Will at the front desk did a great job helping us set up our storage unit. He was able to advise us on the best plan for our needs. The facility is clean and well maintained, and the in-office customer service was stellar.

Received great customer service while inquiring about a space. Will at the front desk shared with me the best storage option for my business. This is the cleanest storage place that I ve seen. Definitely considering renting from the facility.

Will is an awesome manager of the Public Storage on Old Pimlico Rd in Baltimore. He answered all of my questions, got me into my storage unit lickety-split, and helped tell me how to place my furniture. The facility is also very clean and there are bathrooms to use if needed.

I recently had an outstanding experience at the Public Storage Old Pimlico location, and I can't say enough about the exceptional service I received from the property manager, Will.From the moment I walked into the facility, I was impressed by its cleanliness and organization. Will's friendly and professional demeanor immediately put me at ease, and he was incredibly knowledgeable, addressing all of my storage needs with patience and expertise.

ATTENTION THIEVES: If you know how to pick locks, this is the place for you! As long as there's no sign of forcible entry, the facility won't do anything and the insurance won't pay out! Congrats on all the free stuff you are about to get!I guess they get one star because ALL of my stuff wasn't stolen, so that's something right?

I just rented a storage locker for my daughter at Public Storage. As I fumbled through the user friendly app, the manager Will, patiently walked me through and thoroughly answered all of my questions. Will maintains this facility (Old Pimlico Road) in pristine condition. If you need extra storage, this is the place & location to go!

Will gave great customer service and made my move in Easy. I signed up online and went in the next day to check out my unit. He even noticed that my vehicle was not one he has ever seen before and came out to greet me. It gave me a sense of security knowing that there s somebody watching over the storage units and knows the customers incase something was to happen.

It is clean and very convenient. The gate makes me feel secure when I have to go there and the pull up parking for unloading is spacious enough for several cars at once. There are carts right by the doors and elevators straight ahead so the process of moving in and/or moving out goes as quickly as possible.

My experience at Public Storage has been great because of Will- the Property Manager. He provided me with outstanding service today. Will is very thorough, clear and concise. He has also done a remarkable job keeping the property clean.9/30/2022Thanks Will.

This facility is clean, dry. convenient, safe and professionally run. BUT I would like to know this: why the "bait and switch" on the price?? We got a 10'x10" which is listed for $157/mo (online price) but, now that we have been in it a number of months, we are experiencing price creepage. Every month it goes up. As of now we are charged $226 per month!! Is it possible that they creep the price ever-higher once your stuff is stuck there? I am very upset.

I can't say enough about the property manager Will. I was looking for rental units and I wanted to make sure that the property was managed well and safe. I arrived at Public Storage unannounced and Will happily answered my questions and showed me the units. Yesterday I arrived to unload my first boxes, but unfortunately the electricity was out due to recent storms in the area. Will was there waiting in his hot car to answer questions. He even helped tenants move boxes! He had been in contact with BGE and was assured electricity would resume by today at the latest. He also drove around the area to confirm other businesses were without electricity. Talk about going above and beyond! You just don't get that kind of customer service anymore. I definitely made the right choice. Thank you Will!

This place is so clean and secure. I love having a security gate that needs a code to enter. Brenda is also the best! She is so kind and welcoming. This was my first time moving out of my apartment and getting a storage unit. Brenda made this a pleasant experience :)

This location had the power out in their climate controlled units for at least 4 days without letting anyone know. So many things were ruined and no one cared. They had hazardous, unlit stairwells open to the public. No one was reachable. Absolutely appalling. Do NOT rent here! They are virtually unreachable for any customer service issues at all!Edit: if you get ahold of the management, can you let me know. I ve been trying for weeks. Thanks.

Had a small unit there since they were EzStorage shortly before they changed to Public Storage. It served its purpose while I needed it but the price jumped a little bit after the takeover. Overall, nice facility. Brenda at the counter is the best! She is the example of customer service that a lot of people could learn from. Plus she was a pleasant person to deal with while I had my storage there.

Moving out of state and needed a storage space in the interim. Had a really bad experience with Uhaul Storage last year and decided to try out Public Storage, their worthy competitor. So far it s been a great experience. The woman on staff is friendly and knowledgeable, and navigating the building is pretty straight forward. Easiest move I ve made in a while and I definitely move around a lot! 10/10 would recommend for anyone looking for a better alternative and an affordable price! My unit is spacious 10x10 and it came clean as well.

Highly recommend! Facility is well designed, which makes it easy to load in and out of. It was always remarkably clean, well lighted, and seemed exceptionally well cared for (as opposed to other storage facilities I ve seen). Staff was always professional and courteous. And the candy dish at the front desk is always well stocked!
