Took my pick up to Peter springs due to driver side of my truck set lower than the passenger side. The mechanic told me once he replaces the leaf spring, my truck would be leveled again. I comeback the next day and the truck is still not leveled. Thw mechanic knows this and He states I need to ride on it for a week and it may make a difference. I paid $800 for this service and the mechanic knew this was not my issue. When I returned a week later to let him know the lean still exists in my truck, he gives me an attitude like I'm the problem and brushes me off. They Also put a different size leaf spring then my original and they are both suppose to be the same size. I have just taken a great financial lost and would not recommend this shop at all.

Don't call them for anything like a small truck or SUV. They make it very clear that they don't do that work. You're lucky if they hang up otherwise they tell you not to call them. They could have at least been polite about it. I repeat, big trucks only! And only if you feel like dealing with rude staff.

First time here,I recommended by my place volvo where is another excellent location and people, so Peters springs this guy's are the best on get you safety on the road, with there good job

I have been a royal customer for many year, but from today I will never take my trucks or recommend anyone to them. They screwed me up by putting a refurbished power steering box costing me $1500 and wasn't good. I called them complaining of stiffness of steering and I was told that there is nothing they can do about it. The pump is brand new. This is not the same Peter's I have known for year.

Called to check if they had a particular hanger in stock first person offered for me to send a picture to confirm my part with their item called back to get number to send pictures to guy refused claiming we have it in stock just bring original hangers with you I explained that I am over an hour away he insisted they would have and he couldn t accept me pictures to confirm. Get there and they don t have

Alway have kingpins done here never have I had to go behind them to tighten anything. Also once they over charged me a hundred dollars I only know this because of their HONESTY received a call the next day that this happened and they were crediting my account... Great placeFebruary 2023Had kingpins done again and a left spindle replaced. They did a great job with a fare price $. Although this time some how they missed putting in a hub cap gasket on right side. Which was just easier for me to correct myself then go back and have done there.. over all still a great place for suspension work..

I drive Volvo 860 and needed some suspensions job .peters springs are very professional . Got me in and out quickly . I would never go anywhere else for my suspension.

These people lack customer service skills and need to learn how to talk to people respectively. Today I watched one of the owners cuss at a customer for asking questions about the repairs that were made. They also like to make extra repairs and add charges with out your consent which makes the total price different from what they originally tell you. Just be careful if you take your truck here but I wouldn't reccomend it

They do alignment and spring works. They always leave the steering not aligned properly. After having this issue twice, the tech said since they are in Baltimore so I can t really test drive to see if the steering wheel is centered or not.

Amazing service, I went there Saturday morning. Even though they were extremely busy, they still took my work, they replaced the rear shocks on my rollback, it took them barely 10 minutes, you can tell that every guy in there knows their job, 100% recommend, it's my second time in that place and very happy with their work.Thank guysClaudio E

I own a small truck repair shop. Send owner thair a lot for suspension parts almost always have what u need at good price. Kingpins and alignments can't beat them. Get there at 7 am Drive home same day. Can't beat that. Friendly part guy that knows all . Older man like my self hope he lives for a long time and able to work also. We need to keep the experience to teach this young generation about the old way.P.s. give him a raise he deserves it

The staff are direct & professional, don't confuse that with rude. Their techs are mostly well experienced and they don't do bandaid work. It's the kind of place you drop off and return to pickup. They don't have wifi or snack Machines and the customer bathroom is the same one the technicians use so don't expect much. Pricing is fair and they do complete suspension works with exception of alignment. Highly recommend.

I gave them 4 stars because of the location and the way the place looks...but you will be pleased with their work and priceI had a vibration for months that a few place weren't able to figure out, but this place figure it out and fix it in 3 hours...5 stars for their work

This place has been here forever. You want your heavy rigs suspension worked on this is the place. King pins rear bushings. Alignments on your big truck they do it.

If you want to be treated rudely, put on hold while the corse phone jockey talks to his friends while you listen in, hung up on, then this is your place. These people must think they have a lock on springs in Baltimore and you are one of the deplorables taking up their air.

Thay try to get you to do work that isint needed use sub par parts and ive heard stories of sabotage to get you to come back and get more work done bottom line is you can easily do much better than this place

They have it all!! Springs! Drive shafts complete machine shop front end department they also rebuild steering boxes ! There awesome!
