Love Jones Subaru. They take good care of you and your vehicle. I tried Jones Kia for years. In the beginning they were ok. But the mechanics are the worst.

My husband had been searching for a long time for a Subaru dealer that had his dream car. We went to Jones Bel Air Subaru based on the high reviews and we were not disappointed! Everyone was so friendly and honest and we felt very comfortable. Even though we arrived at around 6:45pm (they close at 8pm), Jacob was very accommodating and understanding. He went above and beyond for us. Then we met Bob who practically treated us like family. Overall we couldn t be more happy than to have done business with such great people. Thank you so much!

I ordered a car here and when it was ready today I went and got it. Entire process was totally painless and everyone at the dealership was very friendly. I would definitely buy here again.

Went to a few dealers looking for a car, this one didn't feel like they were pushing you to make a purchase, they just gave you the facts and showed you the car. Very low pressure and a nice selection of cars.

Just bought my first Subaru there. Quick, easy transaction. Had the appraisal done on my trade by the time I was done with my test drive. Only there a total of 2 hours. Everyone was friendly and easy to deal with

The salesman was very nice and professional. No complaints with the service received for our test drive. We test drove a new car with an MSRP on the window of $33k. Low rating because the stealership is instantly adding $3k to all vehicles for sale on top of all tax, tag, title and processing fees that is non negotiable. Jones won't be seeing my hard earned money. This is just bad business.

They took us in early and within an hour we were on our way. Fixed 2 recalls, rotated tires, and made sure everything was working properly. Great service.

This dealer scratched my wheels around the lugs during a routine tire rotation.Edit: Bel Air Subaru has contacted me and offered to repair my wheels. This review has been edited (and will continue to be edited) as a resolution is reached.

Got me in and out without an appointment. Fixed my tire, and did not charge me. Really appreciated the service I received. Then washed my car, after the tire was repaired.

On the final stretch of a long drive from NH to DC for a basketball tournament, we hit construction with new asphalt which cause a big bump in the highway. Our car seemed ok after driving over it but a little shaky. We got to MD, where the car stayed parked for 5 days. On the way home we noticed it felt more unstable and thought we bend a tire rod. 90 minutes in , we hit traffic and the card was shaking so bad at low speed that we immediately got off, and started the search for a Subaru dealership! Bel Air was right in our path, we called, they immediately responded with come right in, and we will f grr et you back on the road!! The nicest group of people from that first call until we drove off with a fully functional car! Turns out that bump caused a intertidal bubble in our tire! Thank you Bel Air for helping us and treating us so well! Fournier Family appreciates you and tour staff!!
