My initial review was a one star because of miscommunication with the shop about the appointment. I'm glad the owner reads the reviews and that he gave me a call. I have been at this place twice. Both times there was body work and painting involved in the service. I can say only one thing. These guys do a magnificent job and this is by far the best place in the Baltimore area. The place is organized. No tolls on the floors and everything is where it belongs too. When you enter the shop there is a really unique presence of handmade car decoration on the walls and the atmosphere feels just nice. My first visit was maybe 5-6 years ago and the same crew is still working there. I believe they have been very well taken care of. The prices are lower than the other places I got the quotes from but the quality to price ratio Is unmatched. Good job Olympic auto. I hope I see some expansion in the near future.

I have been getting my cars serviced and repaired for more than fifty years and used numerous shops to do that work. I have a 2008 luxury vehicle that I wanted to get restored so it would be "like new." I was referred to Olympic by the owner of a first class body shop. The owner of Olympic is very experienced and runs a top of the line shop. He and his employees strive for excellence. And he is honest. Even reduced my bill when he found an error on the estimate. Has done a great job on my car.

So glad I found this place ! It can be intimidating as a woman to find a mechanic that you deem trustworthy and won t take advantage of you but this spot has been transparent and forthcoming with information from the beginning. Ronnie is also really helpful and breaks down the mechanics of the process so I understand better. You ll be in good hands here.

These guys saved me and my wife thousands of dollars. Very transparent and courteous. So glad we found an honest, local shop where we can have our vehicles serviced and maintained. Nobody else we called would touch or look at our Alfa Romeo. They know what they are doing and will prove it to you. Thank you to the entire team that took great care of us today!

I called Olympic after being turned down by multiple auto shops who wouldn t look at our Alfa Romeo Stelvio. The dealership told us our drive shaft had a crack on it and that it would take $3,500 to fix. Ronnie at Olympic told me to bring the car in the next day so they could take a quick look and confirm the issue. Lo and behold, the guys took a good look at the car (unscrewed shaft covers and all) to tell us that there was nothing wrong with the shaft.Thank you, Ronnie, John, and the rest of the guys at Olympic for being helpful and more importantly for being honest!! We will definitely be coming back here to have our cars serviced.

One of the worse experiences I have ever had regarding service. I brought my Audi in to check for an oil leak and to change the oil. Per Olympic "bone dry no leaks". Drove back the same day after the oil change and oil all over the engine and a puddle under the car. The Engine oil filter housing unit was damaged had to be replaced. Spoke to the Owner John who was combative and arrogant. John would not take responsibility for his service. Very poor customer service. I will never use his shop again and would advise against it.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Best auto repair shop in Baltimore. I ve taken my vehicle to John s shop whenever I ve had a a problem. He and his team are polite, informative, and especially quick start repairs. Their work is impeccable and I ve never had cause to make a follow up visit because they always get the job right that first time. I was found this shop because of their amazing reviews and am glad to say that those reviews were accurate. They were professional, courteous, and even took the time to realign my emergency brake release which was slightly wonky. I plan to bring my other vehicle in as well when it needs servicing. Olympic Auto was quick in finding the time to let us take our car in for the much needed repair. They looked at the engine/alternator & called us back in a timely fashion to tell us what was wrong and how much the cost would be. Once we gave the ok, our car was ready the next day for pickup. We did take our car to the dealer to find out what was wrong, but Olympic Auto did a more thorough check & gave us a much more reasonable price than the dealer! This time someone tried to steal my car and the ignition and other things needed replacing. They are very friendly and do great work. This is a very good place to have work done on your vehicle. I had an excellent experience working with John and his employees. My car is 21 years old and time is doing its damage; I'm saving up for a new car so I just wanted this old one to be brought up to safe working condition. They did exactly what I asked for, without adding on all kinds of unnecessary services for extra money. The prices are good, the shop is surprisingly gorgeous among auto repair shops, and the people are wonderful. I fully recommend and will be bringing my car back next time it's sickly.(P.S. Make sure to check out their awesome office!)

Olympic was great! Even though they were busy, they got me in and sorted out several issue with my Fiat 500. They spotted a real safety issue I was unaware of and resolved it. Great work, fair pricing, and good communication (thanks, Ronnie) is a great mix. Trust these guys.

Top notch service and treat you like family always. I ve been going to Olympic exclusively since I discovered this gem over a decade ago. Their diagnostic service has saved me so much time and money and is probably better than the dealerships. It s helpful when they notify you of any additional maintenance items they notice while they have your car but they don t pressure you.Service: General repairs & maintenance

John and his staff were super friendly and respectful. I explained what I needed done, and they fixed her right on up. I live a good 1hr 1/2 away, but visit Baltimore for family and I would most definitely bring my car back to them! Not only did they ensure that everything I needed was fixed, but they followed up with me to make sure I didn't have any issues with my car after they fixed it. If that doesn't speak volumes on their customer service then I don't know what will. 10/10 would recommend, Thanks again John and everyone at the shop for your servicing!

