up the alignment redone took the day off of work and they told me the front end machine was broken I could go to another location at 4:00 in the afternoon to get fixed

This complaint isn't directed towards customer service I would rate that a 5. This is geared towards the work completed. Around 16 May I have an oil change, tire rotation, alignment performed. They took extra care not to damage the rims as I recently had something done. I work from home so my car is not driven has it used to be. Over the course of a week I noticed a sound coming from the right side of the car. I figured it was the CV joint since it sounded the same. Well today I went to get in my other car and noticed I was missing 1 lug nut and 1 was a half turn away from falling off the front right tire as well as the 3 remaining were all lose. I then noticed a lug nut missing off the back tire and the remaining 4 starting to loosen up. On the left side i had to retighten all 10 lugs. No one has removed the tires since so this leads me to believe that the tech did not torq the lugs down to the recommend specification once the tires were rotated.

Mr. Nick is a phenomenal employee who saved us in a time of crisis..4pm on Sunday 10/11/2020 and my family and I were in the process of putting our dog down at the animal hospital a few doors down. I went to the car to grab my wallet and noticed that my rear tire could blow out at any moment as the threading was visible through the tire tread. My wife called and explained our situation and Mr. Nick said "bring it over and we will take it from here" he got the tire on and had the car waiting and ready for us when we left the animal hospital after laying our dog to rest. Thank you for your kind words during our difficult time, thank you for the tire. I hope your company greatly appreciates the work you do because clearly connecting with the customer and helping them is something you take seriously. Thank you again.
