I had an exceptional experience at Precision Tune! From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming and attentive. They were incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to explain the issues with my vehicle in a way that was easy to understand. The service was not only fast but also top-notch, and the pricing was fair. I felt like they genuinely cared about my safety and the well-being of my car. I went in for a consultation for my car and was given an estimate and told I would receive a call when the part came in. I never received a call, because the part was never ordered. I had a total of three calls and was told every time they would order the part and call me when it was ready. The last time I called, I was told that not only had they still not ordered the part (a month after I had first gone in), but that the person who gave me the quote had quoted me wrong. I was told they had meant to call me to tell me, but never did. Overall, I'm very disappointed with the service and care provided.

Amazing service. Dee can t be more helpful and energetic. He takes care of everyone with the same courtesy and respect. You can tell he loves his job. This will be my spot from now on.

I can not say enough about the quality and service at precision tune auto. I developed a brake problem on my way from NY to DC. On a Saturday, during heavy rain. Not knowing the area, I called many places in Baltimore for help. Dee made me comfortable and confident the work would be done well. Both Dee and Trey, stayed when they could have been closing on the Saturday to ensure my car was taken care of. The work was done correctly and efficiently.

Let me tell yall something I don t take my car no wear else no matter when I come what day I come I drop my car off go to work by the end of the day. My car is finished. My car is fixed. They never let me leave unhappy great prices and the staff. I love the staff. The staff is awesome. They treat you like family when you walk in the door. I love the fact that they do callbacks couple days later to make sure your car still running fine. They let me know when discounts and coupons pop up precision is my place to go. /// thanks guys

I received excellent customer service starting with the phone call inquiries, the initial estimate, and the repairs. Pricing is very competitive.We saved significant $$ when Precision Tune replaced a headlight assembly compared with a local mechanic/body shop estimate. The repair work was excellent and actual cost matched the verbal estimate.We brought the car back recently for a side view mirror repair, and they fit us in immediately and did the repair free of charge.I plan to continue using this Precision Tune Location for car needs and highly recommend.Service: Side view mirror repair

I received the most awesome customer service from Dee. He really kept me updated and made the entire process comfortable for me. I truly believe he deserves a raise! my experience at this precision auto care location has been great, the manager is understanding and cooperative and the mechanics work as fast as possible to get you out the door with your car fixed.

I have scheduled an appointment earlier but have to wait for a vehicle which was in middle of service for around 30 mins., However I have just done my car 4wheel alignment and the technician and manager were very friendly and explained me the issue and fixed it quick. This is my first experience with non-dealership auto service stations in USA and it was great. Now im thinking about going here for all my future service to save some bucks.

As of sep/nov 2023 the manager is rude and very abrasive.I know the owner he is very nice but the manager needs to be removed. He has this underlying temper needs to take anger management classes.

My car was towed to this location on 6/10 & i must say everything was a wonderful experience from the phone call to the arrival of me & my car. Mr.Burley & willie were amazing. Ill definitely recommend this location the customer service was great ill return.

Usually I go to the dealer for certain services. However, I was referred to Precision Tune. First, the staff is completely friendly and inviting (special shout-out to you Mr. Charles). They listened to my problem and what I thought it could be. Then, the fixed the problem the SAME DAY! Where if you go to the dealer you d be picking it up the next day or so very honest, fast, and professional service. Go see them if you want your car fixed right without hassle and upsells.

I have been using precision auto tune since 2020 my car literally been getting demolished from the brand I been asking to speak to the store owner pertaining all my concerns my car not running the Jamaican guy even told me how much he's Ben putting his finger all up under my hood at this point I'm overwhelmed he filled my oil up with very old the oil is all the way up my dip stick car shut off right after I got my Cadillac converter done I'm assuming put Cadillac converter is the same part because my car never moved the same it moved worse made different noises and now I'm unable to drive to workabout to lose my job because it's a 45-minute drive and basically my life is about to be at a stop because off all this mishandling on my vehicle I also asked was my car being done under the table because they keep complaining they dont see my work orders but i have all my work receipt

Very disappointed. I've come here a handful of times without issue. Yesterday I didn't have the time so I sent my wife in for her car. They tried to upsell her over $700 in unnecessary repairs and failed to do a basic oil change. Went for a second opinion else where and none of the issues they quoted came up at the other shop. Definitely seems like they were predatory and assuming they would get her to panic buy. Will not be returning.

Much needed management changes proves the team here is on the up and up. Faster and more knowledgeable than before. Better prices for all. Works with warranty companies. Discounts for military, seniors, college students, government, average Joe's, disc golfers, dog lovers and all the above! Both managers willing to listen. They also will take appointments now, but looks like if you drop the car in the morning they will have it back same day still wow!

Went in with check engine light on, Christopher was great! Diagnosed issue, says may be from previous work done a week ago at another repair shop, fixed a minor issue, recommended taking back to other shop to fix fir free, gave me a write up of all issues discovered, refused to accept any payment-will definitely bring vechickes back here in future! Their policies change a few years ago.. Which States now 1st come 1st serve basis. I spoke with a representative on the phone yesterday and asked could I bring my vehicle and to get the brakes done. He advised sure sure just bring in around 7:45 AM. The next day I arrived at the location at 7 AM and I was the 1st one there. A lady comes out and told everyone at 7:45 sorry unfortunately we only have one mechanic and he's working on a 10 hour job today. The previous management there was awesome. They've been taken over for 2 years now. I've tried to give new management a chance and they are very unprofessional. This is not the 1st time I've had to deal with some type of issue they are having. From so from this point on I decided to get a new mechanic. The writings of the wall and eventually they will have to get someone else in there because if not. They're gonna lose a lot of business.

I brought my car in to see why I didn t have any heat on my drivers side. They were efficient in diagnosing my car and getting the part. The fixed it in no time. They also plugged a tire and put air in the other. The staff was very pleasant and helpful in explaining what was done. Will definitely return in the futureService: TiresService: Tires

This was my second time coming to this shop, and I was pleasantly surprised each time. They have fair prices, excellent customer service, and went above and beyond to make sure I had a part replaced to pass an emissions test with short notice.
