He went behind 2 other shops and fixed the issue that they failed to repair. Our family trusts this shop! Although they don t give military discounts on labor, their prices are fair for sure. This is our go to shop! Give them a try - you won t be disappointed. Sometimes they will work you in the same day without an appointment; but there are no guarantees they will be able to do so!

The owner's professionalism is something to be had but I have to say they did repair my vehicle and did a good job at it I would definitely recommend them just have to keep your composure when speaking with the owner

Don't go here if you need a Lyft or Uber inspection. I finished my inspection repairs and after he completed the recheck, I asked for the inspection report. He said they do it all electronically now. I told him uber needs the report. He then said he would email it to me, after rolling his eyes and sighing deeply. I waited an hour and received the inspection receipt, which neither uber or lyft accepted. I called him and told him the receipt wasn't enough and that I need the report. He said that he sent me all he had and that they don't do it like that anymore. Long story short, I ended up having to go to the state police to get my report. Total waste of time when he could have just printed one out. Impatient and unprofessional.

I took my BMW here because check engine light came on and car went I limp mode. Car was under warranty and this auto shop is where the dealer sent their cars.. I was nervous because it's small and I saw a lit cars sitting around. Long story short. Tim had the car fixed in no time. I took it in at 10am..I gota call Aron 4pm.. he explained wat it was he had to replace..some coul..but ALL IS WELL. Highly recommend

Overlea Auto Service is a great shop. Had MD state inspections done there and they do a great job of going through the car thoroughly and pointing out any issues they may have a concern about. Tim is a great guy and is honest about his work. Great rate also. Would recommend!

Stopped in to get brake pads installed. They took it into the shop within minutes, then only took about 45-50 minutes to get done! The cost was extremely reasonable! Tim has now become my go-to mechanic for all future repairs and services! Thanks, Tim!

Service is second to none here at Overlea Auto Service, dropped my vehicle off over the weekend with some air conditioning issues and a few other loose ends. The owner Tim personally called me with an estimate to fix the known problems and together we came up with a plan to attack the other repairs that needed completing. Prices were more then fair compared to others with similar service at other shops, will gladly do business with again finally a great mechanic that can be trusted.

Impatient & Short. Tried to describe an issue over the phone and got cut off twice. The upsell is manipulative and ridiculous. With this form of customer service, none of the expertise will come to fruition.

Needed my car state inspected on somewhat short notice. Was able to drop my car off and come back later. Needed parts replaced to pass inspection. Parts were there and work was done same day. Excellent quality work. Excellent service. Thank you, Tim.

Had an inspection done here a few years ago and didn t feel they were very honest. That suspicion grew when I also noticed many negative reviews aren t showing, which seems fishy to me. You ll notice they have 35 reviews but somehow only 26 positive reviews and 1 negative review (which makes them look like their worst fault is hanging up the phone when it s too loud) are showing. I m not sure if that s coincidental or not, but when combined with my less than satisfactory experience, I have chosen to continue my search for a new auto shop.Edit in response to owner: I am not seeking to ruin anyone s reputation and apologize if that s how it sounds. Since you can see my reviews you ll notice that a majority of them are 4 and 5 star reviews as I seek to boost business for companies when I can, especially small businesses. I was simply sharing my negative experience for others to consider in the sea of 5 star reviews you have. I actually held off on the negative review for a long time and only posted it after a conversation I had with someone else who shared about their experience at your shop and I realized it wasn t just me and maybe I should share it anyway for others to consider. I was a one time customer, so I don t think it s a big loss in business, as it appears you have many long time customers that love you guys. Thank you for taking the time to respond!

Tim does great work on my car and he s always very honest and fair. I ve taken my car to this shop several times since I moved to this area and I m very happy with my experiences. Best shop in the area.

I called to see about getting rocker arms and lifters replaced in a 2004 Ford F150 4.6Th e man answer the phone told me he did not think that they had rocker arms kind of Ludacris.i would not let put air in my tire for sure since they do not know their engines better than that

I called them on a Saturday morning and asked if they installed customer parts. They said yes so I took it in and they had it done by around 10am! I had rear brake rotors/pads put on along with a oil change. I supplied all the parts and they just did the labor. I was happy with how fast they were able to do it and the price seemed right. I will probably use them again in the future.

Took my car for MVA inspection, good and fast service; very helpful and friendly, ask for Tim. My wife's car had service a couple of months ago. Will keep servicing our cars there. Very satisfied.

Been searching for a shop closer to home. Reasonable prices, fast service, good at finding those hard to explain noises once you narrow them down. Hoping they will be my go to guys for future repairs.

Very nice guys that will explain the state of your parts and their recommendations clearly with quick service. You may need to wave them down from in the garage for help at the desk and the lot is pretty packed but they've been great for me for general maintenance.

Great people! Very friendly, fast work. Right price for whatever u want!! They dont try to dig in ir pockets like most mechanics do. Theyvwont tell u something needs to be done that doesnt.
