he came within 30 minutes, found me a really well priced used tire, and completed service within 30 minutes. all at a price comparable to a regular tire shop but without needing to leave my home. 10/10 would recommend!

Contacted my insurance company for roadside assistance and Road Dog confirmed the call for service and I received information that they were en route.A representative from an unknown number called and admittedly I missed the call because I was on the phone with my insurance company. I returned the call promptly and after confirming my address the representative advised that a technician was on his way, so I waited patiently in my car.Moments later I received a call from my insurance company advising that the service was canceled because the representative: road dog had not spoken to me. I was perplexed because I had just spoken with the road dog representative and the service had been reconfirmed. During that call, the representative should have told me that the service had been canceled so I could have promptly rescheduled with another company. I called back and of course, the representative didn't answer.This was a big waste of time, especially given that it was Christmas, I do not recommend them.

Highly recommend Road Dog Emergency Roadside- I hit a pothole - no more like a sinkhole late night & my car came has no spare- after Geico roadside & AcuraCare could offer every service but a tire replacement I found Road Dog on Google- PROMPT FULL SERVICE- in less time than I spent waiting for my paid roadside plans - an entire tire was replaced on my Car! Thank you again!

I had called a few other roadside assistance places before Road Dog, but they didn't pick up or the call went to voicemail. But with Road Dog, a receptionist picked up my call right away, and they were able to send out a technician immediately. Richard was dispatched and arrived in less than 10 minutes! And he was a true professional: he knew exactly what to do and finished the job quickly (about 5 minutes!) and effectively (my spare tire was on securely). Richard also had great communication skills and was very friendly. I realize that I was lucky that Richard happened to be in the neighborhood when I called Road Dog, but even if I have to wait a bit longer, I would definitely want Richard to work on my car again should anything happen. I highly recommend Road Dog for anyone seeking emergency roadside assistance!

Richard was very thorough with the whole process. He kept us update from the beginning and to the end of the process of our tire repair was complete. We had an excellent service from Richard. And would highly recommend your service to anyone that is in the same situation we were in.Thank for your wonderful service and the completion of or service. Update: this time for a flat. Called my insurance company and I received a phone call that he was on his way. 15 minutes later, he arrived put my donut on, and I'm now sitting in Mr. Tire having them look at my tire. Thank you again!I called at 10:06am, I received a phone call that someone was on their way, they got to me at 10:25am. He attached something to my battery, started my car, and I was on my way. The technician was polite, professional, and super helpful. I appreciate the assistance so much especially because it's freezing outside. I highly recommend everyone use Road Dog Emergency Assistance if you are ever in need.Service: Battery

Outstanding! Saved our butts today, our tire had a serious blowout on the side of the highway and we didn t have a spare, made one phone call to road dog and the gentleman was there within 25 minutes, took the flat tire, went and got a new tire put on the rim then came back and got it changed and had us squared away and back on the road within 45 minutes of calling. 10/10 would absolutely recommend. Reasonably priced and extremely professional!

Called because I locked my keys in my car. No one showed up but they reported that the car was gone upon arrival. I was there with 3 other people who were trying to help me. No call no show! Horrible

Richard was very pleasant and knowledgeable in what he does. It only took less than 3 mins for him to fix my car problem. Even without telling him the full details of what could ve caused the problem with my car, he guessed it right. Big thanks to you Richard for your help last night!

The driver was in contact with me throughout the process and was super nice. He took pictures before during and after delivery. Wonderful service! Will definitely use them again if I ever need a tow or lockout service when I am in Baltimore.

I had a flat tire on the highway. He was reliable and got to me fast. It was late as hell too, didn t know what I was going to do. Cheapest in the city as well. His number is locked in forever. Thank you soooooo much, you the best for real <3

I called Road Dog today because I had a nail in my tire and could not find any place open (memorial day) to fix it.Richard was so professional and friendly and he came quicky to where I was to fix the tire. I was amazed at his professional service and would recommend him to anyone in need of emergency auto assistance.

I reached out for roadside assistance and was connected with them for service. There was a little confusion through my roadside assistance, but the gentleman that came out to help me immediately got on the phone to try and help get everything squared away he even offered other options. Definitely satisfied!!

Popped my tire & my spare malfunctioned. I heard about this company from a friend & immediately contacted around 6pm on a Sunday. Richard made sure he did everything he could including going to a junkyard the next day to put a new tire and new rim on my car. Very thankful for this company 5 stars and thank you Richard!

Quick, fast, professional, and very reasonable price at 2am on the morning of December 26th right after Christmas. Was much, much cheaper than a service we called prior to using Road Dog. And again ..They were very quick and professional. Will keep them on speed dial for future roadside assistance needs

Great assistance in giving my truck a hot shot. It started right up. The driver also suggested that we keep the truck running for 30 minutes to charge up the battery. Much appreciated.

Very prompt, courteous and polite. My insurance stated I used all my call in for the year and was not pleased with that but informed me that they could find a roadside service tech to come to my rescue for a price. I was pleased with the price amount and the tech came within 10 minutes of him stating 15. Richard, I thank you for the courteous service you provided and will recommend your Black Owned business to anyone in need.Service: Car lockouts