My first experience with Olympic Auto was when I put a new battery in my 2003 Sequoia and my alarm went off and I couldn't get it to stop I(had no idea it was an alarm that was installed on my truck) but John did I called and he told me what to do right over the phone and I knew from that moment that he was my new mechanic. All of the gentleman are very professional and nice and they do excellent work with reasonable prices. The only people I trust to handle my SUV. Thank y'all so much for being decent human beings.

Been looking for a local shop for many months to have my RAM pickup worked on. Couple of people I know recommend this one. I stopped in and was impressed. Next day they they picked up my truck and had it repaired in a very timely manner as well as a great price. They not only stayed in contact with me while it was in the shop but checked back to see if all was ok after I had got it back. This is awesome customer service which is hard to find. I give John and this shop a big thumbs up and highly recommend them. Matter of fact I ve already discussed some work I want done to my Chevy Express. We have that in the works now.. I ve finally found a local shop I really like. Try them you might too.

My wife, son, two dogs and I were driving cross-country in our 2013 Mercedes Benz Sprinter Van. On a Sunday afternoon, the check engine light went on, and the engine suddenly lost power (with a new noise). We limped (bridges and hills at 35-40 mph) to Baltimore and checked into a hotel a few miles from Olympic Auto & Truck. I selected Olympic because of reviews regarding their diesel expertise and experience with Sprinters.I was waiting for them to open on Monday morning and as soon as they did, I explained my situation and need to be in Houston ,on Thursday. While clearly VERY busy, Ronnie at the front desk could not have been more gracious or understanding. After a few minutes in the waiting room, Ronnie came and introduced me to the mechanic, Zach. Zach had the van on the lift and showed me the issue - a broken EGR pipe.Ronnie had already contacted the local MB dealership and was told they had the part in stock and could deliver it that afternoon or Tuesday morning. Unfortunately, Mercedes Benz of Cantonsville is terrible and Olympic didn't get the part until Wednesday afternoon.As soon as the part arrivided, Zach got to work, overcame some siezed bolt issues and we were on our way Thursday morning. Ronnie provided regular status updates and was very upfront regarding costs/options. The price was very reasonable and the service was fantastic. Also, my van has never run better (I bought it new). If you have a Mercedes Sprinter, take it to Olympic Auto and Truck!Services: Auto exhaust system repair, Engine repair

i have been a long time customer of Olympic Auto and have had my cars serviced there for years. John and his staff have has always been helpful and courteous. John also helped me look at used handicap accessible vans for my Dad. He took his time and went with me to look at a van I wanted to buy and made sure it was in good shape before I bought it and made all necessary repairs. I know appreciated that personal touch and would highly recommend their services.

5 stars isn t enough for this place. A true hidden GEM. My husband and I stumbled across this place while looking for someone to repair his toy. Not only did they repair it but also advised him to take it back to the dealer to get somethings replaced under the recall that he had no idea there was a recall on it. There pricing is reasonable, the shop is clean and there work is impeccable. Next we sent my sons car there. His car had been sitting for months. We believed it to not be repairable, however we decided to send here just to see. 3 weeks later the car is repaired and runs like new. This is our new favorite mechanic. Highly recommended!

Took my vehicle to John at Olympic Auto for the first time. They evaluate my car then gave me a call to discuss before starting any work. Their prices are good.� I appreciate this team for the hard work and to have the repairs done within the same day (depending on the problem of course). Olympic is the only place I will take my vehicles in the Baltimore area. Period. My family has been using them since first moving to the area and they have always been honest, fairly priced, and super helpful with all of our automotive needs. John the owner is a great guy and a strong pillar in the community, his techs are highly skilled and are hard working guys. Great place! Very affordable with quality work. They are very honest and fair mechanics. They completed multiple repairs on my car, were able to get me same day parts, and the car was finished in less than 24hours. They also called with updates while diagnosing the issues with my car so we were both on the same page with repairs. Highly recommend!

Olympic has been my shop for several years now. After so so service from most shops in the city a friend recommended them and I have been using them ever since. I have a 2000 4Runner and they keep it running great! In addition to fast and friendly service they are convenient to just drop my truck off and bike into work. I highly recommend them as an honest and reliable shop with great mechanics.

This is one of the best state of the art mechanical shops I have ever been inside. They have great employees and staff. The owner truly puts his name behind his work and check in to see how the vehicle is running. Overall experience 5 star service and communication, totally happy with all work performed on both of my vehicles and my family's vehicles also. I would recommend anyone to come check this place out great work and honesty is hard to find.
