Quality service! Folks here helped me out after a Baltimore pothole took out a tire. Other tire places in the area wouldn t help me out because my tires were too wide .

My experience at Rim Source is the absolute best I've had out of all the shops I patronized. The customer experience from beginning to end left me astonished. This is a true, legit business focused on customer excellence. They provided quick service and communicated well throughout. The level of professionalism they exhibit, wow! WarningI will never go there again I send my lady to get her lights fixed. They sent her to a guy on the side Of the building heavy wide her lights wrong in the whole car blew up.

Went to go see these guys for my second time! This time was for my 69 Caddy. After selecting a set of wheels and then deciding to change my mind after 2 of the first set I selected we re already mounted and balanced they helped me select a different set without attitude and made sure I was a 100 percent satisfied. It is for these reasons why I d recommend Kevin and his team! Forgiato 26

They have a good selection but I ve got rims twice from here and it always has a vibration/shimmy in the steering wheel. They balanced like 4 times but it never worked and they didn t care to get the bottom of it. New tires and new rims for 4k and now just vibrating all in the seats and floor , wheel And they expensive.

I had just installed wheels and lowering springs from another shop, but my rear wheels needed to be pushed out some to be flush with the body. Not only did the Rim Source have the parts I needed in stock for a fair price, but they were able to work on my car as soon as I pulled up and they were busy with other cars. These guys really know their stuff. I thought I needed spacers, but they informed me spacers wouldn't work and that my only option was to use adapters. They were patient enough to let me watch as they test fit the adapters, and they were spot on, it looked perfect. I was impressed with the whole experience. These guys have a a lot of experience with wheel fitment and they don't even need to measure - they know what will and won't work by either looking at what you have or the specs you have. Highly recommend.

$13,200 To get some Forgis put on my brand New 2022 Mercedes S580 $170,000 car. I paid a extra $10,000 for the red seats. I get there and they put the tires in my back seat. Yes they put it in bags but that's definitely a NO NO. This aint a 95 honda. They do have a huge selection of rims though. When I brung it to the owners attention. He apologized that's why I will give them 2 stars and not 1.

Stopped in Rim Source this morning really just to do a price comparison to another business; however, I ended up getting my merchandise from Rim Source. The merchandise was in stock and placed on my vehicle relatively quick. Good service and the owner is a brother. I recommend Rim Source and will more than likely patronize again.-G

Bad first experience...seen the good reviews so I gave it a shot and wish I went elsewhere. I was quoted $40 which was higher than quoted from another shop but they were booked up for a week, i just needed mount and balancing for one wheel and transfer of a tpms, both wheels and tires were in my trunk and didn't need them to install on my car took about 15 mins. I went back inside to pay i heard an employee asking "how much did we charge this guy" was told a story about how it normally is $60 but they could do $50 I questioned it and was told "I'm not sure where he came up with that price" so I just paid and left. I get home to put my wheel on and see that the lip of the rim had a very bad scuff about 5 inches long, Not impressed on my experience.

Called these guys the other day in regards to Hub Centering Rings for my car and spoke with Crystal. I was told that they had all the sizes even for my car and plenty in stock. I informed her that I would be driving a good distance (approx. 50+ Miles) to pick them up and she insisted that they had my size rings. Drove there this morning for a huge disappointment, they only had one set and it wasn't complete. Big waste of my time, gas, and money. People these days are quick to respond with an answer and too lazy to double check their inventory.

Got me a 2021 seinna brought to rim source and im totally 100 percent happy with everything they done rims,tint and the sound system is by far the best I jad hook up so far even made it so I can take Amp and speaker out without disconnecting it for work reason 10 out of 10 everyone must go here

Great service, l bought 4 new BBS rims and tires. 1 of the new tire had a factory imperfection they caught it and replaced it! Speaks volumes for quality

I called cause I needed two new tires cause mine got a bubble from a pot hole and I wanted matching tires to what I already have on my truck and they told me over the phone they had them in stock...I come and give them my keys and sit in the waiting room for 2 hours and hear nothing so I go to see how much longer and now they don t know if they have them in stock and have to go to their warehouse to check so I ve wasted 2+ hours here for absolutely nothing
