Very bad and unpolite front desk at the service...I walked in she stays on her sell phone and after 5 min with a very lazy tone she asks how can I help you? I said I am here for oil change and she answer with agresive way ...you have to come back at 4 pm...I asked why is 10 am...and she says because we are closed.

When you enter through the drivers entrance, it smells like the tank of a port-a-jon hasn t been cleaned in over a year. The staff are not very friendly. You can clearly tell that they don t want to be here. It is very evident that this Travel center of America (TA) needs to be rejuvenated with new staff and a complete facelift . The whole building stinks.

The younger African American cashier and African Amercian security guard in tbe early morning hours were so so kind, polite and helpful .. Especially the security guard very very good customer service skills displayed by all here

Scammers TA technicals waste off timeThey are lying.. the truck headlight problem the waste my 24 hrs do nothing and without fixed problems charge me for headlight and labor charges unprofessional rude they don t know how to deal with customer

Thus was my first visit to thus TA. All I can say is their staff is Amazing, Especially, Nicole! Thank yall for being just good folks!

Service was good in the store and employees were friendly and helpful. Showers are open to anyone. Its $18 per shower. Great place for truckers or travelers to rest, take a shower, catch a nap. You can park and sleep in your car or rent a room.

I was hesitant about parking here. I m real particular where I park my truck. Most of the parking spots are slanted, which makes backing into a spot easier. The parking attendant does a great job of keeping everyone in check. The store needs an update, and especially the showers.

Close your truck service centers all over United States....horrible mechanics, lazy people who don't want to work, self entitled workers at every Travel Center I have been in all around the United States...Good God they act like they are something...we pay yall money to fix an issue to fix the truck not for yall to sit around and hang out around...and waste our TIME...no regards towards another human being ....what kind of people yall hire.........US truckers bring you guys business and we Move AMERICA

My son is attracted trailer driver and I dropped some off all the time there and it's always friendly where you eating there is nice you can buy things you can stay there I mean what can I say it's a wonderful truck stop and definitely get some gas there

TA truck stop has everything a trucker needs; hotel, food, showers, truck.service, a store, tire service, gas station, weigh station, etc. The people who work there are very friendly and courteous. I would recommend to any Trucker, get your gas, while you get something to eat. book a room and get a shower, while your truck gets.weighed in.

always a mess the cashier made himself a boss there is no kindness to the client they communicate as if someone owes him if he doesn t like working let him sit at home there is no ethics aesthetics always dirty the last time 3 years ago was there not long ago a week ago there was no change so far a mess filthy

Drivers. If you have a choice, Do Not get service done at this shop. I was pulled into a bay at 12:30, the tech pretended to be busy in the tire rack until about 14:30, then he did a tire job on the truck next to me in about 30 min.Then BS'd around until his shift ended. The next shift, finally came and looked at the trailer, sent in the work order for a tire and rim. ... And now This tech is back in the tire rack for the last hour. Its now 17:55. Been in the bay for 5.5 hours.*update. 21:30. They FINALLY finished the tire. And I'm parked. Guess I wont be leaving at 01:00...This location is on my black list. I won't be coming back.

Worst service station for repairing your truck they don t have no body to get your truck fixed not even a small break adjustment and service man on the call was very rude kept me waiting for two days and telling me that they can t still fix my truck also on this much time theirs still gonna be two trucks ahead of me before they even look if then can fix my truck which they just told me after two days that they can t fix it absolutely horrible service and waiste of time drivers be aware of this specific TA .

This place is really waist of time, drivers please if you have second option do not get service done at this shop, I was pulled in Monday night for 2 of my wheel seal hubs replaced it took my 4 days to get it finished. And when next shift changes they don't know what is going on because they don't report each other on the time of shift change, you have to wait till next morning for the technician who was working on your truck to get it finished, and one other issue everyone is rude in the office when try to explain something they don't listen.

DOT needs a more efficient way of handling the inventory of trailers that are sitting on their lot. However the staff was helpful and pleasant considering what information they are given

Worst service ever. They have items on sell and the cashier (gentlemen) did not honor and it was right on his face the items. He told me that he already ran my card and could not done anything. Did not even offer a refund. Terrible service.

Absolutely one of the worst truck stops around,when James is around,he keeps the parking in order. When he's not there,parking goes to hell. They allow drivers to park any kind of way,making it inconvenient for every one else. James is the only one who cares.

All you can use is fuel service and the scales. Service is terrible they turn you away they never have a technician there to work on your trucks or to do simple inspections

Facility is nice shower attendant is horrible. One star for him 5 for everything else. Read review from ta facility to see how many hairs were on the floor when i went to shower

Charge $22.00 for parking after all the free spaces are full, worst truck I've been to in a really long time .. just another way of taking advantage of drivers. Restaurant is closed as well so no real food to eat .. drives beware !!!

25 dollar to park no restaurant food at the fuel Island sucks all employees are very nice restrooms were clean if you buy any food check expiration date mine was 4 days out of date

Terrible place to get service! Never come here!!!You gonna waste your time and money!!!They don t know how to serve their customer. I wish I could give to this place 0 star!!! Is there manager here or whoever needs to take care their business.

All I can say I wish I had listened to the previous reviews. Unskilled techs, the manager is an uneducated rude guy with no management skills. I witnessed techs yelling at customer right in front of the manager. The worst track service ever i was waiting 6 hours for one trailer tire change and oil change there is bad customer service the lady in the cashier she don't have respect at all i gave them -0 rate! i wan't back to this place ever
