Zach and his team make what can be an extremely inconvenient and upsetting time a pleasant experience. APS was more than thorough and accommodating. Everything was well taken care of and our car looks brand new. We especially appreciated the calls we received to let us know where things were. It is clear that Zach puts customer service above all; he truly took time to make sure we understood all that was going into our repairs and to ensure we were completely satisfied. I can say with confidence that if we should find ourselves in need of repairs in the future, we will go with APS. I d recommend them to anyone. Thank you Zach and all of the employees of APS!

I had an accident which was very upsetting. When APS was recommended, I was encouraged. Without an appointment, I was greeted by Zach. He was kind and made me feel better. He assured me that he would make my car look as good as new.When I picked up my car, I found my car as good as he said. However, my car looked even greater than that.There was a Time crunch, my car was delivered in 2 days!I give Zach and his team the highest rating, not only for the amazing work they did, but for the kindness shared with me!

Excellent service. I delayed getting my car fixed because I didn t want to deal with the hassle however Zach made the process with my insurance company seamless. Rick did an excellent job repairing my car, looks better then the day I bought it. Nothing but great things to say about these guys. Would definitely recommend them and use them again.

Was the only shop willing to start my car in beginning of December versus January. My car came out like new and the communication throughout was excellent. Zach really went above and beyond, with labor and customer service. Highly, highly recommended!!!!

We brought our SUV to APS recently to repair the bumper and fog lights that were damaged in an accident. The process was seamless and the finished product was perfect. Couldn t be more satisfied with the work Zach and his team did replacing my SUV door after an accident. Open and fast communication, even contacted the rental car company on my behalf - to have them pick up my rental at his shop. Great shop. A+

My regular mechanic (G&M Auto) recommended APS after I hit a deer. Zach was great to work with seeing this was my first time having to submit a claim through my insurance. They were able to get my vehicle fixed sooner than I expected and were upfront with all costs and repairs. Highly recommend APS to anyone needing work to their vehicle. Thanks, Zach!

Zach who manages the collision center could not be more professional; he walked me through the repair process at the beginning and shared potential anticipated delays, checked in with me throughout the repair process several times throughout the work, and delivered as he promised he and his team would. What I liked most about APS was the fact I was able to get updated constantly and Zack was entirely professional and amazing to work with. I previously had my vehicle at Jones and with 1 phone call Zack had it removed and brought to his shop once I found out Jones wouldn't even be able to touch my car for 6 weeks due to the fact they have 600 cars waiting to be fixed which is insane in itself. Zach got everything done in a few weeks even with having tons of buisness and alot of people to get to ahead of me. After everything is said and done I recommend going here over Jones for your automotive and body needs over Jones any day of the week.

Very professional team at APS Collision. Got the job done quickly and looks great. I have an older vehicle that needed some paint work. They were able to match and blend the paint to where I couldn t see any variation in it. Would definitely recommend!

This was the best place. Zack was such a pleasure to work with. He was kind, extremely helpful full of knowledge polite and most of all efficient in all areas. The work performed came out wonderful and looks like an Amazon truck never hit me. I will and have already talked to people about this business. I will highly recommend to all. They did a great job! I got my car back in a about a week! Completed the replacement of the front bumper and driver side fender, along with the driver side mirror. The paint job looks absolutely like new and blends right in with the original 2012 paint job!! Will definitely be taking my car back here whenever I need to for repairs or anything in that sense.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I took my car in for a damage passenger door. I drove around before picking this specific shop trying to find the best care, reasonable price, and responsible time for repairs. I drove up at aps, and Zach took one look at it and told me how much and how long it would take. He was spot on! I dropped my car off on a Monday and got it back by Friday. This is with some serious work! I am so grateful for aps! I drive a 2022 Toyota Highlander and they made it look as good as new! Service: Body & Trim

Someone recommended that place to me but it was my worst decision because the work was very poorly done and I had to take it to another place to be able to finish what they did not do. The bumper was poorly placed. Many unfinished details. I do not recommend that place to anyone.

APS fixed my dented fender so well that no one will ever know. Zach in the office went out of his way to keep a happy customer. I mentioned that I had difficulty reaching the tailgate to close it. Zack an his team at APS did a wonderful job repairing the bumper on my 19 WRX the paint match was perfect and he went out of his way to keep me updated throughout the process sending pictures along the way and even handled most of the insurance work himself making the whole process very easy, Zack takes pride in the work that is done in his shop and it show s definitely will recommend him and will return myself couldn t be happier

The guys took care of my vehicle and did a great job for a great price to repaint the top of my 2010 Honda Odyssey within a couple of days of me asking for a quote. The clear coat failed on the roof and there was some surface rust on the roof and hood, which seemingly Honda is notorious for having, and the guys at APS removed the surface rust on both sections and repainted the areas. You cannot tell that it was repainted. The color matches perfectly!Service: Painting
