DO NOT GO HERE. I brought in my vehicle with concern for a single issue. Over the next 3.5 months roland falls charged me thousands of dollars on unnecessary parts and services knowing that it would not resolve the problem. Ended up bringing my car to a different mechanic that fixed the issue in 2 days informing me that all of the parts I paid for were not needed. Now Roland falls will not allow me to return or refund me for these unnecessary parts they had me buy. I m just grateful I went somewhere else before spending more on unneeded services

I had been to this auto body shop for assistance with my out of state inspection, after going to a previous body shop that had completed most of the work but could not do inspections. The previous auto shop, had missed a few things, Roland Falls completed them. I thought it was a little pricey, but overall.. it was an okay experience. Being familiar with them, I went back weeks later for some emergency assistance with my tires, they were extremely low, one looked almost flat, and the RoFo across the street's "air" was not working. I came in quite flustered looking for assistance, the woman at the front desk told me it would be $5 (in the 20+ yrs I have owned a car, I have never paid for air at a autobody shop) first red flag, I let her know I only had a credit card, she said that would not work. At this point, the owner comes out from the back, and asks me what's going on, I let him know my car tires were very low, and one of them looks like it is about to be flat, he abruptly says with a raised voice "Well is it a flat a tire?! or low tire pressure?! Just tell us what you need!!!" It was so incredibly rude, it caught me completely off guard, and I will never go back again. They have lost a customer. I would recommend going elsewhere if you are new to the area and looking for a steady auto body shop that you are comfortable returning to. It is a shame, as my first experience wasn't terrible, and I had thought about it being my back up autobody shop for quick fixes, but not anymore. They made me feel very uncomfortable as if I was being some kind of "pest" when asking politely for help.I would highly recommend Mr. Tire on Howard St. instead. They are cheaper, friendlier, and will fill your tires for free any time.

The service was excellent and the staff very accommodating and helpful. The work was completed in the time promised. All good things to say!

Total scam. Gave the car to fix the engine, bcoz smoke was coming out of car, however he replaced the other parts of car . However even after he didn't fixed the issue and asking for more money. I will never recommend this shop.

Rather than being helpful, they tried to upsell me on a service I didn't ask for. I went in asking for a code-read (after one of their mechanics told me they'd do it quickly and easily) and the owner, who by the way, was extremely rude asked me, "what good would that do?" and told me it would cost $110 dollars. I know for a fact not even the code reader themselves are worth that much. Rude. Would not recommend.

You never know what you're going to get with an auto service in terms of honesty. Supper glad I found this shop. Two cars have been serviced there and they have given me an honest assessment each time without making you feel pressured to get something done. Definitely recommend

I went to him for help because i had a flat tire and he looked at me with a rude face and said he could not help me. He had a disrespectful tone and I was asking for help respectfully because I really needed it. I was by myself and he shut me down and he turned me away without any consideration or kindness.

Best auto shop I've ever gone to these guys are so professional it's unbelievable they do excellent job best work I've ever seen and my car looks better now than it did before we got hit thank you little red T-Bird
