Just picked up my bike for warranty repairs from Speed's and could not be happier. Speed (owner) and Joe (Head Salesman) were both there and besides the fact that the techs did a very professional job repairing my bike, they were both extremely friendly and courteous. They both were obviously very busy at the time but took time out to quickly answer my questions (Joe) and get my bike ready and to me (Speed). I have heard marginal reviews about this place but I have never had ANY problem whatsoever and if anyone has had a problem in the past, I believe they may have fixed any issues that may have led to a less than glowing review. I'm probably getting another new bike in the spring and I looked at Aprilla, MV Augusta, BMW and KTM sportbikes but am going to get a Ducati Panagale simply because of the way I have been treated at Speeds. A minor sidenote is that both Speed and Joe are looking much more professional nowadays but this certainly isn't a fashion or haircut review so I'll leave it at that. Great guys!!!

I have purchased a few Ducati's from Speed's over the years including my last one a Hypermotard Evo Sp. My experience with the dealer was fast and easy and Joe had me on the bike in less than an hour. The ability to be able to test ride a bike prior to buying is awesome and is something you can't do at one of the dealers that sell the big 4 Japanese brands. If you are looking for cool Italian bikes in the Baltimore area look no further than Speed's!

Speed (owner) is awesome. Staff is friendly and polite; a bit on the laid back side but they all know their stuff. Prices are competitive. I live 3 miles away from Coleman Power sports and rather go with these guys because their pricing is so much more reasonable.

I've been taking my Moto Guzzi to Speed's since I picked it up in late 2009. The shop does quality service quickly, and contacts me right away if there is an issue. During my most recent service, Speed let me take home one of the demonstrator bikes, which made the visit much easier. If you've got a Guzzi, this is the place to go!

If I could give Speed's Cycle 0 stars then I would. I purchased a used motorcycle, Ducati Streetfighter 848 with 5040 miles, from Speed on July 11th, 2014. When I purchased the motorcycle I was told many times that the motorcycle was in perfect condition and that no work had been performed on the bike besides routine maintenance. Less than a month later, on Aug 3, 2014, my motorcycle breaks down. I took the motorcycle to my local dealer and they tell me that the coolant had leaked into the engine and that I would need a new engine for my motorcycle. At this point there are only 6000 miles on the bike. Ducati didn't want to cover the bike under warranty because although the bike had broken down under warranty, I didn't get it into the shop until after the warranty had expired. Well I call Speed then to see if he will be willing to do anything to fix the problem. At first he claimed that the motorcycle had a 30 day warranty. He then claimed that the warranty only applied to motorcycles that had been worked on by his dealership and that he had never in fact changed the oil on the motorcycle that I had purchased. I also find out that this same motorcycle had been repaired at 3000 miles for the exact same problem that I am having with it. This leads me to conclude that Speed fraudulently mislead me to purchase the motorcycle as I would not have done so knowing that it came with a manufactures defect. Speed is now claiming that it isn't his problem at all and that he did not need to disclose that information when he sold me the bike. I would avoid this dealership at all costs as you will constantly be lied to and not provided support with the expensive motorcycle that you just purchased.

Went in for a state inspection. Was out within 15-30 minutes. Great guys working there. Definitely recommend!
