The team at this location always get the job done and efficiently. I know that my car is in good hands with each visit. I recently had my tires changed at this service center, and I couldn't be more pleased. The team provided excellent customer service, addressing all my concerns with a friendly attitude. I walked in to Pep Boys and asked for oil change. Since I was not scheduled I thought I would have to wait long. However, it was less time to wait than originally anticipated. Thanks for great customer service and timely updates regarding vehicle service.

I m usually not one to write Google Reviews, but I must do this for the Pep Boys in Catonsville I was in to replace my serpentine belt and to perform a power steering flush for my vehicle. The manager advised later on that one of the techs was essentially like why are we replacing the belt?! While the belt was last done at another shop at around 112,000 miles (mine at the time of this writing is about 146,00), the manager advised that the belt was actually fine. Now, too many shops these days, would be eager to take people s money and perform the service even though it ultimately was not needed so for this alone, the sheer HONESTY, I d put 20 stars if I could. The manager and his staff are absolutely fantastic, have great energy and clearly take pride in the work in fact, he told me that the way he sees it, he wants the customer to spend smartly on their vehicle maintenance. I ve only recently started coming here a few months back; they will be my home for future service needs they should be yours too.

Had a flat tire, and they were able to help me same day. In less than two hours they were able to get a new tire on for me. Appreciate the speedy service!

I went to pep boys because my car battery was acting up and pep boys checked out my battery being that I had a warranty on it and they said nothing was wrong with my battery after I done went next door to auto repair shop and they told me I needed a new battery when pep boys told me I did not. I m so thankful for my experience with the pep boys staff they were so friendly and welcoming. my problem was fixed fast even though I was told it would be a two hour wait. I wish I knew the lady s name and the guy name who helped me. He wore glasses and had dreads. They both are the best! I will be back for any issues with my car they seem trustworthy. God bless

They reviewed my car right away! I was having concerns with my brakes and they checked it out within an hour. They worked with me on what I could afford and gave me recommendations on other possible concerns. I'll definitely be returning to ensure my car stays safe. Very good and fair service!

Always have the best experience at this location. I live in Baltimore city with several shops under a mile away but choose to make drive because of the friendly staff and the great work they provide for me and my vehicle. If you get a chance please give them a visit and ask for Geoffrey, best in town!

Geoffrey , Kris and Jessica and the rest of the crew were amazing to work with. They are extremely friendly and responsive. I got new tires for my Jeep and an oil change. They kept me updated from start to finish via text. If you are looking for a fair, reliable and competitively priced auto shop, Pep Boys Catonsvile is the place to take your automobile!!

I had my car towed in for front passenger hub bearings to be replaced. I had a 360 video of the car s condition before Pep boys picked it up. After picking up the car , I realized the front fender was SEVERELY damaged beyond any contingency explanation. I called to report the issue and the manager at this branch spoke to me like I was somepiece of trash especially after realizing I was an immigrant. They overly price for the service and then treat you like less a human when you have any concerns . I have never been treated like this in my entire life.I wish them God s blessings. Do not go there.

Jessica, the service manager, was awesome - I had a flat tire and my car had to be towed to Pep Boys. I had decided I would buy 4 new tires, but Jessica told me I only needed to replace the one (really) flat tire. So I opted to get 2 new tires to keep balance. I'm very appreciative of how honest and helpful she was through the whole process!!

Thank you pepboys for letting me know where and what I need for my car. That's the kind of service needed for customer care on there vehicles. Without that preventive maintenance checks, it would be sad news for customers. Now I can plan my repairs in advance before it is due.

I don't think I've had a better experience when getting my oil changed! Even though I had a bit of an extra wait for them to get a part, the entire process was seamless and Jessica's customer service was fantastic! They kept me updated the whole time and while they gave suggestions for future services, they didn't argue when I said I would need to wait for anything except the oil change. I'll absolutely be returning to this Pep Boys in the future!

If I could give 10 stars, I would! Awesome customer service from the time I first spoke with Chris for a battery installation appointment. I wasn't able to make my appointment time, but he told me to call when I was free and see if I could still be taken care of. I called, spoke with Geoffrey, and he told me I could come on in! Geoffrey is honestly the best, very knowledgeable, warmest and funniest mechanics I've ever encountered!It was a pleasure to give this Pep Boys my business, and I will be returning! Thanks Geoff!

Best customer service ever! Kris and Joe are phenomenal. As soon as I came in I was assisted. I came for an oil change but ended up also getting a tune up and a fuel injection. The prices are super reasonable! What would have cost me $1000 + at jiffy lube only cost 603.54 at Pep boys. I am never going to Jiffy Lube again!!
