Don t go there they will take all you money .I had done DOT for $275+TAX and plus 5%fees total I paid just for DOT $306 the MD inspection rate is $89So plz don t go there they will rip your moneyFirst they told me they will do State inspection then I went to get it done I didn t paid attention that s my fault and they did DOT inspection Anual without seeing my TAGSo plz beware don t go there I beg u guys .

My truck broke down on I-83, gave these guys a call ! They went above and beyond my expectations in terms of service !! They provide excellent tow service along with fast RADIATORS replacement service as well !! They ordered and got required parts on the same day, which helped me in getting on the road within hours !! I WOULD recommend them, for any truck repairs ! Thank you guys for your services !!

Owners Response: I didn't get their name right.My Response: Well, I never got their name because they never introduced themselves. I got their business card. As for the other items, whoever reads this can make their own mind up. I agreed to $135 to check it over and tell me what was wrong and the cost to repair, that is it. This isn't complicated and I suppose stealing money from people isn't either.DO NOT TAKE YOUR EQUIPMENT HERE, EVER FOR ANY REASON. These people are crooked. I took my trailer over here for a look-over based on a recommendation from a friend of one of my subcontractors. I blindly trusted it, but my gut feeling was bad as soon as I walked in the office. The woman in the office is really not nice, Avtar Barring is her name, I think. She told me it was $135 to look it over. I agreed and signed a blank disclosure, told her what was wrong with the trailer, and left. Later I come to find out that it was $135 "per hour" and she was claiming that it was 2 hours between diagnosis and check-over. She called me 5x on Saturday morning to try and get me (I suppose) to allow them a 3rd hour of labor to remove the hub and figure out what kind of brake drums are on my trailer, even though I only ever thought it was a flat $135 charge. I told them no because I still had no estimate at this point, and the conversation went south QUICK. She completed everything in the center of the ticket AFTER I signed it so of course there's no way to prove my claims.They basically held my trailer hostage at this point, so I dropped everything and went to go get it. Not only did she double the charge, but then added 5% CC processing fee (not illegal but certainly rude) and illegally charged sales tax on labor (and refused not to do so) on my Credit Card. I tried to explain to her that labor is non-taxable in Maryland, but I could see she would just keep raising the price and I'd never get my trailer back. She was discussing in her native language with others in the office that she was afraid I'd dispute the charges on my CC (I will be doing so) and almost refused to take it. I have never encountered someone so nasty in my life.At the end of this, I paid $300.51 and never even got a propper estimate of the cost to repair the trailer. We will see what the BBB and Maryland Attorney General have to say about this, but in the meantime, do yourself a favor, DO NOT GO HERE.

I went into for a simple service for my 28ft box truck. They ran a diagnostic and not only did they find the fault, they also did so with unparalleled speed and accuracy. Great service, my driver broke down on I95 and called them, they fix my truck in no time & very reasonable price. I called a lot of other shops as well, and they kept telling me to wait 6-7 hours.You must call them if you need quality service!

Give these guys a call if you are in the Baltimore area , they responded super quick and even worked with me on the cost to stack a trailer since the call out was in between regular and after hours. They charge too much. Try to charge me $650 for 4 hangers for trailer door. Also l had nail in my tire and they charge me $85 to fix it. But they didn t do it properly, they didn t take tire of and put patch, they just did one plug. I ask couple times is that will be good enough and they convinced me that one plug is enough. After 100 miles of driving empty trailer my tire was flat and plug was all outside or tire. I went to other tire service and they did it as it suppose to be done and charge me only $57.

RUN, RUN, RUN... DO NOT USE THIS PLACE.We called this company to give a price for a glad hand replacement on an Intermodal chassis because our preferred vendor was not able to assist. We were quoted $175/hr with a 2 hour min. as well as $2.50/mile. We have this service performed daily by multiple vendors and typically this is a fairly cheap repair($150-$300), but this place charged us $1221.11 for this service. Also they charged us 4 hours and we were notified that the repairs including dispatch time was completed in 1 hour 20 minutes. When I called them out on the amount of time, they stated they would reduce to $1000, but no more than that or legal action would be taken against us...

