This is a shout out to Scientific Plant Service. I planted an out tree that I just love. One day I discovered that it was in really bad shape. It was covered with the caterpillars of the Oak moth. I contacted Scientific Plant Service and they came right out and got ride of them. Plus they fertilize my tree every spring. It looks so vibrant and healthy now.It s at least 25 feet tall and has begun to produce acorns. Thank you so much Scientific Plant Service!

Scientific Plant Service provided excellent lawn treatment at my property. I spoke with the technician about my lawn and he was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain how the grass and the lawn treatment work together. He was courteous and friendly and made sure the paved areas were swept clean after the treatment. I highly recommend Scientific Plant Service for lawn treatment.

My lovely dogwood was looking sad, not her usual bright self. Scientific Plant came to my garden and diagnosed the problem. My tree was treated to three doses and is once again her shining self!

Kevin from Scientific Plant Service came out to my home to evaluate my trees and create a treatment plan for my issues. He is very knowledgeable and clearly explained what was needed and how how those issues would be addressed. The health of my cherry trees has improved and the bagworm problem on my Green Giants has been resolved. The service technicians are always professional and respectful of my property. I highly recommend Scientific Plant Service.

We had 6 flowering cherries trees that were not doing well. By the middle of summer they would lose their leaves and looked terrible. One landscaper recommended that we cut them down and replace them. Scientific Tree recommended a fertilizer and treatment program. For the last 3 summers our trees look great. I highly recommend Scientific Tree Service.

I have been very pleased with Scientific Plant Service. I called them in the spring about my maple tree and everything was explained to me in detail what they would do to help it be healthy again. I was told they would treat late fall and it has been treated. I look forward to spring to see how the tree responds to the treatment. Everyone I spoke to was very friendly and helpful.

Scientific Plant Service always takes the time to walk around the yard and discuss the aphids, mites, leaf notchers, and powdery mildew issues that occur during different months of the growing season. They are very knowledgeable about every tree and shrub. I appreciate it because our landscape is extensive and it takes quite a bit of care to maintain it.Carol Burke

We have used Scientific Plant now for the last two years. They are extremely knowledgeable and courteous and always contact me prior to their arrival so I can make sure my dog is inside. I highly recommend them.

I have been using Scientific Plant Services for over ten years now to care for my trees. SPS has been treating my white ash trees for the Emerald Ash Beetle. My 5 mature ash trees are the only ones left standing after the ongoing infestation by the beetle. My neighbors and I have had to cut down, for safety reasons, over 2 dozen other mature ash trees, that have not been treated, because of the beetle. I would recommend SPS to anyone for their tree services.

Have used many different services for my lawn, shrubs and trees. Hands down, Scientific is the BEST. My prized 60 year old cherry tree was on its last legs. Since using Scientific my tree is gorgeous and blooms like it did 30 years ago. Could not be happier.

These guys saved one of my huge Norway spruce's and several skip laurels. They were both in bad shape. The skips were covered in scale. In the end, it saved me a ton of money not having to remove and/or replant these. Once they got healthy, they cut back the service automatically, not overcharging me. I highly recommend them.

My family has been using SPS for about 60 years. Through the generations, they've NEVER disappointed! It's been striking how knowledgeable is the team. They come up with issue resolution which generally works beautifully. I ve used other lawn /weed control companies in years past, but none of them hold a candle to Scientific Plant! They test your soil and determine what s best for your yard. My lawn has never looked healthier! My neighbor has even complimented how nice it looks. My latest treatment was performed by a very nice & professional person who answered a few questions and cleaned up/closed my gate before leaving.

Every time we have an issue with our plants, we call Scientific Plant Service and one of their specialists is always quick to respond, come by, and evaluate the situation. We have been extremely satisfied as they have done a very good job identifying problems (plant disease, insect damage, watering problem, ...) and recommending the appropriate treatment.

Scientific Tree Service Service (STS) Representative (Kevin Nickle) is very knowledgeable about my entire landscape needs. He is the reason I am still using STS for so many years. Also, the company office people are great to deal with on any issue that arise, which is seldom.

My two apple trees were not producing because of a disease. After two years of treatment, my trees are producing more apples than in the previous 30 years. Last year I donated over 1300 pounds of apples to the local food closet from just 2 trees.

The Scientific Plant Service (SPS) team member did an excellent job when providing a recent application to my shrubs and trees. The technician came on time and introduced himself plus explained the services he was going to perform that day.SPS service technician was very efficient in performing the pest control application around the house. This was great customer service. Highly recommend SPS for pest control and other services.

How many deer do you see in the photo? (There are 11 !) This was taken in the winter of 2021. Herds of deer would roam through our property nightly and devour our decorative landscaping, including right next to our front door! We signed up with Md.SPS in Oct 2022 for a monthly application program. We have not seen a single deer on our property since the first application! And our neighbors also say they think there is something wrong because they have stopped seeing deer in their yards! We are completely sold on the Scientific Plant Service program.

I've used Scientific Plant Service a number of times to address tree-related disease and pest issues. Their knowledgeable staff has always done a good job of identifying the issue, and advising a plan to remedy it. Highly recommend!
