Nice and friendly but after asking to replace all lights out, the fog lights were never addressed and the headlight that was replaced somehow FELL OUT 2/3 days later I noticed it was out and when I checked out there was NO LIGHTBULB. So, idk as a single female I was looking for a place I could take the car and trust, I do not feel I would go back. Update: And then my boyfriend saw the tool that was left in the crack between the hatch and the back.. See picture below.

I ve had oil changes and a couple other things done 4-5 times here and have had a great experience every time! I ve had both male and female technicians all who were friendly, knowledgeable, and kind to me - a younger woman with very little knowledge about cars or really anything even about my own vehicle. They work quick, are open convenient hours for working people, and email coupons semi-often which makes the price worth it too! Would recommend coming here to anyone

You guys, skip jiffy lube! This is the place to get your oil changed. It s like a drive thru oil change, I LOVE DRIVE THRU EVERYTHING! It makes things so easy and convenient. The guys were SUPER professional and polite and incredibly thorough. They even showed me the dip stick to show the oil quantity and quality. I actually know a lot about cars and a lot of mechanics try to swindle females but these guys were straightforward and explained that these are manufacturer recommendations. They say it takes 15 minutes and it s honestly really close. They are really fast which is honestly so great! You go to another place and they take a freaking hour to do a simple job. I m honestly a raving fan. I will always get my oil done here.Service: Oil change

I was told that my car that had 110,000 miles would need their coupon and I told them I put my own additives on it. They put a note on my receipt a disclaimer that I went against my manufactures recommend oil. Lie; the owners manual calls for 5w20 which I requested. I called their central office and told them about their recommendations where going to hurt my tail value( I keep receipts showing recommended oil changes,to keep my resale value appropriate.) Was told by central office would change my receipt and I would receive an email with 50% next visit. Another lie. I received no such email! I will not be using their services again!!!

They changed the Oil on my Chevy Camaro and drive home and parking for like three hours all the oil was spilled I called them and their transferred me with five different people and told me that can not doing anything

I ve gotten my oil changed twice here in the a year and honestly it s the best experience I ve had with car service in Baltimore. You don t even get out of the car, they do everything right in front of you. It s a drive up, they actually helped me with my lights and I ended up having a bigger issue. I wouldn t have known if they didn t check it and gave me the recommendation to do some more digging. Great experience and I look forward to the next time I go in!

I had a great experience on 6/29. Isaiah went above and beyond to deliver excellent customer service. I had some car trouble questions unrelated to my oil change and he was able to give me some comprehensive recommendations. I really appreciated the thoroughness. Valvoline has a loyal customer in me.

Went for an oil change, and discovered they cracked my oil filter and potentially my housing base. The team is very friendly so I hate to give this low of a review, but I want to advise others to NOT go to any Valvoline for any reason or you could face hundreds of dollars in repairs.I have gone a few times without issue, so maybe this is a one off experience! Just be cautious!

I will come back and update when my issue is fully resolved. First the team at the Canton location is nice BUT the issue with my spill plate not being placed back properly, I come back for the other side to fall and have to come back again, whew... too much when it should have been placed back correctly the first time... I was HOT having to go back from VA a third time but the manager Raymond came over understanding my upset, didn't make excuses but offered to order a new one for me. There's a young lady with locs there who deserves a raise because her customer service and knowledge is A1! She gave me options to not have to make the trip back to Baltimore to correct it and quickly got the manager to understand why I was pissed. I have to go 2 weeks without my spill plate but it will be sent to a convenient location for me in VA and will hopefully be put up correct when it gets in. Overall, fast and great service. Better than jiffy lube.

He explained everything that was happening step by step, suggested additional services but I didn't feel pressured into spending more money than I was willing to spend. Managed by a bright young woman, this is a great spot for all kinds of car issues. Three different households in our family use them for oil changes, battery replacement and just today they were able to ID and fix a flapping noise when I hit 60 mph. And as it was a quick fix, they charged me zero dollars! We love this station and highly recommend you give them a try.

Avoid this place- they did not complete the oil change. They left my skid plate dangling.How can I trust they even changed the oil if they did not finish the job. Poor execution. They made me go back and wait in line to finish the job which I paid for.I have zero confidence that this place actually is even changing the oil on the cars.Avoid at all possible

As a young-looking female I ve had a number of negative experiences when dealing with car issues/maintenance and am always nervous when going to a car related business. The staff here are great! Highly recommend this service station. Not only do they tend to your car needs, but they are also meticulous over any issues that the car may have. Explaining each process and why. Super quick and convenient. The person in charge of the invoice was helpful in getting me coupons for the services while I was there.

I usually like going here but tried going today and was waiting in my car to get seen next but as I was waiting, 3 more cars pulled in after me. One of them tried going in front of me to skip the line when a female employee came out and took them next , I waved saying, hey what? And she was like oh who s next and I raise my hand saying I was next and she said oh okay, moved the other cars to other stall then still took the other person ahead of me.. so I decided to leave, when she shouted sorry ma am. We re busy. I said that s not why I m leaving.. I m leaving because even after me telling you I was next you still took someone else.. and she was like oh , well have a good day, ma am. Very rude and don t care attitude was very frustrating, won t be back to this one again unfortunately. Wish they paid better attention and had friendlier customer service

They damaged my oil pan and all the oil leaked out of my car, twice. A $100 oil change has cost me $1500 to repair.

I loved this experience. It was so easy to drive in and drive out. The employees were absolutely precious. Every single person i spoke to from the initial phonecall down to the lady that directed me to pull in , the guy that talked me through the process and the man who did the oil change. All so pleasant, helpful and great people. I paid 120 for a full synthetic oil change using a coupon from the lady i called on the phone. Def coming back here every time. This was my first ever google review but it was necessary!Service: Oil change

They do a good job there with servicing your car . The staff is very helpful and nice and they get you in and out in a timely manner. The communicate with you about what ever it is going on with your car . They have a lot of young women who work there.... Nice

Dropped in today for routine maintenance. I was really impressed with the professionalism and courtesy of the team here. Hylah helped me with my car and did a wonderful job. Shout-out to the team and Hylah in particular! I'll be back for my next oil change!

DO NOT GO HERE!Worst experience I ve ever had for an oil change/repair. The people working there clearly had no idea what they were doing. They said I needed my air filter replaced which seemed routine, however when they went through my glove compartment to access it, they completely broke the hinges on it and claimed it wasn t their fault! I now have to spend $300+ on a new one, and I have no recourse. After the oil change was complete, the worker didn t know at all how to turn off the change oil light in my car. I had to find the user manual in my car while I was there and figure it out myself. They also overcharged for this service significantly, and the man who broke my glove compartment was very rude from start to finish. I ll never be going here again, and I recommend you all do the same.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Oil change

I typically take my car to the dealership for oil change. However I was amazed with the concept and with the service so then I convinced my friend to take his car to Valvoline. We went there and did transmission flush and also synthetic oil change. Then I went with him again to do his next oil change and BAM! They were banging like crazy underneath the car and then proceed to tell us that the oil filter was stuck and we needed to take it to a mechanic? really? Well... who was the last team who touched that filter? It was them!We went to my mechanic and $800 later the mechanic literally told me: "This is a side effect of people who have a novice and people who have no experience changing oil"I am not taking my car there anymore and/or referring anybody!Services: Transmission, Oil change

Great battery replacement done by Hylah. She was patient and extremely professional.Had my oil changed there a few weeks back, was told my battery was critically low and cold weather could fully drain it. I assumed they were trying to get the sale but I should ve listened lol battery died Xmas morning. Great team at this location, highly recommend.Service: Battery