The place provided estimates and were clear and concise with the overall repair. I was surprised by the comments written because half of the comments are lying. To be honest, you should choose this place. They charged me six and a half hours over $1100 to install my fan clutch. My driver noticed him not doing very much work many times walking away from the truck and doing other things. My mechanic in North Carolina says he puts them on in less than 3 hours on the side of the road. What do you do when you're away from home? They're going to get you somehow or another it always seems like.

Don't use this people, they will over charge you, just as they over charged me for towing my truck, after we agreed on price and they took my credit card and charged more what we agreed over the phone. If you use them for anything you will end up regretting.

not sure how good of a job they do but for sure make sure you get the price before they do the job. paid 750 to replace 4 hinges on trailer door. usually we pay 300 to 500.Looks like this place is looking for customers to screw and rip off who come for the first time knowing they are not coming back. ill update on the quality of the job. and the driver never said ok. and it wasnt even the driver who was supposed to give ok. i'm the one who did set up this service and they never called me asking if this is ok.Service: Body & Trim

We called Truck and Trailer repair center to change tire on the trailer.They quoted us $175 per hour, 2h minimum for a road call, and on top of that they charged $85 do mount the tire. Considering that they charge for millage as well, I was under the impression that tire mound would be included in those 2h, but I guess I was wrong.We also payed $300 for used trailer tire.I believe that better deals can be found in the Baltimore area, but that's just me.Service: Tires

Run run run they are doing inappropriate work last week i came here for Dpf filter cleaning then they put doser nox in and out sensors etc and charged me aprox 4500$ and after drive 250 miles problem is still same so when i called them they told me you can do whatever I definitely file a complaine for sue for wasted our days and money

Absolutely incompetent people ... send my driver there for turbo change and they didn't put back the EGR clamps after installing the new turbo that i ship to them , on the top of that they didn't give back the old turbo to my driver and now I have to spend more money to ship it back for the core .... places like this should be out of business as soon as possible... scammers!!!

Came in to get air hose fixed on trailer and trailer door reattached. They said truck and trailer need all new brakes. Truck was inspected a week before just rolled out on the road all brand new brakes on it. They tried to scam us out because they saw that driver is not the brightest - never coming back here again. Inspected at a TA, they said all brakes are good.

Don't use them please, the overcharge first of all, very rude and unprofessional, lady who works at the front desk barely understood english and they give you wrong information when you reserve a repair and then when it is time for payment it is a whole other story, the only good thing we can say about them is that they let our driver stay the night on their lot

Worst repair shop I ve ever been to. They charged 22 labor hours to replace my clutch. I told them Freightliner said it only should be 11.3 hours and that s when they started talking with the thick accent and trying to over talk me. They tried to over charge me for the clutch so I had my driver to pick them up from Freightliner. They said I needed a transmission so I bought my own because I wanted to cut down my downtime. It still took them 3 and half days to JUST to the transmission back in along with the clutch. Took them a full day to remove the transmission. I even sent Tom a copy of an old invoice that I had a transmission replaced in the sametruck and it took that shop 10 hours. I will be taking these crooks to court tied of these crooks. Funny how TA only responded to good reviews but not one apology for the lack of good service. I ve have been waiting for over 32 hours to have a tire replaced and my trailer breaks fixed. They call me 14 hours in to my wait to tell me there are four people in front of me. Then called in to middle of the night saying won t be till the next afternoon. The next morning which was 7 hours ago I go in to see how much longer. I m now at the bottom of the list with 9 or more people ahead of me!! How does any of this make since. Place is full of people who don t care about anything but a pay check

Best service with quality care. I took my trailer for service and had to clear some drainage. The mechanic was very caring and knowledgeable about the issue I was having with my truck. They fixed the drainage problem and have me good tips for the future so I don't run into the same issue again. I will highly recommend this place and would definitely be there for the next service.
